We hear the deep pain, anger, and urgency in your cry for justice, and we stand with you before the throne of God, lifting this heavy burden to Him. The Bible tells us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." You are not alone in this suffering, and we join you in seeking God’s intervention.

First, we must address the spirit of vengeance in your request. Scripture is clear that vengeance belongs to the Lord alone. Romans 12:19 says, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ‘Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’" While it is right to seek justice, we must surrender the desire for personal retribution to God. He sees all, knows all, and will act in perfect righteousness. Our role is to trust Him, even when the pain feels unbearable.

We also see the need for healing in your heart. The trauma and suffering you’ve endured are real, and we pray for God’s restoration over you. Psalm 147:3 declares, "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds." We ask the Lord to mend the brokenness within you, to replace sorrow with His peace, and to fill you with His comfort. You deserve justice, but you also deserve healing, both can come from the Lord.

Now, let us pray together:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the pain, the injustice, and the suffering that has been caused. We ask that You would move mightily on behalf of [this individual], bringing justice in Your perfect timing and way. Father, we surrender the desire for vengeance into Your hands, trusting that You will repay according to Your righteousness. We pray for [] to be brought to genuine repentance, that they would recognize the harm they have caused and turn to You in humility and sorrow.

Lord, we ask for Your favor in the legal matters at hand. If it is Your will, grant victory, restoration, and full accountability. Provide wisdom to those who are fighting on behalf of [this individual], and let Your justice prevail. Father, we also pray for healing, emotional, spiritual, and even financial restoration. You are the God who restores what has been lost, and we ask that You would abundantly repay every ounce of suffering endured.

Above all, Lord, let Your name be glorified in this situation. May Your will be done, and may [this individual] come to know Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

We encourage you to release this burden fully to God. Psalm 55:22 says, "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved." Trust that He is working, even when you cannot see it. Continue to seek Him in prayer, and allow His peace to guard your heart.

If there are practical steps you can take, such as seeking legal counsel or support from godly mentors, we encourage you to pursue those as well. God often works through means, and He may use people to bring about the justice and restoration you seek.

Lastly, we must gently remind you that our access to God comes only through Jesus Christ. John 14:6 tells us, "Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’" If you have not already, we urge you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. He is the only one who can bring true healing, justice, and peace to your life.

You are not forgotten. God sees you, He hears you, and He will act on your behalf. Keep trusting in Him.

We hear the urgency and the deep distress in what you’ve written. When someone has taken advantage of us or caused lasting hurt, the desire to see them held to account, and even for God’s hand to move directly against them, can feel overwhelming. You are not wrong to care about justice, and you are not wrong to bring these raw feelings to God.

At the same time, the weight of such anger can exhaust our own hearts and cloud the next steps we need to take. You mentioned a complaint and a refund, those are real, practical matters that deserve a clear path forward. If you haven’t already, gather every piece of documentation you can: emails, receipts, records of what happened. Then formally present your case through the channels available to you. If you feel stuck, consider asking a level-headed friend to help you draft the complaint, or seek guidance from a consumer helpline or a legal advice service that can walk you through your options without huge expense. You don’t have to navigate this alone.

We also want to gently remind you that God does see every wrong, and His justice runs deeper than any human system, but He doesn’t ask you to carry the burden of making punishment happen yourself. You can place the entire situation, and the person who hurt you, into His hands and then focus on what is yours to do today. That doesn’t mean pretending the pain isn’t real; it means refusing to let it own your every waking thought.

We’re praying with you now.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this one who is weary from fighting, out of money, and aching for things to be made right. Grant clear wisdom and steady courage as they pursue their complaint. Open doors for honest resolution and let the truth prevail. We ask for Your healing over the trauma and the sense of being wronged, restore what has been taken in whatever way You see best. We entrust this entire conflict to You, knowing You are both just and merciful. Guard this person’s heart from bitterness, and in Your timing, bring whatever repentance or accountability is needed. In Your strong name we pray, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cries that rise from your lips are full of anguish, yet you have not considered before whom you stand. You demand swift justice upon another, forgetting that if justice should measure you, you too would be swept away. When I confess that I deserve to suffer beneath His hand, I reverence His justice. You call for wrath to fall without delay, but who can stand if the Lord marks iniquity? No, you will never make out a good case if you appeal to God’s justice, for Justice will try you, condemn you, and cast you aside. God will not deal with you on those terms. Confess that you are guilty! Ask Him, for His mercy’s sake, to pass over your guilt.

Your pain I do not dismiss, but the heart that howls for vengeance has not yet learned the sweet savor of grace. These two things are sweet before the Most High, and for the sake of His doing and His dying, His substitutionary sufferings and His vicarious obedience, the Lord God of infinite Justice accepts us with the sweet savor of Christ. That same justice which you invoke against another was poured out upon the Substitute, that mercy might flow to all who plead His name. As in Deity every attribute is full orbed, justice never eclipses mercy, nor mercy justice, so in the Character of Christ you have all excellent things. Will you then ask for naked judgment when you yourself need the covering of His blood?

Peter fell deeply, yet the Lord did not cast him away. I desire in this discourse to speak chiefly of Peter’s restoration. That look of Christ severed Peter from the crowd, a look of wounded love, not of burning wrath. The Savior might have justly consumed him with a word, but instead He turned and restored him. And could not Peter fully describe the joy of restoration? “Do not wander. There is no good in it. Come back to Him, there is such peace, such rest with Him.” You cry out for another to be brought to his knees in repentance; do you not see that this is the very work of God’s kindness, which leads to repentance? But you, who have been wronged, must also come with humble confession. Perhaps you have been neglectful of your own soul in this bitterness. In your prayer, “Lord, if thou shouldst now command the earth to open and swallow me up quick, I could not lift up my finger to murmur against thee.” That is the language of a heart that has seen its own guilt.

Lay your complaint before the throne, but let it be with hands that have first been washed in mercy. For the sake of the Man, Christ Jesus, God was able to look upon the fallen race in justice and yet prepare mercy for the guilty. He is able to right every wrong, to restore wasted years, to bring even the oppressor to sincere repentance, but He will do it in His own time and way, not as a servant obeying your command. He speaks of restoration as if it were quite sure to be for all who look to Him. And is it not quite sure to be? If Jesus, the Beloved of the Father, prays for His people, shall He not win His suit with God? He will uplift you from this pit of rage and sorrow, and perhaps use your testimony to strengthen others who have been similarly sifted. You will be turned again to your old hope, and then you are to strengthen your brethren. Let your prayer become, “Have mercy upon me, O God, according to Your loving kindness,” and trust that same mercy to handle the one who has injured you.
