Continue in my life and remove and bring back all that belongs to me that was mine spiritually, mentally, and physically. God, take down and remove everything that was stolen and bring it back to me and close all doors and access.

We hear your cry for restoration, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this matter before the throne of grace. The Lord is a God of justice and restoration, and He sees every loss, every theft, and every injustice done against His children. Scripture tells us in Joel 2:25-26, "I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the hopper, the destroyer, and the cutter, my great army, which I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, and be satisfied, and will praise the name of Yahweh, your God, who has dealt wondrously with you." The Lord is able to restore what has been taken from you, spiritually, mentally, and physically.

However, we must also examine our hearts and ensure that our desires align with God’s will. Restoration is not merely about reclaiming what was lost but about surrendering all to Christ, who is the ultimate restorer. In Matthew 6:33, Jesus instructs us, "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Are we seeking His kingdom above all else? Are we trusting Him to provide what is truly best for us, even if it looks different from what we once had?

We also rebuke any spirit of bitterness, unforgiveness, or entitlement that may be lingering in this request. Ephesians 4:31-32 commands us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you." Restoration cannot fully take place if our hearts are hardened or if we are holding onto resentment. We must release those who have wronged us into God’s hands, trusting Him to execute justice in His perfect timing.

We also caution against a mindset of possession that may not align with God’s purposes. While the Lord does restore, He may also redirect or refine what we once had to better fit His plan for our lives. Proverbs 16:9 reminds us, "A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps." Are we willing to accept that what was taken may have been removed for our protection or growth? Are we open to receiving something even better from the Lord’s hand?

Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus, the only name by which we have access to the Father and through whom all restoration flows:

Heavenly Father, we come before You as Your children, humbled and dependent on Your mercy and grace. Lord, You see every loss, every theft, and every injustice that has been done against this precious one. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You restore what has been stolen, spiritually, mentally, and physically. You are the God who makes all things new, and we trust in Your power to redeem and renew.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of lack, oppression, and theft that has operated against this life. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We close every door and access point that the enemy has used to steal, kill, or destroy, and we seal them shut by the blood of Jesus. No longer will the thief have a foothold here.

Lord, we ask that You search this heart and reveal any areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or entitlement. Soften this heart to forgive as You have forgiven, and release any desire for vengeance into Your hands. Help them to trust in Your justice and Your timing. If there is anything that was taken that was not of You, we ask that You remove it completely and replace it with what aligns with Your will.

We declare that this life is covered by the blood of Jesus, and we stand on Your promise in Psalm 23:3, "He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake." Restore their soul, Lord. Restore their peace, their joy, their strength, and their purpose. Let them walk in the fullness of what You have for them, free from the past and fully alive in Christ.

Father, we also ask that You give them wisdom and discernment to steward what You restore. May they use every gift, every opportunity, and every resource for Your glory and the advancement of Your kingdom. Let their life be a testimony of Your faithfulness and Your power to restore.

We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved and through whom all things are possible. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is working even when you cannot see it. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Continue to seek Him first in all things, and trust that He will bring about restoration in ways that exceed your expectations. Walk in forgiveness, release the past, and step boldly into the future God has for you. You are not forgotten, and you are deeply loved by the One who holds all things in His hands.

It’s unsettling when you feel like something vital has slipped away, whether a sense of peace, clarity, or strength you once had. We hear the ache in your words, and we join you in asking God to restore what’s been taken.

When we can’t identify exactly how something was stolen, bringing it before the Lord with honest detail can help. In a quiet moment, you might name those areas out loud or in a journal: what you miss spiritually, mentally, physically. Ask Him to reclaim each one and to show you if there’s anything in your own life that might have given ground you didn’t intend, something to surrender back to His care. That act of releasing can become a way to close doors you didn’t know were open.

We’ve watched God rebuild what seemed permanently lost, often not in the exact shape we expected but in a form that drew us closer to Him. That kind of restoration doesn’t always happen overnight; it’s something we grow into as we keep bringing our days before Him and staying planted in a community that prays with us. If the weight of this feels heavier than you can carry alone, reach out to a pastor or a mature believer you trust. Sometimes having someone agree with you in prayer strengthens our own resolve to let God fight for us.

Lord Jesus, thank You that nothing taken is beyond Your power to redeem. We ask You now to restore whatever has been stolen from this person’s life, spiritually, mentally, and physically. Shut every door the enemy has used, and draw them so near Your heart that nothing else can slip in. Fill the empty spaces with Your presence and steady their hope. In Your name we pray, amen.

Continue in prayer, and never cease from it through presumption. You ask for the return of all that belongs to you, but remember first that all spiritual blessings are yours already in Christ, they are the rarest, the richest, the most enduring. Temporal and mental losses are painful, yet these are not the sure marks of Divine favor; God gives them even to the unworthy. But the healing and restoration you seek are in happy conjunction with pardon through our Lord Jesus.

Where sin and weakness have opened doors to the thief, cry mightily to Him, for He looks upon the penitent and sees the reflection of His own wounds. He sent His Word and healed them. Knocking, and knocking, and knocking again, add to your asking a seeking after Him, and be not satisfied until you receive a real answer. Jehovah-Rophi can cause your disease to vanish and your soul to rejoice in recovery.

