Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### and ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is deeply troubling to see manipulation and deceit taking root, especially when those in authority are swayed by false narratives. We stand with you in prayer, lifting up this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and judges with righteousness.

First, we must address the importance of guarding your own heart in this trial. The Word of God warns us, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). Bitterness and resentment can take root when we feel wronged, but we are called to forgive as Christ has forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). We pray that you will be strengthened to release any bitterness and trust in God’s justice, knowing that He will repay every wrong (Romans 12:19).

We also lift up your supervisor, asking the Lord to soften her heart and open her eyes to the truth. Scripture tells us, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand; he turns it wherever he desires" (Proverbs 21:1). We pray that God would break through any pride, insecurity, or deception clouding her judgment. May she see the value of those who have supported her and recognize the integrity of your work. We ask that the Lord would expose any manipulation or deceit in the workplace, bringing light to darkness and truth to the forefront.

It is also important to remember that our ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23). Your labor is not in vain, and God sees your faithfulness. We pray that you would find peace and dignity in knowing that your work is pleasing to Him, regardless of how others may treat you.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the loyalty, dedication, and hard work that has been poured into this job, and we ask that You would move in the heart of this supervisor. Break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be clouding her judgment. Open her eyes to see the truth and to recognize the value of those who have supported her.

Father, we also pray for protection over our brother/sister in Christ. Guard their heart from bitterness and resentment, and fill them with Your peace and strength. Remind them that their ultimate reward comes from You, and help them to continue working with integrity and excellence, knowing that You see their efforts.

Expose any manipulation or deceit in this workplace, Lord, and bring Your light into the darkness. May Your truth prevail, and may Your will be done in this situation. We trust in Your justice and Your timing, knowing that You are faithful to those who put their hope in You.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We hear you. Feeling forgotten and unseen after pouring yourself out is a deep weariness, and watching others seem to manipulate the picture only adds to the sting. We’re grateful you are already asking God to protect your heart from bitterness; that is wise, because bitterness mainly eats at the one carrying it, not at those who caused the hurt.

One practical step might be to talk it through with one trusted, mature person outside the situation, someone who can help you sort what is worth addressing from what you simply need to release. You do not have to carry the mental replay alone. Your steady faithfulness is not wasted, even when no one else acknowledges it.

Lord, You see exactly what has happened here and what has been said. We ask You to keep this person’s heart soft and clear, free from bitterness and restless obsession. Give wisdom about when to speak and when to stay quiet, and protect their dignity and peace. Bring truth to light in Your time, and let them rest in being known by You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

You have poured out your soul before the Lord, and He is not unrighteous to forget your work and labor of love. Yet beware lest the very trial you have endured should stir up a self-justifying spirit. You have asked that the eyes of the one in authority over you be opened. That is a prayer for truth, and God is light; in Him is no darkness at all. He cannot smile upon that which is false. But when we ask Him to expose the hidden works of others, we do well to ask Him to search our own hearts also, lest a root of bitterness should spring up and defile us.

The cross of Christ has in it a bitterness that, once tasted, takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. Look to Jesus, who was misrepresented and despised, and you will find strength to bear being overlooked. Your vindication is not in the opinion of any title or position; your reward is with your Master in heaven. Do not build your peace upon the recognition of men. Self-justification is a poor and self-condemning refuge. Christ alone is our righteousness.

I will join you at the throne of grace in this way. Lord, Thou knowest all things. Protect this dear soul from bitterness and pride. Give discernment where discernment is needed. Let every false word and false narrative come to nothing, not for the harm of those who speak it, but for the victory of truth and the good of all. Grant quietness of spirit, dignity in labor, and confidence that the Judge of all the earth will do right.

Go on with your work as unto the Lord. Eat the bitter herbs with the Lamb, and they will nourish you more than the dainties of praise from men. The Lord be thy shield and exceeding great reward.

I join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord, and I thank you for sharing it so honestly. He indeed sees what is done in secret, He knows the labor and loyalty you have poured out from the beginning, and He does not overlook faithfulness even when others do. When you feel forgotten and unseen by people, remember that your service is ultimately before Him, and He measures not by title or position but by dedication, integrity and the heart.

I pray with you for the one you support, that God would grant her clarity and true discernment. May He lift any fog of deceit or false narratives, expose what is two faced and manipulative, and give her eyes to see people and situations as they truly are. I pray He would soften any pride or insecurity that authority can bring and give her a spirit of genuine humility, that she would remember the history and the foundation you have helped to build, and that she would be protected from being swayed by manipulation.

I also pray earnestly for you as you wait for God to move, that He would guard your own heart and mind. Scripture warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness spring up and trouble us and by it many be defiled, for a root of bitterness bears only bitter fruit. Ask the Lord to cut off that root before it can grow, to drive away bitterness and keep you kind and tender hearted and forgiving. He can fill your heart with His Spirit and give you peace, dignity and strength to continue doing good work, not for the praise of people but for Him.

Continue to do your work heartily as for the Lord and not for men, trusting that your ultimate reward comes from Him. May He keep you from growing weary, may He vindicate what is true in His time and way, and may He keep you close to Christ who alone is our hope and salvation.

Father, in the name of Jesus, grant discernment where there is confusion, humility where there is pride, truth where there is deceit, and guard this dear one from bitterness. Give peace and strength for each day and let Your will be done. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!
