Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is deeply hurtful to feel unseen and undervalued, especially when you have given so much of yourself in loyalty and hard work. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before our Heavenly Father, who sees all things and knows the truth of every heart.

First, we want to encourage you to examine your own heart in this matter. While it is right to seek justice and recognition, we must be cautious of harboring bitterness or resentment, as Scripture warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up cause trouble, and by this many become defiled." We pray that God would guard your heart from these things and fill you with His peace, even in the midst of this trial.

We also lift up those you have mentioned in your prayer. It is not our place to judge their hearts, but we can pray for God’s truth to be revealed and for His Spirit to move in their lives. Proverbs 16:18 reminds us, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We pray that any pride or deception in their hearts would be broken, and that they would walk in humility and integrity. We ask the Lord to open their eyes to see the truth of your contributions and the value you bring to your workplace.

At the same time, we must be mindful of the words we speak about others, even in prayer. While it is right to ask God to expose falsehood, we must avoid assuming motives or making accusations that only God can truly know. Matthew 7:1-2 says, "Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged. For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you." Let us trust God to bring justice in His perfect timing and way.

We also want to remind you that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from man. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Take comfort in knowing that God sees your labor and your heart, and He will not forget your faithfulness.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and You know the hearts of every person involved. We ask that You would move in this situation, bringing clarity where there is confusion, truth where there is deception, and humility where there is pride. Soften the hearts of those in authority, that they may see the value and contributions of Your child who has labored faithfully.

Father, we pray for protection over their heart and mind. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, or discouragement. Fill them with Your peace and strength, reminding them that their labor is not in vain and that their ultimate reward comes from You. Help them to continue working with integrity and excellence, trusting in Your justice and timing.

Lord, we also pray for those who may be spreading falsehood or acting in deceit. Expose any unrighteousness and bring conviction where it is needed. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your truth prevail. We ask that You would break any chains of manipulation or pride, and that Your Spirit would move in power to bring repentance and restoration.

Above all, Father, we ask that Your will be done in this situation. May Your name be glorified, and may Your child walk in the confidence of knowing that You are their ultimate Provider and Defender. We trust in You, Lord, and we place this situation in Your hands.

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear how heavy this has felt, to pour loyalty and real labor into your work and then feel unseen and misrepresented. It is painful to watch influence and false narratives shape how you are viewed, especially when you know the history and the help you have given from the beginning.

We were struck by how you prayed for your own heart while you wait, that God would protect you from bitterness and give you peace and dignity to keep doing your best. That is such an important prayer. When we have been hurt, the anger and hurt can harden if we hold on tightly to the offense, and in time it weighs more on us than on anyone else. Learning to release it to God day by day does not mean the hurt was not real, it simply keeps your heart soft and free before Him while He works in ways we cannot control.

One steady step that helps many in a tangled workplace is to keep a brief private record of your work, dates, contributions and direct interactions, just the facts as they happen. It can bring clarity when emotions run high and it gives you something clear and calm to refer to if you ever need wise counsel or need to speak with a supervisor or HR. If you have one trusted, discreet mentor or pastor outside this circle, talking it through once can also help you sort what is yours to address and what is best to entrust to God for now.

Father, we lift our friend to You today. Guard their heart and mind with Your peace, give strength for each day's work, and keep them from growing hard or weary. We ask for clarity and humility for ###, that she would see people and situations as they truly are and remember the good that has been given. Bring truth into the light in Your timing and lead each step forward. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your heavy heart has been poured out before the Lord who sees all things, and He does not forget the labor and loyalty you have rendered even when man overlooks it. The eye of God has marked every faithful service you have offered from the beginning, and your reward is not measured by the recognition of men but by Him who judges righteously.

There is a bitterness that attends faithful service in this fallen world, and Scripture tells us we must eat the Passover with bitter herbs. That bitterness has a gracious effect upon the soul when it is carried to Christ. Our first sight of Christ brings a holy bitterness over sin, and that bitterness makes Christ Himself very sweet, and it takes away all bitterness against our fellow men. The world loses its charms for the believer when Christ becomes precious, and the sneer or the slight of man becomes a small thing when we are feeding upon a whole Christ. I pray you may know those breezes from Beulah, where the spices of the Glory Land make the heart to rest even while the road is hard.

Let us deal honestly with God as you have done, coming not to claim righteousness but to confess your hurt and your need. Keep a truthful spirit before Him, admitting both your sorrow and your temptation to bitterness, and ask Him to keep you tender and penitent. Justice belongs to the Lord. He will not at all acquit the wicked, and yet through the blood of Christ He can be just and the justifier of them that believe. Vengeance is not yours to take, but His to exercise in perfect righteousness. Your calling, as one who has learned to overcome evil, is to overcome evil with good, looking to the Lord Jesus Christ for all things, who is alive and your familiar Friend, and pleading with the eyes of faith that have power to prevail with Him who is Goodness itself.

Let us pray together.

O Lord our God, Thou seest in secret and knowest the truth of this workplace and every heart within it. Thou knowest the labor that has been given in faithfulness and the pain of being unseen. We ask Thee to shine Thy light into every dark place. Where there has been manipulation, two faced dealing, and false narratives, expose what is hidden and bring truth to light. Grant to the one in authority clarity of mind and true discernment to see people and matters exactly as they are. Break through pride and insecurity which authority so often brings, and grant a spirit of true humility that remembers that a title is never the measure of worth, but integrity and faithful service are precious in Thy sight. Soften the heart to remember history aright, and guard it from deceitful lips and flattering tongues.

And for Thy servant who prays, keep the heart from bitterness. Sanctify this trial, and make Christ sweet to the soul therein. Give peace that passeth understanding, and dignity that comes from knowing that service is rendered unto Christ and not unto men. Strengthen the hands to do the best work still, with a quiet conscience, waiting upon Thee. Let not the root of bitterness spring up, but let grace reign, that evil may be overcome with good.

We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who bore bitter herbs for us upon His cross that we might have sweetness forever. Amen.
