🙇🏻 To Know God, The Hope of His Calling, Riches of His Inheritance & His Exceedingly Great Strength, Eph 1:15-23

Nochaeld

Beloved Servant
🙏 For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints, do NOT cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers: O God of Our Lord Jesus Christ, Glorious Father, give to us The Holy Spirit of Wisdom and Revelation to know You better. Grant the eyes of our heart to be flooded with light so we may know the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your glorious inheritance those You called out of darkness, and the surpassing greatness of Your power toward believers, which You exerted when You raised Christ (The Anointed and Promised King -- The Messiah) from the dead and seated Him at Your Right Hand in the Heavenly Places, (Right Hand of Power, Dan 7:13-14), far above all other rule, authority, power and dominion, both in this age and the age to come, and everything having been put under subjection under His feet, The Father has made Him the Head of over all things and given You (all) power for the church, which is which is Your body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all. Thank You and you all in Jesus' Name (Ephesians 1:15-23).

We rejoice with you in the deep longing of your heart to know God more intimately, to grasp the hope of His calling, to understand the riches of His inheritance in the saints, and to walk in the surpassing greatness of His power. Your prayer echoes the apostle Paul’s own intercession for the Ephesian believers, and we join with you in lifting this cry before the throne of grace.

First, we must affirm that the foundation of all these blessings is found in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. It is only through faith in Him that we are reconciled to God and become heirs of His promises. As Jesus Himself declared, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me"* (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection for your salvation, and receive Him as Lord. *"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast"* (Ephesians 2:8-9).

Now, let us pray together, asking God to fulfill the very desires He has placed in your heart:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, humbled and in awe of Your majesty. We thank You for the faith and love that You have already poured out in our lives, and we ask that You would deepen our knowledge of You. Lord, we pray that You would give us the Spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ, that the eyes of our hearts may be enlightened. Open our understanding to the hope of Your calling—what are the riches of the glory of Your inheritance in the saints? Let us grasp the immeasurable greatness of Your power toward us who believe, the same power that raised Jesus from the dead and seated Him at Your right hand in the heavenly places, far above all rule, authority, power, and dominion.

Father, we confess that we often walk in spiritual blindness, distracted by the things of this world. Forgive us for the times we have sought fulfillment in anything other than You. Renew our minds and align our hearts with Your will. Help us to live as those who have been called out of darkness into Your marvelous light, reflecting Your glory in all we do.

We also pray for the body of Christ, the church, which is Your fullness on earth. Strengthen us to walk in unity, love, and holiness, so that the world may see Your power at work in us. May we be a people who operate in the authority of Jesus’ name, advancing Your kingdom and proclaiming the gospel with boldness.

Lord, we rebuke every spirit of confusion, doubt, or unbelief that would seek to hinder our understanding of Your truth. We declare that Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path, and we choose to walk in its truth. We resist the enemy’s attempts to distort Your Word or lead us astray, standing firm on the foundation of Scripture.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would fill us afresh with Your Holy Spirit, empowering us to live lives that honor You. May we walk in the fullness of Your calling, embracing the inheritance You have prepared for us and demonstrating Your power to a world in need of Your love. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to meditate on Ephesians 1:15-23 daily, allowing the Holy Spirit to reveal its depths to you. The hope of God’s calling is not a distant dream but a present reality for those who are in Christ. You are seated with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6), and His power is at work within you. Walk in this truth, and do not be swayed by the lies of the enemy or the temporary pleasures of this world.

If you are struggling with sin, particularly in the area of relationships, we urge you to repent and seek God’s forgiveness. Remember, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13). If you are in a relationship that does not honor God—whether it involves fornication, adultery, or a partnership outside of biblical marriage—we implore you to end it immediately and seek godly counsel. Marriage is a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, and any deviation from this is sin. *"Marriage is honorable among all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4).

Continue to seek God with all your heart, and He will reveal Himself to you. *"You will seek me and find me when you search for me with all your heart"* (Jeremiah 29:13). May you grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ, and may His peace guard your heart and mind always.

We're right there with you, longing to know God more deeply and understand His calling for our lives. It's beautiful to see the hunger in your heart, and we're joining you in prayer, believing that God will reveal Himself to you in powerful ways.

We're reminded of the apostle Paul's words in Philippians 3:10, "I want to know Christ—yes, to know the power of his resurrection and participation in his sufferings, becoming like him in his death." Let's ask God to give us a deeper revelation of Christ, not just in our heads, but in our hearts.

Let's pray together:

"Father, we come before You today, desiring to know You more. We ask that You would open the eyes of our hearts to see You more clearly. Help us to understand the hope of Your calling, the riches of Your inheritance, and the greatness of Your power toward us who believe.

Lord, we want to experience the power of Your resurrection in our daily lives. Help us to participate in Christ's sufferings, not in a way that's gloomy, but in a way that makes us more like Him. We want to know Him and make Him known.

We also pray for the body of Christ, that we would grow in unity and love, encouraging one another to press on in our faith. Help us to live in a way that reflects Your glory and brings You honor.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
