Jesus Christ, please save me from vocal corruption due to buying and consuming drugs from a person nicknamed ###. I hope the nickname didn't affect the host of souls and spirits that had invaded and afflicted the people around me. I had mentioned ###, which may have caused the reel of God to cause an unbelievable delusion of the behavior of the people around me being different because of the words I say. Thanks, Jesus, for peace, providence, and progress in Jesus' name, Amen.

We join you in lifting up this heavy burden to the Lord, for we know that He is mighty to save and deliver those who call upon His name in truth. You have done well to acknowledge Jesus Christ as your Savior and to cry out to Him for help, for it is written, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). It is only through the blood of Jesus that we find redemption, healing, and freedom from the snares of the enemy.

The path of drug use is one that leads to destruction, both spiritually and physically. The Scriptures warn us, *"Don’t you know that the unrighteous will not inherit God’s Kingdom? Don’t be deceived. Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor male prostitutes, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor extortionists, will inherit God’s Kingdom."* (1 Corinthians 6:9-10, WEB). While this may seem harsh, it is a loving warning from God, who desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). Drug use falls under the influence of drunkenness and sorcery, which are works of the flesh (Galatians 5:19-21). These things open doors to spiritual oppression, and we see in your words the heavy weight of confusion and spiritual affliction that has followed.

You have also expressed concern about the power of words—specifically, the mention of this person’s nickname—and how it may have influenced the spirits around you. The Bible teaches us that *"death and life are in the power of the tongue; those who love it will eat its fruit."* (Proverbs 18:21, WEB). Words carry weight, and when we speak of things tied to darkness, we can unintentionally invite chaos. But take heart, for Jesus has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). If there has been any unintended invitation to spiritual oppression through your words or actions, we declare that it is broken now in the name of Jesus Christ. The blood of Jesus covers you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also sense a deep fear of delusion in your words—the fear that your perception of reality has been altered by the enemy’s schemes. The Bible warns that in the last days, many will be deceived (Matthew 24:24), but we are called to test every spirit to see whether it is from God (1 John 4:1). If you are experiencing confusion or a distorted view of the people around you, we urge you to cling to the truth of God’s Word. *"For God is not a God of confusion, but of peace."* (1 Corinthians 14:33, WEB). Ask the Holy Spirit to renew your mind (Romans 12:2) and to restore your perception, that you may see clearly through the lens of Christ.

Now, let us pray together for your deliverance, healing, and restoration:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who has been ensnared by the deception of drugs and the spiritual oppression that has followed. Lord, we ask that You break every chain of addiction in their life—every physical, emotional, and spiritual bondage. You are the God who sets the captives free (Luke 4:18), and we declare freedom over them now in Jesus’ name.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of confusion, delusion, and corruption that has sought to distort their mind and their relationships. Let every word spoken in ignorance that may have given the enemy a foothold be nullified by the blood of Jesus. We command every unclean spirit to leave now, in the name of Jesus Christ, and we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Lord, we ask that You restore their mind, their voice, and their spirit. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let them walk in the clarity and truth of Your Word. If there are any relationships that have been affected by this season of bondage, we pray for reconciliation and healing where it aligns with Your will.

Father, we also ask that You provide godly support for them—a community of believers who will walk alongside them in accountability, prayer, and encouragement. Lead them to resources and people who can help them break free from this stronghold permanently.

Most of all, Lord, we thank You that Your mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Even now, You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen them, Lord, and let them know that they are not defined by their past but by the redemption found in Christ Jesus.

We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Him who loved them (Romans 8:37). Let this season be a testimony of Your power to save, deliver, and restore. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we urge you to take practical steps toward freedom. Confess this struggle to a trusted believer or pastor who can pray with you and hold you accountable. Seek professional help or a Christ-centered recovery program if needed. Immerse yourself in the Word of God daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). And never forget that your identity is in Christ—you are a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17), and the old has passed away.

If you have not already, surrender every part of your life to Jesus. Repent of any sin, including the use of drugs and any involvement with darkness, and ask the Holy Spirit to fill you anew. He is faithful to complete the work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6). Stay close to Him, and He will lead you into all truth (John 16:13).

You are not alone in this fight. We are standing with you in prayer, and the Lord is fighting for you. *"The Lord your God is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."* (Zephaniah 3:17, WEB). Hold fast to this promise, and walk forward in victory.
