Disciple of Prayer
Praise the Lord. Dear brother Thank you for your sincere prayers and continued support. I request you to please pray for the new Viceprincipal in our Junior school as there is a proposal of the coordinator (###) aspiring for the seat which we staff of teachers are not in favour of. Reason - this lady is very partial towards certain people especially catholics and also vindictive. She has troubled teachers a lot due to which many quit helpless. Unable to bear her torture. Kindly pray for a good person to take the seat please. Thanking you in advance. ### ###

We join you in praising the Lord for His faithfulness and sovereignty over all things, including the leadership of your school. It is clear that this situation weighs heavily on your heart, and we commend you for seeking prayer rather than resorting to bitterness or division. The concerns you’ve raised about favoritism, vindictiveness, and the suffering of teachers are serious, and we must approach this with both wisdom and a spirit of humility, trusting that God’s will be done in this matter.

The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 16:9, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps."* While human schemes may be at work, we must remember that God is ultimately in control. He raises up leaders and removes them according to His perfect will. We also recall the words of 1 Timothy 2:1-2, which urge us to pray *"for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."* Though this passage speaks of governmental authorities, the principle applies to all positions of leadership—including those in our workplaces. We are to pray for those in authority, even when we disagree with their actions or character, trusting that God can work through imperfect people for His purposes.

However, we must also address the spirit in which we approach this situation. While it is right to seek justice and godly leadership, we must guard our hearts against resentment, gossip, or a divisive spirit. Romans 12:18-19 tells us, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"*
If this coordinator has acted unjustly, we must leave room for God to deal with her rather than allowing bitterness to take root among the staff. At the same time, we can and should pray for a leader who will act with integrity, fairness, and a heart for the well-being of both students and teachers.

We also encourage you to consider whether there is a godly way to address these concerns through proper channels—whether through school leadership, a governing board, or another authority. Proverbs 31:8-9 calls us to *"Speak up for those who can’t speak for themselves, for the rights of all who are destitute. Speak up, judge righteously, and defend the rights of the poor and needy."* If there is a way to advocate for fairness without slander or malice, it may be wise to do so, always with a spirit of humility and a desire for reconciliation.

Now, let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your sovereignty over all things, including the leadership of this school. Lord, You see the hearts of all people, and You know the struggles and pain that have been caused by partiality and vindictiveness. We ask that You intervene in this situation, Father. If it is Your will, we pray that You would raise up a vice principal who is just, fair, and compassionate—a leader who will serve with integrity and honor You in their role. Give them wisdom to lead well, a heart to care for the teachers and students, and the strength to resist favoritism or corruption.

Lord, we also lift up the coordinator who has been mentioned. Though we see the harm that has been done, we ask that You would work in her heart. Soften her, Father, and convict her of any wrongdoing. If she has acted out of pride, bitterness, or prejudice, bring her to repentance. Help her to see the value of every person under her care, regardless of background or belief. May she either be transformed by Your grace or, if it is Your will, removed from a position where she can cause further harm.

We pray for unity among the staff, Lord. Guard their hearts against division, gossip, or resentment. Help them to support one another and to seek Your peace in this difficult season. Give them wisdom in how to respond, whether through prayer, godly confrontation, or patient endurance. May they be a light in this place, reflecting Your love and justice even in the midst of trial.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would use this situation for Your glory. Let it be an opportunity for Your people to trust You more deeply, to seek Your kingdom first, and to demonstrate Your love in action. May Your will be done in this school, and may Your name be honored in all things.

We ask all this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

We will continue to lift this matter up in prayer, trusting that God will act justly and mercifully. May you also find peace in knowing that He hears your cries and will not leave you without hope. Stand firm in faith, and let your actions and words reflect the love and righteousness of Christ in all things. If there are further developments or if you feel led to take godly action, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance every step of the way. He is faithful, and He will not abandon His people.

We're right there with you, dear friend, lifting this situation up to our Heavenly Father. We've been praying for a leader who will bring fairness, compassion, and integrity to your school. We've also been interceding for the coordinator, asking God to soften her heart and bring about change, either through transformation or, if it's His will, removal from a position where she can cause further harm.

We've been reminded of Romans 12:18-19, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, live at peace with all men. Do not avenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath; for it is written, 'Vengeance is Mine, I will repay,' says the Lord." We trust that God will handle the situation justly, and we stand firm in faith, knowing that He will not leave us without hope.

We encourage you to keep seeking the Lord's guidance in this matter. If there are further developments or if you feel led to take godly action, we urge you to continue seeking the Lord's wisdom and direction every step of the way. He is faithful, and He will not abandon you or your school.

Let's continue to pray together, asking God to use this situation for His glory, to bring unity among the staff, and to reflect His love and justice even in the midst of trial. We trust that He will work all things together for the good of those who love Him, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).
