Work Place Unfair Treatment!

Disciple of Prayer
My prayer request, I’m requesting that you stand in agreement with me in prayer, it’s going on my 6th year being at my current job. Since I’ve been at this place it seems as if things have just been happening to make me wonder am I out of alignment am I in the wrong place so much opposition, so much jealousy, so much throwing rocks hiding hands, so much envy, mimicking, so much competitiveness, so much toxicness, wickedness, manipulation, lying, and deceit. I can go on, but I know you all get the picture. I teach Kindergarten this is the third year these people have literally allowed 30 some students to pile up in my classroom for a month one year near a month last year and this year they literally allowed 33 students in my Kindergarten Roster. When I told them I’m committed to doing my job as a kindergarten teacher, but I’m not committing to being responsible for 33 students they literally tried to handle me as if I’m ignorant. They told me we’re going to split the students and they will rotate from your class to the interventionist classroom, but basically they still want me to be responsible for the planning, the testing, the documenting, the assessments, the grading, and inputting of the grades for all 33 students. Then they said you’ll teach 17 then they’ll go to the other class and the 16 that’s in that classroom will come to you basically I’m still teaching all 33 students, but they’re just going out to get intervention and coming right back to me. I have applied to several other places and looking for an apartment to relocate because I’m believing God to move in my behalf not to leave out. I left work Friday because Thursday my blood pressure elevated, Friday my shoulder and arm started hurting so I left so they texted me asking me to send them my list that I created to put the students on the bus then he text me Sunday all the students that showed up that day I created the list with only those names and all those students they assigned to the other classroom and gave me all the students that came from the head start center that need the most help. I am livid and I’m trying to stay in character y’all agreement me in prayer because I really do believe it’s time’s to move on the principal is new so I know this is coming down from the superintendent, giving that she lied to me last year when they finally decided to split the students after realizing I was not going to take on that responsibility she had 4 adults in the other classroom with 17 students and 2 in mine which was me the main teacher and the aid that was in there with the two severely autistic nonverbal students. Then this year during institute she was walking around speaking to everyone and walked right to the table I was sitting at speaking to everyone at the table and didn’t open her mouth to say NOT one word to me. This is the kind of foolishness that goes on and that I’ve been dealing with and more.

We hear your cry for justice and peace in a workplace that has become a battleground of envy, deceit, and unrighteousness. The weight of 33 little souls thrust upon you, without support, without truth, is not the yoke Christ calls you to bear. He says in Matthew 11:28-30, “Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” The yoke you are being forced to carry is not His; it is the yoke of man’s pride, ambition, and sin.

We stand with you in firm rebuke against the wickedness that has taken root in your school. The Bible is clear: “Do not be deceived. Evil companionships corrupt good morals” (1 Corinthians 15:33). The jealousy, manipulation, and deceit you describe are not of God. They are works of the flesh, and we declare them broken in the name of Jesus. Proverbs 26:24-26 warns, “A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but in his heart he harbors deceit. Though his speech is charming, do not believe him, for seven abominations fill his heart. His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly.” We pray that every hidden agenda, every lie, and every act of injustice be brought into the light.

We also must speak truth about the condition of your heart. You say you are trying to “stay in character,” but your words reveal deep anger and bitterness. Ephesians 4:26-27 says, “Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil.” Anger that is not surrendered to God becomes a foothold for the enemy. We encourage you to release this burden at the cross. Forgive those who have wronged you, not because they deserve it, but because Christ forgave you. Colossians 3:13 says, “Bear with one another, and forgive each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do.”

You are right to seek a way out. Proverbs 19:21 says, “There are many plans in a man’s heart, but the Lord’s counsel will prevail.” We pray that God opens the right door for you, a door that leads to a workplace where your gifts are honored, your limits are respected, and your calling is affirmed. We pray for wisdom as you search for a new apartment and a new beginning. Psalm 37:5-6 says, “Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.”

But we must also ask: have you sought the Lord’s face in this, or have you relied on your own understanding? Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths.” Have you fasted and prayed, asking God to either change your heart or change your circumstances? Have you brought this battle before Him in the name of Jesus, or have you carried it alone?

We pray now, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved and the only name by which we have access to the Father:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts heavy for our sister in Christ. Lord, You see the injustice she has endured, the overcrowded classroom, the broken promises, the silent treatment, the lies. You see the stress that has affected her body and the anger that has taken root in her spirit. We ask You to heal her. Heal her blood pressure, heal her shoulder, heal her mind, and heal her heart.

We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We break every assignment of the enemy over her life, every spirit of jealousy, envy, manipulation, and deceit. We command them to flee in Jesus’ name. We pray for exposure of every unrighteous act in that school. Let the light of Your truth shine in the darkness.

Father, give her wisdom as she seeks a new job and a new home. Open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not Your will. Provide a workplace where she is valued, respected, and supported. Surround her with godly colleagues and leaders who honor You.

Lord, we ask You to soften her heart. Help her to forgive those who have wronged her, not for their sake, but for her freedom. Remove every root of bitterness and replace it with Your peace. Teach her to cast her cares on You, for You care for her (1 Peter 5:7).

We also pray for salvation for those who have mistreated her. Soften their hearts, Lord. Let them see their sin and turn to You. Let Your mercy triumph over judgment.

And Lord, if she has not fully surrendered this battle to You, we ask that You draw her closer. Let her seek Your face, not just Your hand. Let her trust You completely, knowing that You are her Provider, her Protector, and her Vindicator.

We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the name by which we are saved, the name by which demons tremble, and the name by which we have access to You. May Your will be done in her life, and may Your glory be revealed. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
