We hear your cry for justice and understand the depth of your pain and frustration. It is right to seek accountability for wrongdoing, and we stand with you in praying for truth and righteousness to prevail. However, we must also lift this before the Lord with hearts surrendered to His will, trusting that His justice is perfect and His timing is sovereign. While you desire swift and decisive action, we ask that you also consider what it means to entrust this burden to the Lord, who sees all and judges justly.

First, we want to affirm that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He alone can bring true peace, healing, and justice. Salvation comes by believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth that Jesus is Lord (Romans 10:9-10). If you have already done so, we rejoice with you and stand with you in faith.

Now, let us pray together for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this situation to You, asking for Your divine intervention and justice. Lord, we pray for wisdom and supernatural skill for the solicitor handling this case. Grant them clarity, discernment, and favor in every legal proceeding. May Your truth prevail, and may every falsehood be exposed. We ask that You work in such a way that no fees are incurred, and that every penny that is rightfully owed be returned, along with just compensation for the harm that has been done.

Father, we pray specifically for ###. Lord, You see the hearts of all men, and You know the truth of his actions. We ask that You expose any wrongdoing and hold him fully accountable. If he has acted unjustly or negligently, we pray that his actions would be brought to light and that he would face the consequences of his deeds. We ask that his license be revoked if it is Your will, and that he would be prevented from causing further harm. Lord, we do not take joy in his punishment, but we ask for Your justice to be served so that others may be protected and the truth may be revealed.

However, Lord, we also ask that You guard our hearts from bitterness and a desire for vengeance. Your Word tells us, "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord'" (Romans 12:19). Help us to trust in Your justice, knowing that You will make all things right in Your perfect time. Give us the strength to forgive, even as You have forgiven us, and to release this burden into Your hands.

Lord, we pray for healing, emotionally, physically, and spiritually, for all who have been affected by this situation. Bring restoration where there has been loss, and peace where there has been turmoil. May Your name be glorified through this, and may Your will be done in every detail.

We also want to gently address the intensity of the language in your prayer. While it is natural to feel anger and a desire for justice, we must be careful not to let those emotions lead us into a spirit of vengeance or hatred. Jesus taught us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we ignore wrongdoing, but we entrust the outcome to God, who judges fairly. Let us also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). We must fight this battle with prayer, truth, and the armor of God, not with words of destruction.

Finally, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter. Spend time in His Word, meditating on passages that speak of His justice, mercy, and sovereignty. Psalm 37 is a wonderful reminder that the Lord will act on behalf of the righteous: "Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him, and he will act. He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday" (Psalm 37:5-6). Rest in the knowledge that God sees your pain and will not abandon you.

Your urgent and heavy burden has been brought before the Lord with care and with prayer, and we have sought His face on your behalf in this time of great distress and pain.

We understand the deep hurt you feel at what you believe has been unjust and harmful treatment, and the anxiety that attends a legal case, with its costs and its waiting. The Scriptures remind us that when we are afraid we are to trust in God, for He is our Pilot even in rough weather, and we shall soon be a wreck if we forget Him. What time we are afraid, we will trust in Him, and He will deal with us in faithfulness according to His own merciful nature.

We cannot ask God to grant vengeance after the manner of our own desires, to put a man to shame or to bring him to his knees for our satisfaction. For God is light and in Him is no darkness at all, and He cannot have fellowship with darkness. His justice and His mercy are both perfect, and the absence of either would render His character imperfect. The Lord has said that vengeance belongs to Him, and He will be justified both in His condemnation and in His punishment, for He Himself has been an eye witness of every deed, and He will open His book with exactness. We are therefore to declare our ways honestly before Him, confessing our own sins and leaving the judgment of others in His righteous hands, for He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness when we confess them.

We do not pray that your solicitor would be given a supernatural power to secure wealth or to ensure no fees according to your exact terms, for that would be to treat prayer as a means to command God. Rather we pray that the Lord, who is the God of all truth, would grant your solicitor wisdom and integrity to act honestly and diligently, that all facts would be brought to light, and that true justice would be done without partiality. We pray that if wrong has been done to you and to others, it would be revealed in a lawful and orderly way, and that those appointed to judge would act with fairness, and that the Lord would restrain further harm.

Above all we have prayed for you, that you would first know the forgiveness that is with God, that you may be feared and loved. He has exalted Christ with His right hand to be a Prince and a Saviour, for to give repentance and forgiveness of sins. That justice which once stood against the sinner has been satisfied at Gethsemane and at the cross, where Christ bore our punishment, so that whosoever confesses his sin shall be pardoned and cleansed. There is forgiveness with Him for whatever our sins may have been, and this yields a peace which passes all understanding. Seek first that healing of the soul, to be made whole by being forgiven, and then to rise up and glorify God, whatever the outcome of earthly courts may be.

So we commit you to Him who hears those who declare their ways to Him alone with God. May He teach you His statutes, keep your heart from bitterness, give you trust and not fear, and provide for your needs according to His abundant mercy. May He turn all hearts concerned in this matter toward repentance and truth, and may His will, which is holy and good, be done.

We will continue to pray that the Lord would give you calm trust in the blood of Jesus Christ, a quiet conscience, and grace to wait upon His perfect timing.

We have heard your urgent cry and we are bringing your burden before the Lord with you in this painful season. When we have suffered what feels like a deep wrong, especially in matters of health and trust, the hurt can be overwhelming, and it is right to bring that pain honestly to God and to ask Him for help, for truth to be known, and for justice to be done.

At the same time, Scripture calls us to bring our requests with a different heart than the one expressed in asking God to shame, destroy, or bring another person to their knees without delay. The Lord teaches us that forgiveness and judgment begin with us, and that the measure we use toward others will be the measure used toward us. We ourselves have received great mercy for much greater debts, and we are trained thereby to have a gentle and human soul. For that reason we are not to speak evil against another, even if we believe what we say is true, for we will be judged by our own words, and we are not to take vengeance into our own hands.

