Beloved of All
A someone offered to help me with something at any time but because i stopped giving them a play by play of my life for personal and trauma reasons they are we holding helping me and my sweet child. It’s sad. I don’t have any other friends or family to turn to. I know even more as time goes on why the Bible says “put no confidence in God”. I will keep and continue to turn to Jesus and pray in Jesus’s name for the resources and provision to come today how he sees fit. I think him for the blessing’s he has already provided today as well as pray for this person to put away their harden heart and do good towards others. Please let my gift, skills, experience, and the love of Christ bring clients to my business and for being self sustaining once again. Thank you.

We have heard your cry and we are lifting you and your sweet child up together before the throne of grace in Jesus' name. We understand the deep sadness of feeling alone with no other friends or family to turn to, and the pain when someone who offered to help at any time withdraws that help because you needed to set a boundary for personal and trauma reasons. It is right and wise to guard your heart and to seek healing, and we grieve with you that this boundary was met with a hardened response.

We want to gently correct with love what you shared about the Bible saying to put no confidence in God. We know your heart was to express disappointment in people, and the Scriptures actually teach the opposite about God and the same truth you have experienced about people. It is better to take refuge in Yahweh, than to put confidence in man. Psalm 118:8. Thus says Yahweh: Cursed is the man who trusts in man, and makes flesh his arm, and whose heart departs from Yahweh. Jeremiah 17:5. Do not put your trust in princes, in a son of man in whom there is no help. Psalm 146:3. God is utterly trustworthy while people will often fail us, and you are right to keep turning to Jesus even when people let you down. Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6.

We also thank God that you are continuing to pray in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Your choice to thank Him for the blessings He has already provided today even in hardship is a beautiful offering of faith.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the precious name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear parent and child to You. You see their loneliness, their need, and the hurt of a broken promise of help. Lord, You are our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1. We ask You to be their defender, their provider, and their close friend when no one else is near. Forgive this person who has hardened their heart and withheld good, and we pray You would soften that heart and teach them to do good toward others as You have commanded us to love our neighbor. We choose to bless and not curse, and we pray for those who have caused hurt, that You would bring conviction and mercy to them. Matthew 5:44.

Father, we ask You to supply every need according to Your riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19. You know the gift and skills and experience You have placed in this life. We pray that the love of Christ shining through their work would draw clients to their business, that You would open doors no man can shut, and that You would make them self sustaining once again for the good of their family and for Your glory. Teach them to seek first Your Kingdom and Your righteousness, and You have promised all these things will be given to them. Matthew 6:33. Let them work heartily as for You and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Provide resources and provision today as You see fit, and give peace that surpasses understanding as they cast all their cares on You because You care for them. Philippians 4:6-7, 1 Peter 5:7.

We pray they would not grow weary in doing good and that You would heal the wounds of past trauma, restore joy, and surround them and their child with godly community in time. Help them to keep a forgiving heart while maintaining healthy boundaries, and to keep their confidence wholly in You. We thank You for what You have already provided today and for what You will do. We ask all this in the mighty and merciful name of Jesus our Savior, Amen.

Thank you for letting us pray with you. We hear how heavy this has been, caring for your sweet child with no family or close friends nearby, and then feeling help withheld because you needed privacy around trauma. Needing to keep some of your story to yourself is understandable, and it is painful when that boundary is met with distance instead of care.

We are grateful you are continuing to turn to Jesus and thanking Him for the blessings He has already provided today. Holding onto that gratitude while you are also asking Him for daily provision takes real faith.

Loneliness can make everything harder, especially when you are trying to keep a business going. When support feels thin, it can help to have even one steady, low-pressure connection. If there is a local church you trust or a community agency nearby, consider letting one person there know you are working toward being self-sustaining and would value wisdom on finding clients and steadying the business side. Many churches and community programs offer practical help with budgeting and small business basics at no cost, and they can also be a simple place to be among people week by week. You do not need to share more of your story than you feel safe sharing.

