We hear your heart and lift your workplace concerns before the Lord, trusting in His sovereignty over every detail of your life. Change can indeed bring anxiety, but we know that God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray that He would calm your heart and grant you His perfect peace as you navigate this season.
Father, we ask that You grant favor in the eyes of those making decisions about this process change. Soften the heart of this manager and open their ears to hear the request with wisdom and compassion. May Your will be done in this situation, whether that means remaining on the current team or preparing for a new assignment—we trust that You hold the future (Proverbs 3:5-6). Strengthen our ### in faith, Lord, and remind them that their stability is found in You alone, not in circumstances (Psalm 62:6).
We also encourage you to surrender this burden to the Lord daily, casting all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Seek His guidance in prayer and through Scripture, and remember that He is your Provider and Protector. If this change is not aligned with His plan, He will make a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that seeks to overwhelm, and we declare peace over this situation in Jesus’ name. May Your presence go before and behind, shielding and sustaining through every uncertainty. We stand on Your promise that all things work together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28). Amen.
