I sorry i forgot to mention Jesus its just i find no joy in anything anymore it feels like ash in my mouth could Jesus or God using anxiety and depression and guilt to get my attention any prayers would be helpful in Jesus name amen
P.s. I also tired of being alone it doesn't help matters any in Jesus name I pray amen

We hear your heart in this and we thank you for humbling yourself to mention the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. As it is written, Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We rejoice that you have called upon Him now and we come alongside you in His name.

We understand that feeling of ash in your mouth, where nothing brings joy anymore. The psalmist and prophets knew that heaviness too, and God does not turn away from a broken and honest heart. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. We want you to know that God is not cruel and He does not delight in your suffering, but He does love you enough to use even painful seasons to draw you closer to Himself. For whom the Lord loves, he disciplines, and chastises every son whom he receives. Hebrews 12:6. Sometimes anxiety, depression and guilt can be the Spirit convicting us of sin that needs to be confessed, and sometimes it is the weight of living in a fallen world, or the enemy's condemnation trying to crush you. There is a difference between godly conviction which leads to repentance and life, and condemnation which leaves you in despair. There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus. Romans 8:1. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9. If there is specific sin weighing on you, bring it into the light with Jesus and He will forgive and cleanse you completely. If the guilt lingers after confession, that is not from God, for God restores joy.

We also hear your tiredness of being alone and we do not take that lightly. God Himself said, It is not good that the man should be alone. Genesis 2:18 and God sets the lonely in families. Psalm 68:6. Your desire for companionship is not wrong, it is God given. We believe that desire is meant to be fulfilled in godly marriage as a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, and we pray that if it is His will He will lead you to a godly spouse in His timing. Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor of Yahweh. Proverbs 18:22. We encourage you while you wait to pursue courtship that honors God, with the goal of marriage to another Christian believer, fleeing from fornication and keeping yourself pure before Him, and to seek fellowship in the body of Christ so you are not isolated. Loneliness grows in isolation, but God often eases it through His people.

For the heaviness and lack of joy, we want to remind you where true joy is found. You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. In your right hand there are pleasures forever more. Psalm 16:11 and the joy of Yahweh is your strength. Nehemiah 8:10. Joy is not found in circumstances but in His presence. For anxiety and depression, the Lord invites you to cast your cares on Him. In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7 and Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time, casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:6-7. Jesus Himself says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the heaviness, the anxiety, the depression, the guilt that feels like ash, and the deep loneliness. Lord we ask You to reveal Yourself as near, as comforter and as Savior. If there is any sin that needs confession, bring it to light and grant repentance, and let them know the full forgiveness and cleansing that is in the blood of Jesus. Break the power of condemnation and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Restore joy in Your presence, lift this burden, and give rest to this weary soul. Renew their mind with Your Word and guard their heart and thoughts in Christ Jesus. Father, You know the ache of being alone, and we ask that You surround them with godly fellowship and community, and in Your perfect timing, if it is Your will, provide a godly spouse for marriage that will honor You, a relationship built on purity and faith. Until then, help them to walk closely with You and to find their wholeness in You first. Keep them, hold them, and let them feel Your love in a fresh way today. We ask all this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

We encourage you to stay in the Word daily, to pour out your heart honestly to the Lord in prayer, and to share this burden with a trusted pastor or mature Christian believer who can walk with you and pray with you regularly. If the depression feels heavy and ongoing, please also seek help from a pastor or biblical counselor and do not walk through this alone. Keep calling upon Jesus, He is listening and He cares deeply for you.

Thank you for writing again so honestly and for praying in Jesus' name. We hear how heavy things feel right now, that joy feels gone and even taste seems like ash, and how lonely the days have become.

It makes sense you would wonder if God is using anxiety, depression and guilt to get your attention. From what we believe, God does not need to keep you in distress to draw you close. He sees you in it and invites you to bring the anxiety and guilt to Him, not as punishment but so you can find mercy and rest with Him. Guilt can sometimes point to something to confess, and sometimes it just hangs heavy and needs gentle sorting out with Him and with trusted help.

We are praying for you, and we also encourage you not to carry this alone. If these feelings have been weighing on you for a while, please consider reaching out soon to a pastor, counselor or your doctor alongside prayer, just to have someone know you and walk with you. And if loneliness is especially heavy, is there one safe person, a church, small group or friend you could tell this week that you are struggling and would value company or prayer?