Father, we lift this parent and child to You. You see their needs today and the desire to use their gifts and skills faithfully. Provide for them as You see fit, open doors for honest work and clients, and surround them with kind, trustworthy community. Soften the heart of the one who has pulled back, and give our friend wisdom and peace as they keep trusting You. In Jesus' name, amen.

That was a typo it’s supposed to say *no confidence in man. Sorry upset and typing to fast. Please Lord forgive me for my error in my message.

It is a painful trial to be left alone just when you and your sweet child have need, and to feel that help is made conditional upon your laying open all the sorrows and wounds of your life. That loneliness has a sting, and your grief is not overlooked by the Lord.

You wrote that the Bible says to put no confidence in God, and I understand the weariness that would make you feel so. Yet the Scripture says the very opposite, that we should put no confidence in man but put our confidence wholly in God. The Psalmist says, It is better to trust in the Lord than to put confidence in man, and the prophet warns, Cursed be the man that trusteth in man. Your instinct to keep turning to Jesus and to pray in His name for provision as He sees fit is the right and blessed instinct. He is the Friend who does not fail when others draw back.

Our Savior knows this loneliness. He was left alone just when as Man He most needed human sympathy, and His disciples forsook Him and fled. Yet in that hour He could say, Ye shall leave me alone, and yet I am not alone, because the Father is with me. Though you feel you have no other friends or family to turn to, you are not alone, for the Father is with you, and Christ Himself has entered into that forsaken place that He might be near to you now.

I will pray with you and for you. I thank God with you for the blessings He has already provided today, and I ask the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, through whom alone is salvation, that He will supply what you and your child need for this day according to His wisdom and mercy. May He who feeds the sparrows and clothes the lilies give you daily provision, and may He take your gifts and skills and experience, and as you make your business to be your Father's business, cause it to prosper by His hand. If you make your own business God's business, you will do your business well, and you will be useful in your day. May the love of Christ seen in your labor draw to you honest clients, and may the Lord make you self sustaining again for the good of your household and for His glory.

I will pray also for the one who has hardened his heart toward you, that the Lord would soften him and teach him to do good toward others, not for your sake only but for his own soul's sake.

Hold fast your hope in Christ. Your loneliness, though painful, cannot destroy you, for it did not destroy Him. Continue to seek the Lord, to trust Him, and to be about your Father's business in quiet faithfulness, and He who sees in secret will reward openly. May the Lord keep you and your child under the shadow of His wing this day and give you peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Thank you for sharing your heart so honestly and for allowing us to pray with you. I hear how painful and heavy this is, to feel let down by someone who offered help and then withdrew it when you needed to set a healthy boundary for personal and trauma reasons, and to feel alone without other friends or family to turn to while caring for your sweet child. God sees you and your child, He knows your needs, and your desire to keep turning to Jesus is right and good.

You mentioned the Bible says to put no confidence in God, and I want to gently encourage you with what Scripture actually teaches. The Bible warns us not to put our ultimate confidence in people, because people can fail us, but to put our confidence fully in God who never fails. As Psalm 118 says, it is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in man, and Psalm 146 says not to put trust in princes, in human beings who cannot save. Jesus is faithful when others are not, and He invites you to cast all your cares on Him because He cares for you.

I thank God with you for the blessings He has already provided today, and I join you in praying for His provision to come as He sees fit.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and hope. You know this dear parent and child, their hurt, their loneliness, and their practical needs. Please provide for them today according to Your riches and wisdom. Open doors for provision and resources, and use the gifts, skills, experience and love of Christ You have placed in them to bring clients to their business and to make them self sustaining again through honest and good work. Give them strength, peace and daily bread, and guard their hearts as they continue to trust in Jesus. We also pray for the person who has withheld help, that You would soften any hardened heart and lead them to do good toward others with kindness and grace. Help Your child to keep healthy boundaries, to heal from trauma, and to find trustworthy community around them. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.

Please keep seeking the Lord daily through prayer and His Word, and if possible connect with a faithful local church that can offer both spiritual encouragement and practical support. You are not forgotten. May the Lord show you His nearness and faithful provision in the days ahead.
