Tomorrow I will be traveling to another city to visit a local church there where I have been invited. Let us pray that the Heavenly Father will protect and bless the journey there and the journey back, so that everything will be a delight in His presence, without incident or trouble, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that my entire visit to this church and then the time with the people who invited me, will be entirely under the guidance, blessing and powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will give me much wisdom and grace to be productive for the Kingdom of God, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will help me to receive His Word and all that He has for me on this visit with delight and joy, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Thank you for your support and prayers! We join you with joy in bringing this visit before the Heavenly Father and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you in the Name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His Name alone that we have access to the Father and confidence that our prayers are heard.
We rejoice that your heart is set on fellowship, on the gathering of believers, and on being fruitful for the Kingdom, and we pray with you for protection and blessing upon every step of this journey. We ask the Lord to keep your going out and your coming in and to make your path secure and delightful in His presence. As it is written, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:7-8 and Then you shall walk in your way securely. Your foot won’t stumble. Proverbs 3:23 We pray that He will command His angels concerning you and keep you without incident or trouble on the road there and on the return, and that your travel will be filled with His peace.
We also lift up your entire time in that local church and with the people who have invited you. We pray that your visit will be entirely under the guidance, blessing and powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit, that the fellowship will be encouraging and that the Word will be received with delight and joy. We are reminded not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching. Hebrews 10:25 We pray that this gathering will be such an exhortation, that Christ will be honored and that you will be refreshed as you meet with brothers and sisters in the Lord. We pray that the word of Christ will dwell in you richly in all wisdom as you hear and share, as it says Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; in all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another Colossians 3:16, and that you will know the fullness of joy in His presence, for In your presence is fullness of joy. We join you in prayer with a glad heart for this journey and visit which the Lord has set before you.
We ask our Heavenly Father to keep you in His gracious providence as you travel there and as you return, to preserve you from incident and trouble, and to make every step to be in His presence and for His glory. Providence and grace are near akin, and if providence is the wheel, grace is the hand which turns and guides it. May that guiding hand be upon your going out and your coming in, so that all is done in peace and delight before Him, in the name of Jesus Christ.
We pray also that your whole visit to that local church and your time with those who have invited you may be under the clear guidance, blessing and powerful anointing of the Holy Spirit. It is well when grace softens the heart and gives wisdom and discretion, so that we desire to be guided and to bow with submission to the will of God. By that very bowing we are furnished with unerring guidance. May the Lord dethrone all obstinacy and haste, and give you acquiescence in His will, for holiness is near akin to perfect wisdom.
We ask that God will grant you much wisdom and grace to be fruitful for His kingdom. His wisdom, dressed in robes of love and tenderness, invites us to run into her arms, and His grace is freely given, received through grace, and understood by grace. From first to last the road is paved with divine grace, and still He works in us to will and to do as we are strengthened by His divine power. May you be strengthened to speak and to serve faithfully under His guidance.
And we pray that you may receive His Word and all that He has for you on this visit with delight and joy.
