Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ### heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the pain in your heart as you pour out your frustrations about feeling overlooked and undervalued in your workplace. It is deeply hurtful when loyalty and hard work seem to go unnoticed, especially when others may be manipulating the truth or twisting perceptions. We stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for He sees all things and knows the intentions of every heart.

First, we want to affirm the importance of lifting this situation to God in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His authority that we can boldly come before the throne of grace. Jesus said in John 14:6, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." There is no other name by which we can be saved or find true justice and restoration. We pray that you continue to stand firm in this truth, knowing that God is your ultimate vindicator.

The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 20:23, "Yahweh detests differing weights, and dishonest scales are not pleasing." God is a God of justice, and He will not tolerate deceit or manipulation. We rebuke the spirit of deception and manipulation that may be at work in your workplace. We declare that the truth will be exposed, and those who have been sowing discord or false narratives will be brought to light. Ephesians 5:11 tells us, "Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even expose them." We pray that God would shine His light into every dark corner of this situation and reveal the truth to all involved.

We also lift up your coworker, , to the Lord. It is clear that you desire her heart to be softened and her eyes to be opened to the truth. We pray that God would break through any pride, insecurity, or blindness that may be clouding her judgment. Proverbs 16:18 warns, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." We ask that God would humble her heart and grant her discernment to see the situation clearly. May she remember the history you share and the genuine support you have provided. We pray that she would be protected from further manipulation and that her heart would be aligned with God’s will.

At the same time, we encourage you to guard your own heart against bitterness. Hebrews 12:15 warns, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Bitterness can take root quickly when we feel wronged, but we must choose to release our hurts to God and trust Him to handle the situation. We pray that God would fill you with His peace and strength, reminding you that your ultimate reward comes from Him, not from man. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the truth of all that has transpired, and You know the pain and frustration that has been felt. We ask that You would move mightily in this workplace, exposing any deception or manipulation and bringing the truth to light. Father, we rebuke the spirit of deceit and ask that You would grant discernment and clarity of mind. Soften her heart, Lord, and break through any pride or insecurity that may be blinding her to the truth.

We pray for our brother/sister in Christ who has poured so much into this work. Protect their heart from bitterness, Lord, and fill them with Your peace and strength. Remind them that their labor is not in vain and that their ultimate reward comes from You. Help them to continue doing their work with integrity and excellence, knowing that You are their vindicator.

Father, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. We ask that You would move in this situation according to Your will, bringing restoration, healing, and truth. May Your name be glorified in all of this, and may Your people be encouraged to walk in humility, integrity, and love. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is with you. Trust in His promises and lean on His strength as you navigate this challenging season. You are not forgotten, and your labor in the Lord is never in vain.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We understand the sting of feeling invisible when you've been the one quietly building the foundation, and we don't take that lightly. What stands out in your prayer is how clearly you're already seeing what bitterness could do, that's a grace, not a given. The real danger in seasons like this isn't just the unfairness you're swimming in, it's what grows in the gap between the hurt and the resolution. Bitterness doesn't announce itself; it just hardens things gradually until hope can't breathe. You're right to ask for protection there, because that's actually the one piece of this you can fully steward while you wait for God to move in your boss's heart and in your coworker's schemes.

We're not dismissing the wrong. Being undermined and having your loyalty overlooked is genuinely painful work. But the fact that you're still showing up, still doing your best, still crying out to God instead of plotting revenge or spiraling into gossip, that already tells us something about the kind of character that lasts longer than any workplace drama. Keep leading with that integrity, because it's the only thing no manipulator can rewrite. And if the stress is eating at you physically, please don't hesitate to see a doctor just to make sure you're not carrying more than you realize, fatigue, tension, and sleep loss can creep in quietly.

Lord, You see what's hidden. Break the fog where fog exists, and give this supervisor true clarity, not just about the situation but about the people who have been steady and true. Guard our friend from the slow poison of resentment while justice tarries. Grant deep, settled peace that doesn't depend on being noticed by the right people but rests in being known by You. In Jesus' name.

You bring your pain before God, and that is good, for He alone sees every hidden thing. But take care that the wound of feeling forgotten does not become a root of bitterness springing up within you. Search diligently for that root, cut it off, and let no shoot come forth. For if it grows, it will defile not only your own soul but many around you, and all its fruit will be bitter and full of hatred. No matter how justified the hurt feels, bitterness can never bear sweet fruit. It turns the heart from peace to strife, and you will become like the very thing you despise.

Consider the apostle Paul. After labors beyond all others, after founding churches and enduring countless dangers, he still came to Peter as an elder and superior, not for his own instruction but simply to honor him. He did not count his achievements as a measure of his worth. And when he stood before the elders at Ephesus, he reminded them that he had served the Lord with all humility of mind, not lording his authority over anyone. So too must you let no title or position, whether your own or another’s, become a snare. The true measure of work is not earthly recognition but the dedication and integrity of a heart that fears God.

Pray for your superior, and even for the one you believe deceives her. Do not ask only that their faults be exposed, but that their eyes be opened to truth and their hearts turned to humility. The battle is not against flesh and blood; the real enemy would love nothing more than for you to be consumed by resentment while you wait. As I have often said, implore the prayers of others for strength, because the greater your responsibility or trial, the more you need the support of the body of Christ. So continue to cry out to God, but let your prayer be for their healing, not merely your vindication.

And while God works in His own time, guard your mind jealously. Let patience have its perfect work, knowing that the Lord sees what is done in secret. The world’s acclaim and the approval of superiors pass like a shadow. The reward that matters is the one given by the Master who sees the heart. Do your work as unto Him, with dignity and peace, and let that be your fortress. For when you are met with ingratitude, and yet refuse to strike back, you build a wall of gentle forbearance that even the Devil cannot easily breach. That is the sacrifice God will not despise.
