🤺Whole, Full, Complete Armor of God for Ourselves and All Believers, Eph 6:10-20...

Nochaeld

Beloved Warrior
🙇🏻 Father, thank You for The Word of God that instructs us, 2 Tim 3:16-17, so we may not be unaware of the enemies methods, 2 Cor 2:11. We do submit to You as the church, and resist the devil, firmly in the faith, 1 Pet 5:8, (Faith in Jesus and the Authority of His Name and Position, Matt 28:18), so he will flee from us, James 4:7.

We do take the same advice as the other two Apostles, resist and take up Your Armor and stand against, stand, stand firm against the schemes of the darkness, by taking up Your Armor. We pray it over ourselves first, in submission to Your Word, even as it was the proper example and pattern of Christ, overcoming the devil first on for His own sake in the wilderness, Mt 4, then overcoming the world, flesh and devil for the world, John 16:33.

Knowing it's proper in airplane trips to be admonished to first place the oxygen mask over our own faces prior to assisting others, we pray the following Armor, Your Armor, The Armor of God, on ourselves by faith, as we receive everything else in the same manner, from salvation, Eph 2:8-9, to answered prayer, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6...

📖 “Finally, brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with Truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of The Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in The Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for the church, that utterance may be given to Your people, that they may open their mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the Gospel, for which some are ambassadors in chains; that all may speak boldly, as is fitting to speak," Eph‬ ‭6:11-20‬, in Jesus' Name.

We stand together in agreement, lifting up this powerful declaration of the Whole Armor of God over ourselves and all believers. Your prayer is rooted in the truth of Scripture, and we join with you in putting on this spiritual armor by faith, knowing that our strength comes from the Lord alone. The enemy seeks to devour, but we resist him firmly in the faith, standing on the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the world (John 16:33).

We recognize that the battle we face is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of darkness. Therefore, we take up the belt of truth, rejecting every lie of the enemy and embracing the truth of God’s Word. We put on the breastplate of righteousness, not our own, but the righteousness of Christ imputed to us by faith (2 Corinthians 5:21). We shod our feet with the readiness of the gospel of peace, always prepared to share the hope we have in Jesus with those who do not yet know Him.

Above all, we take up the shield of faith, trusting in God’s promises to protect us from the fiery darts of the wicked one. We place the helmet of salvation on our heads, guarding our minds with the assurance of our eternal security in Christ. And we wield the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, using Scripture as our offensive weapon against the enemy’s attacks.

We pray fervently in the Spirit, remaining watchful and persistent in prayer for all the saints. May the church be strengthened to boldly proclaim the gospel, even in the face of opposition. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not faint (Galatians 6:9).

Father, we thank You for the victory we have in Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against us shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Strengthen us to stand firm, to resist the devil, and to walk in the power of Your might. May we be clothed in Your armor daily, fully equipped to face every spiritual battle. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has already triumphed over the enemy. Amen.

Thank you for lifting this prayer. It is a gift to see someone not only put on the armor themselves but deliberately extend that covering to every believer. You have reminded us that this fight is not solitary; Paul wrote the whole passage to the church, calling us to stand together, to pray for all the saints with perseverance. Your prayer does that, it weaves a shelter of faith around those who may right now feel overwhelmed, isolated, or weary in the battle.

We take heart that when we pray this way, we are not merely reciting words. We are actively stepping into the reality that Christ’s victory is already ours, and that by faith we stand in it. The armor is not something we manufacture by effort; it is what He clothes us with. And when you ask God to gird all believers with truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Spirit’s sword, you are asking exactly what He delights to give.

So we join you in that request.

Father, in Jesus’ name we put on the whole armor you have provided. We ask you to set your truth as a belt around every believer, to guard our hearts with your own righteousness, to steady our feet with the peace your gospel brings. Hold up the shield of faith to quench every flaming dart aimed at your people today. Cover our minds with the sure hope of salvation, and place your Word in our mouths as the sword of the Spirit. For the ones facing darkness, discouragement, or direct assault right now, grant them a fresh sense of your nearness and your might. Let your church everywhere open her mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel, and let none of us shrink back. We trust you to keep us standing, because you are the one who makes us stand. Amen.

You have taken up the right weapon when you flee to the whole armor, for the enemy gathers not a portion but the whole band against Christ, every error, every doubt, every lust conspires together. Gird therefore your waist with truth, and let no false peace beguile you. It is far better to have your hopes slain by the sword of truth than nourished on the bread of lies, for a temporary hope is ill purchased at the cost of cruel disappointment. Ask the Lord to let you know the worst of your case, and then shall you have the breastplate of His righteousness, for being justified by faith you have peace with God.

Your feet must be shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, not the peace of the devil, which lulls a soul in false security while the strong man armed keepeth his goods, but the peace of God which passes all understanding, given to those who by faith have come to the mercy seat in the Person of Christ.

Above all, take the shield of faith, a shield of proof which will see the fiery darts of the wicked one shivered upon it. You will handle it well if you learn to quote the promises of God against the attacks of the enemy. When he says, “One day you shall be poor and starve,” answer him with, “My God shall supply all your need.” This is the sacred art of shield-bearing.

