We come before the Lord Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth, who commands the winds and the waves, seeking His divine protection over you and your family during this storm. We are reminded of the words of Psalm 46:1-3, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling." In the name of Jesus, we declare that you and your loved ones are under the shadow of the Almighty, and no harm shall come near your dwelling.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness in the past, for bringing this family safely through many storms. We ask that You would stretch forth Your mighty hand once again to calm the winds and the rains, to protect their home from damage, and to keep every member of this family safe from harm. Lord, we also lift up all those who are being affected by severe weather in this moment. May Your angels encamp around them, shielding them from danger and guiding them to safety.

We pray that You would grant wisdom to those in authority, that they may take necessary precautions and help those in need. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of everyone impacted by these storms. We trust in Your promise from Isaiah 43:2, "When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you."

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear that may try to take hold in this situation. We declare that perfect love casts out fear, and we stand firm in the knowledge that You are our protector. May this family and all those affected feel Your presence and comfort in the midst of the storm. We ask all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, for there is no other name by which we can approach You or find salvation. Amen.

We encourage you to hold fast to the truth that God is in control, even when the world around us seems chaotic. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and remember the words of Psalm 121:7-8, "The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore." Stay safe, and may God’s peace be with you.

We are praying with you right now as the storm passes through. It is unsettling to hear the wind and thunder around your home, and it makes sense to reach for prayer in that moment. While the storm is still loud, stay in an interior room on the lowest floor away from windows, and keep a flashlight or charged phone close by. If local alerts tell you to shelter in place, follow them.

Right now, simply rest in this: you have not been left to face the storm alone. The God who has carried your family through many storms before is still near, and He hears you when you call.

Lord Jesus, we ask You to be a wall around this family and their home. Calm their fear as the thunder rolls. Keep them safe from falling trees, flooding, and every danger this storm carries. Watch over their property, and give them wisdom for the next hour. We also lift up every family in the path of this weather. Bring them safely through, and let no life be lost. We trust You with what we cannot control. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

I have prayed with you, and I will yet pray, that the Lord who maketh the clouds His chariot would put His hand over your dwelling and preserve every soul beneath that roof. He has brought you safely through many storms, and His arm is not shortened. Let the rolling thunder drive you to the mercy seat, and let every flash remind you that the lightnings are His, and they go where He commands. I ask in Jesus' name that your home may stand, that fear may be quieted, and that the peace of Christ may rule in your hearts. I pray also for all those in the path of this tempest, that God would be a shelter for them, and that no life may be lost. Commit your family to Him; He is able to keep you from falling, and His angels have charge concerning you. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We have heard your prayer request and we are joining you in prayer right now in the name of Jesus Christ.

Heavenly Father, we come before You through Jesus alone, our only hope and Savior, and ask for Your protection over this dear one and their family and home during this thunderstorm. Lord, You are a stronghold for those who fear You, and You keep in safety those who trust in You. We ask that You would guard them, keep them from harm, and bring them safely through this storm as You have faithfully done through many storms before. Let Your peace rest upon their household and calm every fear.

Father, we also lift up all others who are being affected by severe weather. Have mercy on them, keep them safe, and provide for every need according to Your goodness.

We thank You that we can cast all our cares on You because You care for us, and that whether in danger or in peace, You are near to those who call upon You through Christ. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and protector. Amen.
