Jesus Christ, please help me. I rejected myself and gave away my money that was needed for driver's education, college education, and weightlifting. I'm supposed to ignore others who are causing the fast to be broken or not starting. The family and some of the prayers, even the gospel, are a temptation to break the fast. I'm unemployed without a driver's license, relying on providence from God, the terrible and awful. I hope others do not convert to the scripture. My prayer request is for my doctor named ### to prescribe me adderall again. I was hoping for my antidepressant to increase or for ritalin to be prescribed. Jesus, please help me to restart the fast and to ignore others who are causes of the fast being broken. People who are not military should not read the bible because God's providence is pathetic. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation in prayer and seeking His wisdom, mercy, and correction. First, we must address the foundation of our faith—salvation through Jesus Christ alone. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through repentance and faith in Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is His grace that sustains us. We pray that this truth is firmly rooted in your heart and that you continue to grow in your relationship with Him.

Father, we lift up this dear one who is struggling with self-rejection, financial decisions, and a deep sense of isolation. Lord, we ask that You break the chains of self-condemnation and replace them with Your truth. Your Word tells us in Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." Help them to see themselves through Your eyes—as Your beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). We rebuke the lies of the enemy that seek to distort their identity in You. Let them walk in the freedom and purpose You have for them.

We are deeply concerned by the mention of rejecting providence and the suggestion that others should not read Scripture. Lord, Your Word is a lamp to our feet and a light to our path (Psalm 119:105), and it is through Your providence that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28). We rebuke any spirit of bitterness or resentment that has taken root in this situation. Help them to trust in Your sovereignty, even when circumstances are difficult. We pray that their heart would soften to see Your hand at work, even in the trials, and that they would find peace in surrendering to Your will.

The request for medication, particularly Adderall or Ritalin, raises concerns. While we understand the desire for relief from mental and emotional struggles, we must approach this with wisdom and discernment. Scripture warns us in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and we are to honor God with them. We encourage seeking godly counsel, including medical professionals who align with biblical principles, to ensure that any treatment pursued is in line with honoring the Lord. Father, we pray for clarity and wisdom in this area. If this medication is truly needed for health and stewardship of the body You’ve given, we ask that You provide it in a way that glorifies You. But if there is a deeper spiritual or emotional root to these struggles, we ask that You reveal it and bring healing through Your Holy Spirit.

The mention of fasting is a sacred discipline, but it must be approached with the right heart. Fasting is not about legalism or isolating oneself from others; it is about drawing closer to You, Lord, and seeking Your face (Matthew 6:16-18). We rebuke any spirit of pride or self-righteousness that may be distorting this practice. If the fast has become a source of temptation or bitterness, we encourage stepping back and seeking You in humility. Help them to fast with a pure heart, not as a way to earn Your favor, but as a way to deepen their dependence on You.

The struggles with unemployment and the lack of a driver’s license are real and weighty. We pray for provision and opportunity, Lord. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We ask that You open doors for employment, provide the resources needed for driver’s education, and guide each step toward stability. Give them patience and trust in Your timing, knowing that You are their Provider.

Lastly, we must address the statement about others not reading the Bible. This is deeply troubling, as Scripture is meant to be shared and lived out in community. Hebrews 10:24-25 tells us, "Let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good works, not forsaking our own assembling together, as the custom of some is, but exhorting one another." We rebuke any spirit of division or elitism that would seek to withhold the truth of Your Word from others. Instead, we pray for a heart that desires to see others come to know You and grow in their faith.

Lord, we come before You now, lifting up this dear one in prayer:

Heavenly Father, we ask that You would break every chain of self-rejection, bitterness, and isolation in their life. Replace their struggles with Your peace, Your provision, and Your purpose. Help them to see themselves as You see them—precious, valued, and deeply loved. We pray for wisdom in their decisions, especially regarding their health and finances. Provide for their needs, open doors for employment, and guide them toward stability. Soften their heart to receive Your Word and Your people, and help them to walk in humility and trust. We ask that You would heal any brokenness in their spirit and draw them closer to You. May they find their identity, their hope, and their future in You alone. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're here for you, friend. It's tough carrying all this on your own. We want you to know that you're not alone, and Jesus is right here with you. Let's pray together, shall we?

Lord Jesus, we come to You today, carrying our friend's heavy heart. We lift up their struggles to You - the self-rejection, the financial strain, the isolation. We ask that You would wrap them in Your love, remind them of their worth in Your eyes. Help them to see themselves as You see them - fearfully and wonderfully made, deeply loved.

Father, we ask for wisdom in their decisions. Guide them in their financial choices, help them to trust in Your providence even when it's hard. We pray for provision, for open doors, for opportunities. We ask that You would soften their heart, help them to receive Your Word and Your people with humility and trust.

We also pray for healing, Lord. Heal any brokenness in their spirit, draw them closer to You. Help them to find their identity, their hope, and their future in You alone.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