The helmet of salvation is yours by a faith that is the very essence of spiritual life, without it a soul is as one dead toward God, for it is only by faith that we can recognize Him, approach Him, hear Him, and feel His presence. Then with the sword of the Spirit, which is “Thus saith the Lord,” you have the only solid ground of comfort and the weapon that maketh the hosts of Midian tremble. Yet watch, for after your times of sweetest fellowship and adoption, the tempter will draw nearer still and can even twist Scripture to suit his purpose.

Pray always, with all perseverance, for God blesses His people with His whole heart and with His whole soul, He throws all His affections and all His thoughts into the work of saving them. Lay the whole of your burden upon Him; trust Him completely, implicitly, unhesitatingly. Love Him with all your heart and soul. And stand firm, for He performeth all things for you, and the Lord will bless His people with peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for the whole armor of God delights me, for you desire to stand against the wiles of the devil. Yet take care that you do not merely utter these sacred words while your armor hangs unused in the corner of your soul. The belt of truth, let no falsehood or guile encircle you, but live in such honesty that the devil finds no gap. The breastplate of righteousness is not a decoration for the tongue; it must cover your heart, so put away all injustice and bitter dealings with your neighbor. Have you shod your feet with the readiness to spread the Gospel of peace? Then walk gently, making peace among brethren, not stirring up quarrels over idle matters.

The shield of faith extinguishes flaming arrows only when you hold it steady, not when you brandish it for show, but when you trust entirely in God’s power, not your own. The helmet of salvation guards your reasoning mind; keep it fixed on things above, not on earthly honors or swelling ambitions. The sword of the Spirit is the Word of God, sharper than any blade, but it must be wielded in wisdom and meekness, not to slash at fellow servants but to overthrow the strongholds of error and sin.

Above all, remember that this armor is supplied by grace. Paul himself, after his mighty labors, cried, “Not I, but the grace of God with me.” If you rely on your own fervor, you become an easy prey. The devil fears not those who make loud boasts, but those who in lowliness obey Christ. When the trumpet of godliness does not sound, do not breed wars or become a meddler in things not commanded. But when the enemy truly assaults the doctrines of the soul or compels what displeases God, then go forth without sparing your life, and your Commander, Christ, will fight beside you. He has already conquered, and His tabernacles gleam with a light no earthly eye can bear. So put on your armor, not in word only, but in deed, and stand firm, praying with all perseverance, yet never presuming. Walk in the armor day by day, and you will stand in the evil day, crowned with victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Your prayer is filled with the wisdom of Scripture, and it is a gift to see a heart so grounded in the pattern of Christ, who first overcame the enemy for His own sake and then for the world. The Spirit is clearly stirring you to stand firm, and to intercede for the whole body. That oxygen mask analogy is apt: we can only minister from the strength we ourselves receive by faith. And faith is not something we summon up through effort; it is given. The same grace that saved you is the grace that equips you for this very spiritual battle.

When you put on the whole armor of God, you are not strapping on something you built. You are receiving what the Spirit provides. The shield of faith that quenches every fiery dart is a gift, often imparted for the specific assault you face in a given moment, just as the Lord once gave a special faith for a healing. So when the enemy whispers lies, you rest not in your own ability to believe, but in the Spirit who gives freely. The weapons are mighty through God, and they are spiritual. They do not originate from your flesh.

Never forget where the real fight takes place. Satan wrestles with you in the realm of your thoughts. He seeks to plant doubt about your position, about the finished work of Jesus. That is why the sword of the Spirit, the Word of God, is unchanging and sharper than any lie. It is also why prayer stands as the continual breath of the battle. Through prayer we stay in the Spirit, the very realm where Christ has already spoiled principalities and powers. He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them at the cross. Your standing is not precarious; it is a secured victory to be enforced by faith.

So I join my voice with yours. Take up the full armor by believing prayer, the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the readiness of the gospel, the shield, the helmet of salvation, and the sword. You are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, and the Spirit bears witness with your spirit that you are a child of God. An heir. Armed in Him, you may stand, and having done all, to keep standing. And while you stand, may utterance be given to you to open your mouth boldly and make known the mystery of the gospel. The battle is the Lord's, and He has already won it on your behalf.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in agreement with you as we prayed for the full armor of God—not only for yourselves but for all believers. It is a sacred responsibility to lift one another before the throne of grace, especially as we seek the Lord’s protection and strength in spiritual warfare.

As we have prayed these past days, we have continued to declare the truth of Ephesians 6 over your life and the body of Christ, asking the Lord to clothe you in His righteousness, gird you with His truth, and equip you with the sword of His Spirit. We have stood firm in faith, believing that the enemy’s schemes are no match for the power of Christ in you.

If you have seen the Lord’s hand move in answer to this prayer—if you have experienced His peace guarding your heart, His Word guiding your steps, or His boldness rising within you—we would be blessed to hear a praise report. Let us rejoice together in how He has strengthened you and the church.

If, however, the battle still feels fierce and the armor seems heavy, we invite you to post this request again. We will not cease to intercede on your behalf, trusting that the Lord who began this good work in you will bring it to completion. Let us continue to resist the devil, stand in the authority of Jesus’ name, and walk in the victory that is already ours in Christ.

May the Lord bless you with unwavering faith, deepen your dependence on Him, and fill you with His Spirit as you press on in prayer and obedience. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus.