This does not mean that what is wrong does not matter. God loves righteousness and He does not overlook injustice. But His justice is perfect, and it belongs to Him. He is long suffering, not because He does not see, but because He gives time for repentance, and when He judges He judges with both perfect righteousness and perfect mercy. He mingles mercy with justice and calls us to do the same. While we may rightly seek a lawful and honest examination of what has happened through the proper authorities and courts, we are called to leave retribution to God and to not let our hearts be consumed by hatred or by the desire to see another person utterly ruined.

We also hear your desire for immediate financial vindication and abundant compensation. It is right to ask God for wisdom and provision and for a fair outcome according to what is true and just. Yet Scripture warns us against letting lawsuits and the love of gain take hold of our hearts. Our peace cannot rest on whether we obtain a certain amount of money or a certain verdict, but on knowing that God sees, that He will crown those who trust Him through trials, and that He will in His time bring every matter to light.

So we will pray for you not as you demanded in distress, but as God invites us to pray.

We pray that the Lord would grant you peace that guards your heart, and healing from the hurt you have carried. We pray that He would give your solicitor wisdom, clarity, and integrity to handle your case faithfully, and that whatever process moves forward would be honest, fair, and governed by truth. We pray that the truth about what happened would be made known through lawful and just means, and that those responsible would be held accountable in the right way, not from our anger but according to true justice. We pray that God would work in the heart of this doctor, bringing him, if he has done wrong, to see it and to repent, and that God would protect other patients from harm. We pray that the Lord would provide for your needs according to His goodness, and help you to trust Him with the outcome, whether it comes quickly or slowly, knowing that He will not overlook what is right. And we pray that He would soften your heart toward mercy, that you may be able to forgive as you have been forgiven, and to desire not only justice but also the repentance and restoration that God desires for all.

If you are carrying this burden alone, we encourage you to share it with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can walk with you, counsel you, and help you seek both justice and Christlikeness in how you proceed. We continue to pray that God would be your comfort, your advocate, and your hope, and that you would know His grace and loving kindness in Jesus Christ, through whom we have forgiveness and through whom we learn to love even those who have wronged us.

Your pain and urgency have been heard, and the hurt you have experienced through medical treatment that you feel has harmed you and others is taken seriously before the Lord. It is right to bring your sorrow and your desire for what is right and true to God in prayer, and it is right to ask Him for help and wisdom for those who represent you.

Scripture makes a clear distinction that can help guide prayer in a time like this. Justice is receiving what is deserved. Mercy is not receiving what is deserved. Grace is receiving what we do not deserve. When King David had sinned greatly, he did not ask God for justice, he cried, have mercy upon me, O God, according to your loving kindness. Forgiveness comes not when we justify ourselves but when we honestly acknowledge our need before God. Isaiah records God's promise, though your sins be as scarlet they shall be as white as snow. That same mercy that we need from God is the pattern He calls us to follow toward others.

That is why the Bible teaches that vengeance belongs to the Lord. It says, vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord. There is a real day of God's judgment when He will purge what is unrighteous and establish perfect righteousness and peace, but that day is in His heart and in His timing. When Jesus came the first time He did not come to bring that final vengeance, He came to bring atonement and redemption for sin. God does not always bring swift judgment, and we cannot sin against Him with impunity and never answer for it, yet His timing is not ours. Wanting to see wrongs punished immediately is human, but we are warned not to devise vengeance ourselves or to let a desire to get even take root in our hearts.

The desire for truth to be known and for accountability is understandable, and it is good to pray that what is true will come to light and that those in authority will act with integrity. At the same time, the courts and systems where judgment and justice should prevail are imperfect. The prophet described a time when justice stands far off and truth has fallen in the street, and many today have learned that earthly courts cannot guarantee perfect justice. God is a God of righteousness and justice and He wants what is right to prevail, but our confidence must finally be in Him, not in a particular legal outcome, fee arrangement, or amount of compensation.

Jesus also teaches that forgiveness is not a matter of counting how many times we forgive, but of having a spirit of forgiveness from the heart. He illustrated this with the servant who had been forgiven a great debt and then was called to forgive others. We are to follow God's example and forgive as we have been forgiven, not because the wrong was small, but because we have been shown great mercy in Christ. Holding bitterness does far more harm to our own heart than to the one who hurt us, and Scripture warns that a root of bitterness can spring up and trouble us and defile many around us. Forgiveness does not mean calling evil good or saying that harm did not matter, it means releasing the right to repay into God's hands and asking Him to give us a clean heart.

So in your situation, it is good to pray differently than simply asking God to shame, expose, arrest, convict and punish a person on your terms and without delay. Instead, commit the whole matter to the Lord and ask Him to do what is right according to His perfect justice and mercy.

A way to pray is this: Lord, You see all that has happened and You know the truth fully. I ask for Your wisdom and skill for my solicitor and for truth to be clearly seen by those who decide this case. Provide for what is needed and let the outcome be according to Your righteous will. Keep my heart from bitterness and from seeking personal vengeance. Give me by Your Spirit the willingness and capacity to forgive from the heart, as You have forgiven me through Jesus Christ. Heal what is wounded in me, guard me from being consumed by anger, and help me to trust that You will judge righteously in Your time. If there has been wrongdoing that endangers others, I ask that You bring what must be known to light through proper and lawful means, and that You restrain further harm. Above all, let Your mercy, truth and peace rule in my heart. In Jesus name, amen.

Continue to bring your burden to the Lord, seek godly counsel, and allow Him to shape your heart toward both truth and mercy as you wait on Him.
