We join with you in bringing this very urgent and heartfelt cry before the throne of grace in Jesus name and we thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved and heard. As it is written, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12 and Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son John 14:13.

We hear the depth of your distress over your health from asthma you have carried since birth, the marks and scars and effects of surgery, the painful periods and cramps, the struggles with your skin and hair and body, the sleeplessness and bad dreams, and the heaviness of anxiety, fear, worry, stress, depression, loneliness, disappointment, rejection and criticism, along with the burden you feel about your housing and finances and the waiting for marriage. We bring every one of these before the Lord together.

We want to gently encourage you in the way you approach the Father. We know His word says Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you Matthew 7:7, and we do believe God hears and answers prayer. At the same time we are called to ask according to His will and to trust His timing and His wisdom, knowing that His grace and His healing work in our lives may be instant, may be progressive, and always is for our ultimate good and His glory. My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness 2 Corinthians 12:9 reminds us that even as we pray earnestly for complete healing, we rest in His perfect love and sovereignty.

We also gently correct the focus on every outward flaw and the deep distress over photographs and appearance. You are fearfully and wonderfully made Psalm 139:14 and the Lord does not look as man looks, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7. We pray that God will heal your body and also heal your view of yourself, that you may see yourself as His beloved daughter, valued not by smooth skin or a certain shape but by being created in His image and redeemed by Christ. This does not mean we do not pray for physical healing, we do, but we also pray for peace with how God has made you and for freedom from the torment of constant self examination.

Concerning curses and generational curses, we want to remind you of the truth of the gospel. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us Galatians 3:13. If you are in Christ, you are not under a curse but under blessing, and no weapon formed against you will ultimately prosper when you abide in Him. We pray not from fear of curses but from confidence in the finished work of Jesus.

We also hear your pain about singleness and lateness in marriage and your embarrassment about living in a council flat. We want to affirm that marriage is a holy and good gift, a lifelong covenant between a man and a woman, and we pray with you for a godly marriage in the Lord's perfect timing if it is His will for you. We encourage you during this season of courtship waiting to pursue purity and to seek a spouse who is a faithful believer, for Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers 2 Corinthians 6:14. And regarding your housing and provision, we pray for contentment and trust, remembering I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it Philippians 4:11 and that God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19. Your worth as a child of God is not measured by the size or type of your home.

We encourage you to continue to steward your body wisely and to seek appropriate medical care for asthma and other health needs while you pray, for the Lord often works through means, and He is described as Yahweh who heals you Exodus 15:26. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3 are promises we cling to together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up Your daughter to You. Lord, You know every detail of her body, every breath, every cell, for You formed her. We ask for Your healing touch upon her lungs and airways, that the asthma and every symptom would be healed according to Your will and that she may breathe freely to Your glory. We ask You to heal the painful periods, cramps and hormonal distress, to bring balance and relief. We ask You to touch her skin, her scalp, her hair, and every place where there are scars, marks, dryness, sensitivity and allergies, and bring restoration. We pray for restful sleep, for peaceful nights without insomnia or bad dreams, and for a calm mind. Lord, we ask You to lift the heaviness of anxiety, fear, depression, loneliness and disappointment, and to replace it with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7. Help her to cast all her worries on You, because You care for her 1 Peter 5:7. Deliver her from the spirit of fear, for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self control 2 Timothy 1:7.

Father, we pray against every lie of the enemy that she is cursed or forgotten. We declare she is blessed in Christ and we ask You to break every chain of discouragement and to provide for her needs in housing and finances according to Your riches. Give her contentment and hope, for we know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future Jeremiah 29:11. If it is Your will, Lord, we pray You would lead her to a godly husband for a Christ centered marriage that honors You, and in the waiting give her patience, purity and joy in You. Heal her heart from rejection and criticism and help her to find her identity fully in Christ. Let her see herself as You see her, wonderfully made and deeply loved.

We ask all of this trusting not in our own words but in the mercy and power of Jesus Christ, believing that You hear us and that You will answer according to Your perfect love and timing. We thank You that by His wounds you were healed 1 Peter 2:24. Let Your will be done in her life and let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness.

We encourage you to continue to pray daily, to stay in the Word, to give thanks in all circumstances, and to walk in fellowship with other believers who can support you. Keep bringing every worry to Him in prayer, and may the Lord grant you peace as you wait upon Him. We are standing with you in faith in Jesus name.

Your very earnest and oft repeated cry has been laid before the Lord, and I have read it with much tenderness of heart. You have poured out your soul concerning your body, your breath, your skin, your health, your home, your loneliness and your many fears, and you have done well to bring all to Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved, and no other physician who can heal both soul and body.

