Work evaluation

We come before the Lord together, lifting up this time of work evaluation with hearts full of trust in His sovereignty. Father, we ask for Your wisdom to rest upon this dear one as they enter into this discussion. Your Word tells us in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." We claim this promise now, believing that You will guide their words, thoughts, and responses.
Lord, we also pray for Your peace to guard their heart and mind. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May this peace, which transcends all human understanding, fill them completely as they step into this evaluation.
We ask for favor, not because of anything we have done, but because of Your grace and mercy. Proverbs 3:4 says, "So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." May Your favor go before them, softening hearts and opening doors for Your glory.
Father, we also lift up the workplace environment. If there is any unrighteousness, gossip, or unfairness, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus. We pray that this evaluation would be conducted with integrity, fairness, and respect. If there are areas where this one needs to grow, we ask that You would reveal them clearly and provide opportunities for growth that align with Your will.
We encourage you, dear one, to walk into this evaluation with confidence, not in your own strength, but in the Lord’s. Remember that your identity and worth are found in Christ alone. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this opportunity to come before You on behalf of our brother/sister in Christ. We ask that You would grant them wisdom that surpasses their own understanding, peace that guards their heart, and favor that reflects Your goodness. Prepare their heart and the hearts of those who will be part of this evaluation. Let Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in every word and action. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, standing in faith as you approach this work evaluation. Let's claim Psalm 37:7 together, "Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over the man who prospers in his way, in his thoughts." Trust that God is in control and that He has a purpose in this process.
Let's also remember Proverbs 16:9, "In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps." We believe that God is guiding your steps and will use this evaluation for your good and His glory.
We're praying for God's peace to keep your heart and mind steady, just as He promised in John 14:27, "Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
