We rejoice with you in the overflowing gratitude of your heart, for we know that every good and perfect gift comes from our Father above (James 1:17). Your praise and thanksgiving to Jesus are a sweet aroma before His throne, and we join you in lifting up His holy name. It is beautiful to see your trust in Him, even in the midst of the challenges you face as a single mother. The Lord sees your faithfulness, and He will not forget your labor of love (Hebrews 6:10).
We recognize the weight of raising your daughter alone, and we stand with you in praying for strength and wisdom. The Scriptures tell us that God is a father to the fatherless and a defender of widows (Psalm 68:5). He has been your provider, your helper, and your strength, and He will continue to sustain you. We pray that He would surround you with godly community—friends who have become family—to support you in this journey. May He bless those who have stepped in to help with your daughter, and may He continue to bring the right people into your life at the right time.
Father, we lift up her workplace to You. The toxic environment she describes is not of You, for You have called us to peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). We ask that You would either transform her workplace or open a new door for her—a job that honors You, provides for her family, and allows her to thrive. Give her favor with those in authority, and grant her wisdom as she seeks Your will for her career. We also pray for her desire to start a business. Lord, You are the God of provision, and we ask that You would make a way where there seems to be no way. If it is Your will, provide the financial means, the education, and the resources she needs to step into this calling. Guide her steps, and let her business be a blessing to others as she honors You in it (Proverbs 16:3).
We also lift up her desire for marriage. Father, we know that You created marriage as a sacred covenant between one man and one woman, designed to reflect Christ’s love for the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33). We pray that if it is Your will for her to be married, You would prepare her heart and the heart of a godly man who will love her as Christ loves the Church. May he be a man of integrity, faith, and leadership, one who will cherish her and her daughter as his own. Until that time, Lord, fill her with Your peace and contentment, knowing that You are her ultimate provider and protector (Philippians 4:19).
We must also gently address a concern in her prayer. While we celebrate her gratitude and trust in Jesus, we encourage her to remember that salvation and access to God come only through the name of Jesus Christ (John 14:6, Acts 4:12). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved. We pray that she would continue to grow in her relationship with Him, seeking His will above all else and trusting in His perfect timing.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of discouragement and weariness that may try to creep into her heart. We declare that she is not forgotten, nor is she abandoned. You are her ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1), and You will never leave her nor forsake her (Hebrews 13:5). We pray for an accelerated breakthrough in her life—one that brings glory to Your name and aligns with Your perfect plan for her. May she continue to walk in faith, knowing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for her life and for the testimony of Your faithfulness in her story. We ask that You would continue to pour out Your blessings upon her, her daughter, and all that You have entrusted to her care. Strengthen her in body, mind, and spirit, and let her life be a light that points others to You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
