Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your marriage, for your husband and for your family.
We have been lifting your husband before the Lord and asking for his healing physically, spiritually and emotionally after so many years of serious medical conditions. We have prayed against the heavy spiritual attack over him and over your marriage, and for the Lord to lift the despair that causes him to say daily that he wants to be dead. We have prayed that God would soften his heart and calm the extreme anger that has led to talk of divorce and to lashing out, and that He would bring peace after he snapped and you had to walk away until he calmed down. We understand how devastating this is and how difficult it is to walk on eggshells and not know what to say when he is so angry, and we have prayed for your protection and wisdom as you will not condone poor behavior but still love and care for him so deeply.
We continue to pray that he will take his medications as prescribed and not stop them out of anger, and for his implant to work successfully. We are also standing with you for the health of your elderly dad and your younger brother, for your finances, and above all for the salvation of your husband and your household. We have asked the Holy Spirit to intervene for you both right now when you do not know what else to do, and to show you what you need to change and to make things right where you can. We are reminded of the promise in Psalm 34:18 that the Lord is close to the brokenhearted, and in Psalm 147:3 that He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
We pray together that God will restore your marriage, bring healing and hope to your husband, and draw both of you closer to Himself. We pray for His peace to guard your hearts and for His will to be done in every area you mentioned. We pray this in Jesus Name.
