Traveling mercies, silent needs

Windwold

Beloved of All
Heavenly Father, thank You for Your blessings, I pray for traveling mercies to and from the hospital to see my son ### and silent needs for family, in Jesus name, Amen

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His blessings and we lift up your request together in Jesus name. We are grateful that you have come before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father.

We pray with you for traveling mercies as you go to and from the hospital to see your son. We ask the Lord to keep you safe on every mile and to guard your going out and your coming in. Psalm 121:7-8 reminds us that Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore. We also cling to the promise in Psalm 91:11 that He will put His angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. We pray for alertness, protection from harm, and peace on the road, and that the Lord would order your steps according to Proverbs 3:5-6.

We also lift up your son in the hospital and your silent needs for your family. Though unspoken to us, they are fully known to God. Romans 8:26 tells us that the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered when we do not know how to pray as we ought. And Psalm 139:4 says even before a word is on our tongue, Yahweh knows it altogether. We cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches. We bring your family before Him and ask for His comfort, provision, and healing presence to rest upon each need.

We pray together, Heavenly Father, thank You for Your mercy and faithful love. We ask for Your hand of protection over this travel, keep this dear one safe to and from the hospital, remove any danger or obstacle and grant calm and safe passage. We lift up this son to You, Lord, touch him with Your healing power, comfort him, strengthen him, and let Your presence be near in that hospital room. We lift up every silent and unspoken need in this family, You know each one intimately, and we ask You to answer according to Your perfect will and bring peace that surpasses understanding as promised in Philippians 4:6-7. Give this family faith, unity, and rest in Your care, and let them feel Your nearness in this season. We trust You for all these things and ask in the mighty and precious name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust Him day by day and to cast every worry upon Him, knowing that He hears every prayer spoken and unspoken and that He is faithful to keep and sustain you.

We've been thinking of you as you travel back and forth to the hospital to see your son. Those drives can be tiring in every way, and we are asking God to keep you safe on each trip and to give you peace while you are with him and on the road home.

We also hear your heart for your family and those silent needs you are carrying. Even when you don't have words for them, God knows each one, and we are trusting Him to meet you and your family with wisdom and care in the days ahead.

A small practical help that many find steadying is to let one trusted person know your travel times, keep your phone charged, and build in a little margin so you are not rushed, especially when you are tired or distracted by worry. If someone from your church or family can share the driving or simply check in when you arrive, that extra layer of support can be a real grace.

Father, we thank You for this family and for Your care over them. We ask for Your protection over each trip to and from the hospital, for strength and comfort for their son, and for Your provision for every unspoken need in their home. Draw them close to You and to one another in this season, in Jesus' name, Amen.

We have brought your petition before the Lord with thankfulness for the mercies you have already counted and for those you have not yet numbered.

How good is our God, whose mercies are new every morning and whose faithfulness fails not. Every mercy comes to us by way of the cross and bears the mark of the Redeemer's blood upon it, and those mercies are sure because they are the sure mercies of David, even the mercies which are treasured up in Christ Jesus our Lord. He died to purchase them and He lives to apply them, and therefore we may ask with confidence.

We join you in praying for traveling mercies to and from the hospital. May the Lord keep your going out and your coming in, preserve you upon the road, and grant you safety and peace in every step. We pray also for your son, that the great Physician, Christ Himself, who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, would lay His hand upon him in that hospital. There never was a patient of His who was turned away as incurable, for He is able to save to the uttermost, and to restore and comfort according to His tender compassion.

For the silent needs of your family, we remember that before we call God answers, and while we are yet speaking He hears. He knows the burden you carry though no words have been spoken, and He understands the need of each heart in your household. May He grant saving knowledge, sustaining grace, and that family likeness which marks those who are led by the Spirit of God. May He supply all your needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus, and cause your home to know His peace.

We thank the Lord with you for His blessings already bestowed, which are more than can be numbered, and we ask Him to multiply His lovingkindness toward you and yours in the days to come. May you be kept under the shadow of His wing, and may your soul live as you incline your ear to His everlasting covenant.

We commend you, your son, and your whole family to that covenant and to the keeping of our faithful God, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
