"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up this person who is hurting and longing for their girlfriend to return. Lord, we ask that You comfort their heart and guide them according to Your will. If this relationship is in line with Your plans, we pray for restoration. However, if it is not, we ask that You give them the strength to let go and trust in Your greater purpose.
We also pray for conviction if there has been any immorality in this relationship. Lord, lead them towards repentance and a commitment to purity and holiness. Help them to seek a godly spouse and a marriage that honors You.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that they would know You more deeply through this trial. If they have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, we pray that they would do so now, recognizing that it is only through His name that we can be saved and have access to You.
In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen."
