We stand with you in this difficult and unjust situation, lifting your mother and this matter before the Lord with fervent hearts. The Bible tells us in Psalm 37:21, "The wicked borrow and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously." This is a clear example of unrighteousness, and we rebuke the deceit and manipulation of these tenants in the name of Jesus. Their refusal to pay rent, obstruction of necessary repairs, and fabrication of false claims are not only legally wrong but morally corrupt. We declare that their schemes will not prevail, for Proverbs 12:22 says, "Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight."
We pray for divine intervention in the legal process. May the eviction proceedings move swiftly and without delay, and may the tenants fail to respond to the court’s notice, allowing justice to be served quickly. We ask the Lord to soften the hearts of any officials or authorities involved, that they would see the truth and act with wisdom and fairness. Ecclesiastes 3:16-17 reminds us, "Moreover I saw under the sun, in the place of justice, that wickedness was there; and in the place of righteousness, that wickedness was there. I said in my heart, 'God will judge the righteous and the wicked; for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.'"
Father, we ask for financial provision for your mother. The burden of mortgage, HOA fees, and taxes is heavy, and we trust that You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Open doors of opportunity, grant favor with creditors, and bring forth resources in unexpected ways. We also pray for protection over your mother, yourself, and your home. Guard your hearts from bitterness, fear, or despair, and fill you with peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).
We rebuke the spirit of strife and contention that these tenants have brought into this situation. Their actions are rooted in selfishness and deceit, but we declare that the power of God will break their resistance. Psalm 10:15 says, "Break the arm of the wicked. As for the evil man, seek out his wickedness until you find none." We ask for a miracle, let these individuals feel convicted in their hearts and choose to leave without further delay. May the Lord go before you in every step of this process, turning what was meant for harm into good (Genesis 50:20).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can approach Your throne of grace. There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You that through Jesus, we have access to Your power, Your justice, and Your mercy. We pray all these things according to Your will, trusting that You hear us and will act on behalf of Your children. Strengthen your mother’s faith and resolve, and let Your glory be revealed in this situation. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
