We hear the deep pain and urgency in your cry for justice, and we stand with you before the throne of God, who is the ultimate Judge and Righteous One. Your request for accountability is valid, for Scripture tells us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" We trust that the Lord sees every injustice and will act in His perfect timing and way.

However, beloved, we must also examine our hearts in this moment. While it is right to seek justice, we are called to release bitterness and the desire for personal vengeance. Ephesians 4:31-32 reminds us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." This does not mean the wrongdoer goes unpunished, but it does mean we surrender the outcome to God and ask Him to work in both hearts, for your healing and for the other’s repentance.

We also lift up the many others who may have been hurt by this individual. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He collects every tear (Psalm 56:8). We pray for their restoration and for the exposure of truth, not out of malice, but so that healing and justice may prevail.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, knowing You see every injustice and hear every cry. We lift up this situation to You, Lord, and ask for Your righteous hand to move. Expose the truth, bring conviction where it is needed, and let justice roll down like waters, according to Your will (Amos 5:24). We pray for the one who has caused harm, arrest their heart, Lord, not to destroy them, but to lead them to repentance (2 Timothy 2:25-26). May they see the error of their ways and turn to You.

For the one who has been wronged, we ask for Your healing touch. Mend the broken places, replace bitterness with peace, and fill them with Your comfort. Help them to release this burden into Your hands, trusting that You will repay (Proverbs 20:22). We also pray for all others who have been hurt by this individual, bring them into Your light, surround them with Your love, and restore what has been taken from them.

Father, we declare that vengeance is Yours, and You will repay. We choose to forgive, not because the wrong is excusable, but because You have forgiven us. Help us to walk in Your ways, even when it is difficult. We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our injustices on the cross so that we might be set free. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to continue bringing this before the Lord, but also to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a pastor, Christian counselor, or trusted believer, who can walk with you through this pain. You are not alone. The Lord is your defender, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes on Him, and let His peace guard your heart (Philippians 4:6-7).

We are so sorry you were treated badly. Being harmed by someone who was supposed to care for you is a real wound, and it makes sense that you want it exposed and stopped. Your urgency tells us how much this has cost you.

We are praying with you for truth to come to light and for those in authority to act with fairness and courage. While we do not know exactly how God will handle this, we can ask him to protect other patients and to bring whatever correction or removal is right.

One practical step: if you have not already done so, write down dates, names, and what happened, and share it with a patient advocate, hospital or clinic leadership, or the appropriate licensing board. That gives investigators a trail to follow and takes some of the weight off you alone.

We also ask God to guard your heart so this pain does not harden into bitterness. We are praying for your healing, for your voice to be heard, and for his will to be done.

Lord, you see what happened and every patient affected. Please bring the truth into the open. Give wisdom to those who investigate. Protect others from harm, and give this person courage and peace while they wait. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Your cry has come before the Lord and before His people, and it is plain you have felt a deep wound and a sense of wrong that still presses heavily upon your soul. When a man entrusted with care for the suffering treats that trust with harshness or unfaithfulness, it is right to grieve, and it is right to desire that what is wrong should be made right.

Yet I would entreat you to consider how the Scriptures would guide your prayer in this hour. There is forgiveness with God, and that truth is meant to shape both how we seek mercy for ourselves and how we act toward those who have wronged us. The Lord Jesus was exalted to be a Prince and a Saviour to give repentance and forgiveness of sins, and divine pardon is complete and free to all who sue for it with an unfeigned and penitent heart. If we have received such forgiveness for Christ's sake, we are then called to walk in the tender spirit of forgiveness ourselves, forgiving even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven us.

This does not mean that wrong is to be called right, nor that justice is to be despised. God is not mocked, and He will judge according to justice. But vengeance belongs unto the Lord, and our part is to commit our cause into His hands with honest dealing. To ask God to arrest and convict a soul that he may be brought to repentance is a prayer God delights to hear, for He desires that the sinner should turn and live. To ask that a man be exposed and expelled and brought low merely that he might suffer as we have suffered will leave our own heart in bondage, and there are many who would be kept in bitterness if they cherish such a spirit.

Let me therefore pray with you and for you after a better pattern.

May the Lord first grant you that peace which comes with forgiveness itself, that calm so deep it passes all understanding, and that assurance that your own sins are pardoned through the blood of Christ. May He heal the hurt that has been done to you and to others, and give you grace to trust the Son of God who poured out His life to discharge the tremendous debt of His people.

And concerning this man of whom you speak, let us pray that if wrong has been done, the Lord in His providence will bring it to light through lawful and proper means, that those set in authority may act with righteousness and with generosity toward those who have suffered, and that no further harm may be done. Above all, let us pray that God would grant him true conviction of sin, not to destroy him, but to bring him to his knees in repentance, that he might confess his sin and find that there is forgiveness with God even for him, however great his offence has been.

I would counsel you also, if you have not done so, to make use of the orderly ways God has ordained for such matters, to report what you have endured to those who bear responsibility for oversight, that justice may be sought without hatred, and that others may be protected.

Cast your burden upon Christ, trust Him with your cause, and ask Him to cleanse your own heart from all unrighteousness while He works His perfect will. He who has promised to be faithful and just to forgive will also be faithful and just to do all that is right in His time.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