Let me speak plainly and lovingly to you as the Scriptures teach. The power of the Lord is present to heal, and the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue, and none shall say to the flood of His love, up to here can you go and no further. Yet our Lord Jesus links His healing with His teaching, and He often gives first forgiveness and then healing. The greatest need of any soul is not a fairer skin or a lighter frame, but pardon of sin through His blood shed upon the Cross. When we see Him bearing our sins in His own body, our heart is renewed, and though the body be still dead because of sin, the spirit is life because of righteousness. The full regeneration of the body awaits the resurrection, when it shall be raised in power and fashioned like unto His glorious body. Till then, Divine grace can sustain you even in pain and weakness, so that though vexed with sore affliction you may feel such rest of heart that you have no desire to complain.

You are much occupied, and understandably troubled, about the adorning of the body, about moles and marks and lines and fat and hair and photographs. Hear the word of our Lord, your immortal soul is worth far more than that poor carcass which will soon pass away. It is the mind, the inner self, the heart renewed by grace, which brings daylight or midnight, peace or war. I do not despise your bodily trials, for bodily wounds are painful and urge us to seek the physician, and it is right to use means and to ask the Lord for health. But I entreat you not to let anxiety about these many outward things unfit you to meet your daily difficulties. The very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. God takes care even of the little things, the trifles, of His people, yet He would have you seek first the ornaments of the soul, a meek and quiet spirit, faith and holiness, which in His sight are of great price.

You speak also of heaviness, depression, fear, loneliness, singleness and lateness in marriage, disappointment and criticism, and of shame concerning your dwelling. Know that our blessed Lord Himself knew loneliness as none other has known it. He was left alone just when as Man He most needed human sympathy, and He can enter into your sorrow. If you are brought into deep soul conflict, remember you are not alone, for He has said, I will never leave you nor forsake you. And remember also that we have a waiting God who has long waited to be gracious, and a waiting people who wait upon Him patiently in hope. He has not forgotten you in that council flat. He clothes the lilies and feeds the sparrows, how much more will He care for His child. Poverty and low estate, when they leave their traces upon us, are not punishments from a Judge if we are in Christ, but chastisements and appointments of a Father who does all things well.

Therefore I will pray for you, and I ask you to pray with me, not as demanding that God must do all things at this instant and in the precise way we prescribe, for that would be to dictate to His wisdom, but as submitting all to His gracious will.

O Lord our God, forgive this soul through the atoning blood of Jesus Christ, and give the assurance of pardon. Lay Thy healing hand, if it please Thee, upon this body, ease the asthma and every infirmity, and grant health and strength according to Thy good pleasure. Look upon the distress of mind, the fear and worry and sleeplessness and sorrow, and speak peace. Take away the heaviness and give the garment of praise. Deliver from all curses, for Christ was made a curse for us, and let no weapon formed against this soul prosper. Provide for daily need, give contentment with Thy provision, and in Thy time and wisdom, if it be Thy will, bring the blessing of godly marriage, a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman as Thou hast ordained from the beginning. Teach this dear soul to wait patiently upon Thee, to seek first Thy kingdom and righteousness, and to find rest in Thy love. Let the inward healing of the heart be seen in a calm trust, and let even the common mercies of this life be as healing leaves from Christ. Grant grace to bear what Thou dost not yet remove, and hope to look for that day when Thou shalt make all things new. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.

Cast your burden upon the Lord and He shall sustain you. Seek Him in His Word, in prayer, and in the fellowship of His people. Keep your own vineyard, that is your heart, with watchfulness, and leave your body and your future in His hands who does all things well. He hears the weeping eye in which He sees His own image, and He will not cast out any that come to Him through Jesus Christ.

Your urgent and heartfelt prayer has been heard, and we join with you in bringing it before the Lord with compassion and care. We hear how long you have carried these burdens in your body, in your mind, and in your daily life, and how deeply you desire healing, peace, and relief from distress.

We pray to our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone we have salvation and access to God, that He would have mercy upon you and grant you His peace and healing according to His perfect wisdom and will. We ask Him to care for your body, for your breathing and your blood, for your skin and your sleep, and to give wisdom to those who provide medical care for you. As Scripture teaches us to make provision for the flesh for health and not for indulgence, we pray that you would know health and strength to serve the Lord, and we encourage you also to continue to seek good medical help for asthma and for the concern about platelets, trusting that God often works through these means for our good.

We also hear your sorrow over your appearance, the marks from surgery, and the many concerns about skin, hair, weight, and photographs. God formed you and knows you fully, and He looks first upon the heart. He calls us to care for our bodies with moderation and gratitude, not to be driven by endless anxiety about appearance. We pray that He would free you from the heaviness of constant self examination and from fear of how you appear to others, and that He would give you a quiet confidence in His love, a thankful heart, and rest from the pressure to be flawless in every image. True beauty before God is found in holiness, in a gentle and peaceful spirit, and in walking faithfully with Him.

