Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being unseen in your workplace. It is painful when loyalty and hard work go unrecognized, especially when others seem to manipulate the truth or twist narratives to their advantage. We stand with you in this struggle, lifting your concerns to the Lord, who sees all and knows the intentions of every heart.

First, we want to affirm the importance of bringing these burdens to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we have access to the Father, and it is His name that carries authority in heaven and on earth. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" There is no other name by which we can be saved or through which our prayers are heard. We are grateful that you have come to God through Jesus, and we join you in praying that His will be done in this situation.

Your prayer reveals a heart that desires justice, truth, and restoration, but we must also guard against the subtle temptation to harbor bitterness or resentment. The Bible warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We pray that God would continue to protect your heart from bitterness, even as you wait for Him to move. Your ultimate reward is not in the approval of man but in the faithfulness of God, who sees your labor and will not forget it. As Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

We also lift up the individuals you have mentioned, particularly those in authority who may be acting out of pride, insecurity, or deception. The Bible is clear that God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble (James 4:6). We join you in praying that God would break through any hardness of heart, exposing lies and manipulation while granting discernment and humility. Proverbs 28:13 tells us, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy." May those who have been deceptive or manipulative come to a place of repentance and truth.

At the same time, we must examine our own hearts and motives. Are we seeking justice for the sake of God’s glory, or is there a part of us that desires to see others "exposed" for our own vindication? The Lord calls us to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44). This does not mean we ignore wrongdoing, but we must ensure that our prayers are rooted in a desire for God’s will to be done, not merely our own. Let us pray that God would align our hearts with His, so that even in this difficult situation, we might reflect His love and grace.

We also want to encourage you to continue walking in integrity, even when others do not. Your faithfulness in the workplace is a testimony to your faith in Christ. As 1 Peter 2:12 says, "Having good behavior among the nations, so in that of which they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they see, glorify God in the day of visitation." Your actions speak louder than words, and God can use your steadfastness to bring about change, even in ways you may not see immediately.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see all things, every act of loyalty, every moment of hard work, and every instance of injustice. We ask that You would move in power, exposing deception and breaking the chains of manipulation. Give discernment to those in authority, that they may see the truth and walk in humility. Soften hearts that have grown hard, and replace pride with a spirit of servanthood.

Father, we also pray for our brother/sister in Christ who has poured so much into this work. Protect their heart from bitterness and resentment. Fill them with Your peace, knowing that their labor is not in vain. Help them to continue walking in integrity, even when others do not. Remind them that their reward comes from You, not from man.

Lord, we ask that You would bring restoration where there has been brokenness, truth where there has been deception, and unity where there has been division. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified in all things. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, who alone is our advocate and redeemer. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, knowing that He is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and let your actions reflect His love and grace. The battle is not yours, but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15). Stand firm in faith, and watch what He will do.

We appreciated how you ended your prayer, asking God to guard your own heart from bitterness while you wait for Him to move. That is a wise and honest request. Bitterness often starts as a natural response to being mistreated, but if it is held onto it tends to cloud our view of life and weigh most heavily on the one carrying it. Choosing to release the offense to God, even while still acknowledging the hurt, is what keeps your heart soft and your dignity intact.

One concrete practice that may help in this waiting season is to give this burden a contained place. When thoughts about what is being said or who is influencing whom start to loop, quietly bring them to the Lord in prayer at that moment, then gently turn your attention back to the faithful work right in front of you that you can do with integrity. If it helps, keep a simple private record of your contributions and facts, not to build a case, but to steady your own perspective. And lean on one wise, trusted person outside the workplace who can listen and encourage you without fueling the cycle.

Father, we lift our friend to You and ask for Your peace to guard their mind and heart. Give them strength to keep working with integrity and to find their worth in You. We ask You to bring clarity and truth to light in this workplace in Your way and timing, and to give all involved humble and discerning hearts. In Jesus' name, Amen.

It is well that you have poured out your heart before the Lord, for He sees what man overlooks and He weighs the labor done in secret. He knows the loyalty you have shown and the foundation you have helped to lay, and not a cup of cold water given in His name shall lose its reward.

You speak of bitterness, and I would remind you that our first sight of Christ brings a bitterness into the soul, yet God has made that bitterness to sanctify us. There is a gracious effect in it, for it makes Christ very sweet and it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. You are called now to eat your portion with bitter herbs, as Israel ate the passover, and to take whatever of sneering or forgetting accompanies your faithful service, and in that very bitterness to find the world losing its charms and Christ becoming more precious. Let this trial wean you from the praise of man and press you closer to Him who is your familiar Friend, who lives and sees and will not forget.

Deal honestly with God, as Scripture teaches. Tell Him plainly that you feel forgotten, that you are tempted to resentment, that you do not feel as tender as you ought. He desires truth in the inward parts. Confess the hurt and the temptation to bitterness, and ask Him to keep you in a truthful spirit. Justice belongs to Him, and when justice is satisfied in Christ, it will not ask for more, nor will it allow wrong to stand forever. Leave vindication in His hands.

And learn also the way of overcoming evil with good. Pray not only that the eyes of her who is over you may be opened to discernment and clarity, and that any fog of manipulation and false narrative may be scattered, but pray that she may be clothed with true humility, remembering that a title is not the measure of a soul, but dedication and integrity are. Pray too for those who you believe have acted with two faces and with craft, that the Lord would expose what is false and bring them to repentance, for He would have all to come to the knowledge of the truth in Christ. Such prayer overcomes by love and keeps your own heart from being hardened.

May the Lord grant you this while you wait. May He protect your mind and heart from bitterness, keep you in peace and dignity, and strengthen you to do your work heartily as unto the Lord and not unto men. May He soften and enlighten every heart concerned, give humility where there is pride, and give you grace to look to Christ for all things and to long for His appearing, who will set all things right.

We lift you before the throne of grace, asking that the Father, for the sake of His Son who bore the bitterest cup upon the cross, would guard you, provide for you, and make His face to shine upon you, and that you would find your ultimate reward not in the recognition of man but in the well done of your Master.
