Please pray fervently for both my mother and me. The tenants have not paid my mother rent for several months. As a senior, my mother is now struggling to cover her mortgage, HOA fees, and taxes. They are unwilling to pay rent and refuse to vacate the premises. My mother lacks the financial resources to hire a lawyer for eviction proceedings. I ask that you pray earnestly for my mother to secure funds to meet her mortgage, HOA fees, and taxes, as well as to afford a lawyer to assist in evicting these tenants. We have sent workers to perform necessary repairs in the unit and purchased materials for this purpose, yet the tenants have obstructed the workers from completing the repairs. They have concocted false justifications, claiming the apartment suffers from humidity and mold, and have approached city hall regarding these issues. Today, I received a text from one of the tenant with a city hall paper indicating that my mother must appear there. They have lied, and now they are leveraging these fabricated excuses to avoid leaving. Their actions are truly disastrous and they have bad intentions. I ask for prayers that God safeguards my mother, myself, and our home. I urge you to pray fervently for a miracle from God, that He may compel these malevolent individuals to depart of their own accord as soon as possible. I am asking this prayer in the name of Jesus. Tenants to leave as soon as possible need a miracle from God

You see the financial pressure they are under, mortgage payments, HOA fees, taxes, and the stress of navigating legal battles without the resources they need. Lord, You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. We ask that You open doors of provision for them, whether through unexpected financial blessings, wise counsel, or divine intervention in this legal matter. In Philippians 4:19, You promise, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We claim that promise over them now.