We pray too for the deeper burdens you named, the feelings of loneliness, sadness, anxiety, depression, sleeplessness, disappointment, rejection, and criticism, and the weight of poverty and living where you feel ashamed. Know that your worth as a child of God is not measured by the size of your home or your possessions. The Lord does not despise poverty, and He promises to be near to the brokenhearted. We ask Him to be your comfort, to lift heaviness, to give you peaceful sleep, to guard your mind from bad dreams, and to let His peace rule in your heart like an umpire, quieting fearful thoughts and keeping you steady. In Christ every curse is broken, for He has redeemed us, and no generation nor attack of the enemy can separate you from His love when you are in Him. We pray that you would know that freedom and live in it day by day.

Concerning your longing not to be alone and your desire for marriage, we pray that the Lord would give you patience and hope. Marriage is honorable as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, and it is meant to preserve holiness and reflect Christ's love for the Church. Whether married or single, we are all members of one body, called to live in purity, peace, and love toward all. We ask God to guide your path, to keep you in holiness, and if it is His will to bring a godly marriage in His right time, to prepare you and your future spouse to honor Him.

So we pray together now: Heavenly Father, have mercy on your child. Forgive sins through the blood of Jesus Christ, heal what is sick, strengthen what is weak, calm what is anxious, and provide for what is lacking according to Your riches in glory. Teach us to use this world without abusing it, to seek first Your kingdom, to be thankful in all things, and to follow peace and holiness all our days. Your urgent cry has been read and taken to the Lord in prayer, and I want you to know you are not alone in it. Scripture teaches that we who belong to Jesus are one body with many parts, and when one part suffers the whole body suffers with it, and when one part is lifted up we all rejoice together. God has placed each of us in that body as He has chosen, and every part is needed, even those that seem weak or unseen. Your pain is felt by others in that family, and we are carrying it before God with you.

God made your body with wonderful care and He knows its needs. He formed you, He sees every detail that causes you distress, from your breathing and your skin to your sleep and your strength, and He cares about your outward struggles and your inward heart. At the same time the Bible reminds us that the truest part of who you are is not only this outer frame. This body is an instrument God has given you for this life, a tent we live in for now, and it is also His temple when His Spirit dwells in you. Because you belong to Him you are not your own, you were bought with a price, and your body is meant to be offered to Him to be used for what is good and holy, so that Christ may be honored in it. That means we do not live driven only by what the body wants or by how it looks to others, but we yield ourselves to the Lord who loves us and will also raise us and give us a new, imperishable body like His when He appears. That future hope does not make present suffering small, but it anchors us that God has not forgotten the body and will one day make it whole and free from all corruption.

You have asked for complete healing, and we join you in asking the Lord for His mercy and healing touch. The bread we share in remembrance of Jesus reminds us that His body was broken for us, and the prophet said by His wounds we are healed. God is able to heal asthma and pain and every affliction you named, and He is also the One who gives peace to a troubled mind and rest to sleepless nights. We pray that He will bring relief to your breathing, ease to your monthly pain and cramping and bloating, calm to your skin and allergies and sensitivity, strength to your hair and scalp, and healing to the marks and effects of past surgery according to His wise and loving will. We ask Him to lift heaviness, depression, anxiety, fear and loneliness, to quiet bad dreams and bring deep and peaceful sleep, and to steady you when you feel criticized or disappointed or anxious about how you appear in photos and videos. Your value before Him is not measured by a camera or by the opinions of others, but by His love that has already claimed you as His child.

You also mentioned feeling under a curse, and facing lack and poverty and disappointment in housing and in hopes for marriage. In Christ every curse has been borne at the cross, and no generational chain has the final word over one who is in Him. He knows your housing situation and the embarrassment you feel, and He does not measure your worth as His child by the size or kind of home you live in. He knows your desire for companionship and marriage, and we pray He will guard you from despair and from rushing ahead of His timing, and that He will fill your present days with His presence and with the love of His family around you, while He provides for your daily needs.

Let me pray for you now. Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this dear child of Yours before You. You see every symptom and scar and ache that has been named and those that have not been put into words. Lay Your healing hand upon this body You created, ease the breathing, calm the pain, soothe the skin, restore rest, and quiet the anxious thoughts. Lift the weight of depression and fear and loneliness, break the power of every lie that says she is forgotten or cursed, and remind her that she is Yours, purchased and loved and placed with purpose in the body of Christ. Teach her to offer her body to You each day as Your instrument, to glorify You in it, and to find her identity and peace in You rather than in how she looks or what others say. Provide for her needs, give her hope for the future, and let her know the comfort of Your Spirit now, and the certainty that one day You will clothe her with a new body that will never grow weak or weary. We ask this in the name of Jesus our Lord, trusting Your goodness and Your power. Amen.

Please keep bringing these needs to the Lord honestly as you have done, and stay close to His Word and to other believers who can walk with you, encourage you and pray with you. If you have doctors who care for your asthma, skin, and other health needs, continue to seek their help as you trust God to work through all means for your good. The Lord hears, He is near, and He will not leave you without His help.
