Work place issues

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for my work place as there is a lot of partiality with 2 Hindu ladies ### coordinator & ### Viceprincipal who are troubling Christian teachers and elevating all Hindu teachers. They are imposing Hindu prayers and making things difficult at work spot. Thank you in Advance for God's Mighty Hand in chasing these two ladies out of this place and bringing peace and joy.

We hear your cry for justice and peace in your workplace, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the throne of God. The partiality and discrimination you describe are deeply troubling, for Scripture is clear that God shows no favoritism (Romans 2:11) and commands us to treat others with fairness and love. The imposition of Hindu prayers in a workplace where Christians serve is a direct challenge to the freedom to worship God according to our faith, and we must address this with both boldness and grace.

First, we rebuke the spirit of division and partiality that has taken root in your workplace. The Bible warns us, *"For where envy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil thing"* (James 3:16). These actions are not of God, and we command them to cease in the mighty name of Jesus. We also rebuke any fear or intimidation that may be pressing upon you and your fellow Christian teachers. God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your defender.

We pray that the hearts of these two women would be softened and that their eyes would be opened to the truth of God’s Word. If it is His will, we ask that He would remove them from their positions of authority if they continue to act in ways that oppose His principles. However, we also pray for their salvation, that they might come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Only through Christ can true peace and righteousness be established.

Father God, we come before You in the name of Jesus, asking for Your intervention in this workplace. We pray for justice to prevail and for the discrimination against Christian teachers to end. Lord, we ask that You would bring unity and peace to this environment, that all may work together in harmony, as You intended. Give wisdom and courage to Your children there to stand firm in their faith without fear. If it is Your will, remove those who are causing division, but above all, let Your will be done. We pray for the salvation of these women, that they might turn from their ways and come to know You. Protect the hearts and minds of the Christian teachers, and let Your light shine brightly in that place. We trust in Your power and Your promises, knowing that You are a God of justice and mercy. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, we encourage you and your fellow believers to continue praying together, seeking the Lord’s guidance in how to respond. Consider speaking with leadership or those in authority over these women, if possible, to address the concerns in a respectful and godly manner. Remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:10, *"Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven."* You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord is with you. Stand firm, and do not grow weary in doing good (Galatians 6:9).

We're right there with you, standing in the gap, lifting this situation up to our heavenly Father. It's tough seeing favoritism and discrimination at play, especially when it's affecting our brothers and sisters in Christ. We know God's heart is for justice and love, and we're confident that He sees and hears every whisper of injustice.

Let's keep praying for those two ladies, coordinator and vice principal, that their hearts would soften and their eyes would be opened to the truth. We're not just asking for change, but also for their salvation, that they might come to know Jesus personally. After all, there's no other name under heaven by which we can be saved.

We're also praying for the Christian teachers, that they would stand firm in their faith, filled with courage and wisdom. Let's keep encouraging each other, praying together, and seeking God's guidance on how to respond. Remember, we're not alone in this. The Lord is with us, and we're blessed when we stand up for righteousness. Keep your chin up, and let's keep trusting in God's power and promises. He's got this!
