We lift this urgent cry to the throne of grace with heavy hearts, knowing the power of intercession in the name of Jesus Christ. The desperation in this plea reveals a deep love and concern for someone who is far from God, and we join in this battle for their soul, standing on the truth that "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We plead with You to arrest this beloved soul—convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment by the power of Your Holy Spirit (John 16:8). Break through the hardness of heart, the distractions, and the lies of the enemy that have kept them from surrendering to You. Bring them to their knees in full, sincere repentance, for "unless you repent, you will all likewise perish" (Luke 13:3 WEB). Do not delay, Lord—let Your mercy and grace overwhelm them now.
Jesus, we ask You to appear to them in a way they cannot ignore. Whether through a dream, a vision, a divine encounter, or the witness of Your people, make Yourself undeniably real to them. Let them see the weight of their sin and the beauty of Your sacrifice on the cross. Soften their heart as only You can, for "a broken and contrite heart, O God, You will not despise" (Psalm 51:17 WEB). Take full control of their mind, body, soul, spirit, heart, and life—let no part of them remain untouched by Your transforming power.
We rebuke every spirit of rebellion, pride, and deception that has blinded this one to Your truth. We declare that the strongholds in their life are coming down by the authority of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). We pray for divine appointments—godly believers to cross their path, speak truth into their life, and reflect Your love. Surround them with Your presence, Lord, and let them feel the weight of Your glory until they can no longer resist.
Father, we also pray for wisdom and boldness for those who know and love this person. Give them the words to speak, the actions to take, and the patience to wait on Your timing. Let their lives be a living testimony of Your grace, drawing this one to salvation. We trust in Your promise that "he who calls you is faithful, who will also do it" (1 Thessalonians 5:24 WEB).