Wonder not if the recovery is slow; acknowledge in each increase of strength that the Lord has a new claim on your affection. That which was stolen mentally and physically, cast upon Him, shall He not bring it back in His time? As for closing doors, it is the Lord's to reign and rule until the world's end, and He will guard what He restores. Go from being a mere learner to a friend and companion of Christ, and there you will insensibly receive strength.

And let your restored soul declare His works with rejoicing, for He delivers from destructions. If you are driven to extremity, that is when such blessings come, as rain upon the dry earth, refreshing every rootlet of your life.

The things you call your own, examine carefully whether they truly belong to you, or whether you have merely wrapped your heart around them as though they were your possession. The only treasure no thief can steal, no rust can destroy, is the treasure laid up in heaven. When you pray to recover what was taken, be mindful that God often permits loss to teach you where your true wealth lies. If you have been robbed of money or reputation, you have not suffered injury in your soul, unless you yourself open the wound by anger or despair. For what is taken from the body or from the world remains in the world; but the soul’s goods no hand can touch.

Consider Job, who lost all and yet worshiped. He did not clamor for restoration, but bore his stripping with thanks. When he had shown that he served God not for payment, then God restored to him twofold. If we bear losses thankfully, we shall recover even these things; and if we should not recover them, our reward is greater. Do not therefore make your prayer a demand that the thief return what he stole, but a plea that God keep your spirit from being stolen by resentment or by clinging to what passes.

You ask God to close all doors and access. But take heed: the most dangerous door is your own mouth. When someone insults you, if you open your mouth in retaliation, you fling that door wide and let the blast of the enemy extinguish the lamp of grace within you. As a house with two doors facing each other lets the wind rush through unless one is shut, so the insults of your enemy and the opening of your lips together create a violent draft that quenches the Spirit. Close your mouth with the fear of God, and the door is sealed. Likewise, shutter your eyes and ears from drinking in every provocation, and the flame of grace burns steady.

The apostles were freed from prison by an angel, not so they might regain their belongings or their ease, but to go and speak the words of life in the temple. When God opens a door, it is for the gospel, not for the gratifying of our appetites. Do not fix your hope on the recovery of physical or mental things as though they were a right. Rather pray that you may be delivered from the prison of worldly care, and sent forth to live in the freedom of serving Christ.

All conflict, all envy, all anxiety spring from the love of earthly things. If we learn to despise these, peace settles in the soul. Has someone taken your honor? It was a shadow; your true honor is with God. Has he stolen your money? He has not touched your heavenly purse. Cut out the root of desire for these passing baubles, and you will find no fruit of distress even when they are stripped away. Turn your prayer, then, toward the one thing necessary: that you may come to prize the treasure of the kingdom so completely that every earthly loss is counted gain. Pray with the intention of a heart set free, not with the fever of one grasping at vanishing smoke. Then, whether God chooses to restore or to withhold, you will possess what is truly yours in Christ.

What you are asking reaches into the very heart of God’s purposes, and I hear a longing for wholeness that He Himself placed within you. You were made in His likeness, designed to bear His image in spirit, mind, and body. When things are stolen from that sacred design, whether through the enemy’s schemes, your own missteps, or the brokenness of this world, the ache is real and the cry for restoration is right.

Yet there is a divine order to how God reclaims what has been lost. The Scriptures hold a quiet, recurring promise: Return unto me, and I will return unto you. Often the first step is not demanding everything back, but bringing your whole self back to Him. Not with empty rituals or fearful bargaining, as though He could be manipulated, but with the honesty of a heart that says, “I have nothing and I need You.” He is not moved by our frantic attempts to shut every door ourselves; He is moved by a soul that lets Him be the doorkeeper.

I think of Jacob, a man who knew well what it was to have things taken, to live in fear of losing more, to feel that even his family and future were slipping through his fingers. Laban accused him of stealing, pursued him with threats, and yet God stood between them and guarded what was rightfully Jacob’s. It was not Jacob’s own scheming that preserved him; it was the hidden hand of a faithful God who saw the stolen years, the nights of frost and days of drought, and who turned them around in His time. Your situation is not hidden from that same watchful eye.

There is likewise a spiritual law woven into the fabric of creation, as certain as the laws that govern the natural world: Give, and it shall be given unto you. That may sound upside down when you are the one who has been robbed. But this giving is not about money; it is about entrusting yourself, your pain, your rights, your future, back into the hands of the Father. Pour out your trust, and you will find a return of peace. Give forgiveness, and you will begin to close the doors through which bitterness steals joy. Offer up your emptiness, and watch how He fills it.

And do not underestimate what God can do with a single, divinely timed breach. At midnight, in a cold Philippian cell, an earthquake swung the doors wide open. What looked like the end became the moment of deliverance. Those doors that the enemy meant to seal you behind can become the very gates through which God brings you out into a wider place. He does not need to pick the lock; He can shake the foundation.

So I would encourage you: instead of fixating on everything that was taken, focus first on the One who was never lost. Let your prayer be shaped by His word. Ask Him to search your heart and show you any door you have left open that needs to be shut for good, not out of fear, but in holy obedience. And then rest in the truth that you are not unknown to Him. Before a single thing was ever stolen, He had already set His affection on you. His foreknowledge envelops every loss, and His power is sufficient to bring back what ultimately belongs to His purpose for your life. It may not look identical to the old; it may come in new form, shaped by mercy and fit for the days ahead. But it will be yours, and no one will be able to steal it again.
