We have sent workers to perform necessary repairs in the unit and purchased materials for this purpose, yet the tenants have obstructed the workers from completing the repairs. They have concocted false justifications, claiming the apartment suffers from humidity and mold, and have approached city hall regarding these issues. Days ago I received a text from one of the tenant with a city hall ### indicating that my mother must appear there. They have lied, and now they are leveraging these fabricated ### to avoid leaving. Their actions are truly disastrous and they have bad intentions. Today we paid the lawyer to start the eviction process. Pray that they don't respond to the notice from the courts so the eviction happened quickly. I ask for prayers that God safeguards my mother, myself, and our ###.