Father, we lift our friend to You in Jesus' name. You see the heaviness, the ache of loneliness and the questions about guilt. Draw near, bring comfort and clarity, and help him find supportive people to walk with him in the days ahead. Give wisdom for next steps and remind him he is not forgotten or alone with You. In Jesus' name amen.

Praying for you and understanding how you feel. May our Lord uplift you, relieving you of anxiety and depression, granting you peace, comfort and joy. May the Lord send a trusting friend along your path, to walk beside you, keeping you company and sharing the happy moments as well as helping you in difficult times. Prayers in the name of Jesus.

Your words have been heard with care and with prayer, and we thank you for speaking so plainly in Jesus name. To feel that all joy is gone and that everything is as ash in the mouth is a heavy affliction, and to carry anxiety and depression and guilt together, with the ache of being alone, is a sore burden indeed. The Lord sees this sorrow and He is not distant from it.

You ask whether God could be using these things to get your attention. Hear this truth in love. God does not delight in your pain, but He does in mercy allow us to feel the weight of our need that we may turn to Him. Guilt has its place when it shows us our sin and our need of a Savior, and the Spirit is faithful to convince us of sin not to crush us, but to lead us to the sin forgiving God and the matchless atonement which covers all guilt. When the Son removes guilt through His blood, the Spirit removes guile and gives a new nature. The way is not to hide sin or to hush conscience, but to confess it plainly before God, to humble yourself and to believe that the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses from all sin. If by faith you trust in Christ alone for salvation, believing that He was made a curse for us that we might be made righteous in Him, then guilt is no longer imputed and blessedness is bestowed. There is only one look at Jesus that is needed to give pardon, and he that believes on Him is not condemned.

It is right that you have now named the name of Jesus, for there is salvation in no other. Joy that lasts is not found in circumstances or in feelings, but in the Lord Himself. Happiness lies more in the mind and in the heart before God than in outward things. The joy of faith is the fruit of the Spirit from the root of trust in God. It is pleasant to hear about joy, but to be filled with joy and peace through believing is far more satisfying. He that has joy in the Lord has a joy that remains when other joys fail, a joy that no man takes from you. This joy is learned as you make Him your joy, the whole of your joy, and rejoice in Him always, not only when the heart feels light but also when it feels heavy. Such joy often comes not at once but as you abide in Christ, in prayer, in His Word, and among His people.

Concerning anxiety, you should know that anxiety has never comforted any person nor brought any real help. The very anxiety which comes from being in difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty. Our Lord would have you cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you. To tell your trouble to God in prayer is profitable, but to tell it only to yourself and to let it turn inward does no good. Bring your anxious thoughts to Him, day by day, and ask Him to keep your mind stayed upon Him.

And concerning loneliness, you are not alone in feeling alone. Our Savior Himself knew what it was to be left alone just when as Man He most needed human sympathy. He was left alone that you might never be truly alone. He understands the sorrow of friendlessness and He has promised to see His own again and to give a joy that remains. In this world you shall have sorrow, but your sorrow shall be turned into joy when you look to Him. While you wait upon the Lord, seek fellowship with His people, for the Lord has placed believers together that they may bear one another's burdens and rejoice together.

We will pray for you now in Jesus name.

O Lord our God, look in mercy upon this dear soul who feels no joy and carries guilt and anxiety and loneliness. Show the heinousness of sin and also the sufficiency of Christ who bore our curse. Grant faith to believe in Him alone for pardon, and let the blood of Jesus cleanse from all sin. Take away guilt and take away guile, and give a new heart that loves truth and holiness. Give joy in the Lord that is not dependent on outward comfort, and teach this heart to rejoice in You always. Cast out needless anxiety and give peace through believing. In loneliness, draw near as the friend who sticks closer than a brother, and provide godly fellowship according to Your wise and holy will. Keep this one in Your care and lead in paths of righteousness for Jesus sake, Amen.

Continue to look to Christ, to confess your need to Him daily, to read His Word, and to walk with a faithful church where you can be known and encouraged. If heaviness remains, seek help from a pastor and from trusted believers near you, and do not walk this road alone. The Lord is near to them that call upon Him in truth.
