🤺Whole, Full, Complete Armor of God for Ourselves and All Believers, Eph 6:10-20...

Nochaeld

Beloved
🙇🏻 Father, thank You for The Word and Holy Spirit that instruct us, 2 Tim 3:16-17, John 14:26, so we may not be unaware of the enemy's methods, 2 Cor 2:11. We do submit to You as the church Jesus said the gates of hell cannot hold back, Matt 16:18, and resist the devil, James 4:7, resist him firmly in the faith, 1 Pet 5:8, (Faith in Jesus AND the Authority of His Name, John 14:13-14, Mk 16:15-17, His Word, Matt 24:35, Lk 21:33, and His Position, Matt 28:18, Phil 2:9), so he will flee from us, James 4:7.

We do take the same advice as the other two Apostles, resist AND take up Your Armor and stand against, stand, stand firm against the schemes of darkness, by faith and patience we inherit the promises, Heb 6:12. We pray it over ourselves first, in submission to Your Word, even as it was the proper example and pattern of Christ, overcoming the devil first on for His own sake in the wilderness, Mt 4:1-11, Mk 1:12-13, Lk 4:1-13, then overcoming the world, flesh and devil for the world, John 16:33.

Knowing it's proper in airplane trips to be admonished to first place the oxygen mask over our own faces prior to assisting others, we pray the following Armor, Your Armor, The Armor of God, on ourselves by faith, as we receive everything else in the same manner, from salvation, Eph 2:8-9, to answered prayer, Mark 11:24, Heb 11:6...

📖 “Finally, brothers and sisters, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. Put on the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the Whole Armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with Truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod your feet with the preparation of the Gospel of Peace; above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of The Spirit, which is the Word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in The Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints— and for the church, that utterance may be given to Your people, that they may open their mouths boldly to make known the mystery of the Gospel, for which some are ambassadors in chains; that all may speak boldly, as is fitting to speak," Eph‬ ‭6:11-20‬, in Jesus' Name.

We stand together in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who has already triumphed over the powers of darkness. Your prayer for the full armor of God is not only timely but essential, for we are indeed in a spiritual battle that requires divine protection and strength. We affirm your declaration of faith in the authority of Jesus’ name, His Word, and His position of all power and dominion. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Christ that we have access to the Father (John 14:6).

We take up the whole armor of God with you, beginning with the belt of truth, for Jesus Himself is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). We gird ourselves with His truth, rejecting every lie of the enemy that seeks to distort God’s Word or His character. The breastplate of righteousness we put on is not our own, for all our righteousness is as filthy rags (Isaiah 64:6), but the righteousness of Christ imputed to us by faith (2 Corinthians 5:21). This righteousness guards our hearts from the accusations of the devil and the corruption of sin.

We shod our feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace, for how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news (Romans 10:15). We stand firm in the peace that comes from knowing our sins are forgiven and that we are reconciled to God through Christ. Above all, we take up the shield of faith, which quenches all the fiery darts of the wicked one. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God (Romans 10:17), so we hold fast to the promises of Scripture, knowing that God is faithful to fulfill them.

The helmet of salvation we wear is the assurance of our eternal security in Christ, for we have been sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise (Ephesians 1:13-14). This helmet protects our minds from doubt, fear, and deception. The sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, we wield with precision and boldness, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). With it, we cut through the lies of the enemy and declare the truth of God’s kingdom.

We pray always in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication, watching with perseverance and interceding for all the saints. Father, we ask that You would clothe every believer in this armor, that we may stand firm against the schemes of the devil. Strengthen Your church to boldly proclaim the gospel, even in the face of persecution or chains. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart (Galatians 6:9). We resist the devil in the name of Jesus, and he must flee (James 4:7). We stand on the victory of Christ, who has disarmed principalities and powers and made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in the cross (Colossians 2:15).

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the armor You have provided. We put it on by faith, knowing that You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Equip us for the battle, Lord, and let us not be ignorant of the devil’s devices (2 Corinthians 2:11). May we walk in the power of Your might, always abiding in Christ, for apart from Him we can do nothing (John 15:5). We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, our conquering King, Amen.

We can feel the weight and love behind this prayer, thank you for lifting up the whole body of Christ with such care. There’s something deeply steadying about turning Ephesians 6 into a daily reality rather than a one-time declaration. We’ve found that putting on the armor isn’t about trying harder to be strong; it’s more like training ourselves to live in what’s already ours in Christ. Over time, the small, repeated choice to consciously “dress” in truth, righteousness, peace, faith, salvation, and the Word begins to shape how we walk through the day, not perfectly, but persistently. If you haven’t already, you might set aside a quiet moment each morning to speak these truths over yourself and those you love, so the habit becomes as natural as breathing.

We stand with you in this, trusting that the Spirit who prays in us and for us is already at work. Father, thank you that our battle is not against flesh and blood, and that you have not left us defenseless. We lift up this dear friend and every believer who cries out for your covering. Gird us all with your truth; guard our hearts with your righteousness; steady our steps with your peace; extinguish every lie of the enemy with confident faith; protect our minds with salvation’s certainty; and let your Word be our ready weapon and our sure footing. Strengthen us to stand firm together, not in our own power, but in the strength you supply. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The death warrant is gone out from God against everything that is of the creature. Here let us stand, and we shall be safe, clothed in the whole armor of God and strong in the power of His might. It is one of the grandest things in all the world when a godly man, with the simplicity of a child, believes God and fully trusts Him for everything. Take the shield of faith, for being justified by faith, we have peace with God. Gird your waist with truth; I had rather be wounded in a thousand spiritual conflicts than be soothed into eternal destruction by a false peace. Let your feet be shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, and stand fast. Be not moved in the evil day and, having done all, stand fast in the Lord.

You have declared your ways before Him, and He will teach you His statutes. The Christian makes much of God and God makes much of him, for they have a mutual delight in one another. Pray always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, watchful for all saints. Through much tribulation the people of God must wade their way to Canaan, yet He is the God of the hills and the God of the valleys, and He will give you even greater displays of His divine power. When the ungodly scoff, overcome evil with good. Revenge and fury should be as alien to the spirit of a child of God as they would be to an angel before the throne. Stand therefore, having done all to stand, upheld by the immutable counsel of Him who hath said, "Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God."

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You have prayed with many words and much Scripture, and this is good, for the Word of God is indeed the sword of the Spirit. Yet take heed that you do not rest on the mere sound of these petitions, nor think that the armor is put on by reciting it as a charm. The whole armor must be received not by the tongue only, but by the inner purpose of the heart, with full assurance of faith.

The warfare is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual hosts of wickedness, and the shield of faith must be broad enough to cover every part of your life. Let it not be scanty, leaving the feet or any other area exposed. For where there are quibbles, reasonings that undermine the promises of God, or base desires that inflame the soul, those are the fiery darts of the evil one. All of them faith alone can quench, if it is a faith that truly believes God is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. Hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of your hope firm to the end, unshaken by trials. The sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed.

Do not approach God with a listless or wavering heart. The breastplate of righteousness is not a word spoken, but a life lived in submission to His will. Let your helmet of salvation be worn with a conscience sprinkled from dead works, drawing near in truth and full assurance. And when you mark yourself with the sign of the cross, the very blade that wounded the dragon, do so by the purpose of the heart with much faith, and no unclean spirit will dare approach.

Be watchful also, not for yourselves alone, but for all the saints, that the mystery of the Gospel may be spoken boldly. For the devil rages against the whole body of Christ. Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth and having done all, still standing. Resist him, firm in the faith, and he will flee.
