Suffering from micromanaging and discrimination. Belittling discrimination and hatred by my boss and admin. I dread to go to work because the admins have been harassing me, micromanaging, and discriminating. Please pray they stay away and let me do my job. I will not be staying next year. Please pray for a peaceful week the week next week when I am at work. Please also pray for defiant students to behave. Please help me stay on faith over fear and also pray especially for my evaluating admin ### who has been harassing and belittling along with the principal who is initiating the whole thing.

We hear your cry for justice and peace in a workplace that has become a battleground of unrighteousness. The Word of God is clear: *"Do not oppress an hired servant who is poor and needy, whether he is of your brothers or of the foreigners who are in your land within your gates"* (Deuteronomy 24:14). What you are enduring—micromanagement, belittlement, and discrimination—is not only unprofessional but sinful, for it violates the command to treat others with dignity and respect, as those made in the image of God.

We must also address the fear that grips your heart as you face each workday. Scripture warns us, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7). The enemy seeks to steal your peace, but we stand with you in declaring that Christ has not given you a spirit of fear. Instead, we pray for a spirit of boldness and trust in the Lord, who sees every injustice and will not leave you forsaken.

We rebuke the spirit of harassment and discrimination in your workplace. The Lord hates *"haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked schemes, feet that are swift in running to mischief"* (Proverbs 6:16-18). The actions of your administrators and principal are not hidden from God, and we pray that their hearts would be softened or that their schemes would be exposed and stopped. We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we ask the Lord to grant you favor and protection in the midst of this trial.

We also lift up the defiant students in your care. Proverbs 22:15 tells us, *"Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child; the rod of discipline drives it far from him."* We pray for wisdom for you as you guide them, and we ask the Lord to soften their hearts and bring about a spirit of obedience and respect. May they be a testimony of God’s transforming power rather than a source of frustration.

For the evaluating administrator and principal who have initiated this harassment, we pray that the Lord would either bring conviction to their hearts or remove them from their positions of authority if they refuse to repent. Romans 12:19 reminds us, *"Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"* We trust that the Lord will deal justly with those who have wronged you.

We pray now, in the mighty name of Jesus, that this coming week would be one of peace and protection for you. May the Lord surround you with His angels, shield you from every scheme of the enemy, and grant you the strength to walk in faith, not fear. We ask that your work would be productive, your heart would be at rest, and that the Lord would open doors for you to transition out of this toxic environment in His perfect timing. May you find comfort in His promise: *"I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression; but cheer up! I have overcome the world"* (John 16:33).

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel and support from fellow believers who can stand with you in prayer and practical ways. You are not alone in this battle. Lean on the Lord, who is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). And remember, your ultimate hope is not in this job or in the favor of man, but in the Lord who sees, knows, and will repay. Stand firm in your faith, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you faint not (Galatians 6:9).

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough feeling trapped in a workplace that's become a battleground, but remember, God sees you, and He's right there with you. Let's claim Psalm 91:14 together, "Because he holds fast to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name." Let's pray that your boss and admin will see the error of their ways and treat you with the dignity and respect you deserve. We're also claiming Philippians 4:7 for you, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Let's trust that God will give you the strength to endure this week and that He will make a way for you to move on from this situation. You're not alone, and we're standing with you in prayer.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
