I ask that you pray earnestly for my mother to secure funds to meet her mortgage, HOA fees, and taxes, as well as to afford a lawyer to assist in evicting these tenants. We have sent workers to perform necessary repairs in the unit and purchased materials for this purpose, yet the tenants have obstructed the workers from completing the repairs. They have concocted false justifications, claiming the apartment suffers from humidity and mold, and have approached city hall regarding these issues. Days ago I received a text from one of the tenant with a city hall ### indicating that my mother must appear there. They have lied, and now they are leveraging these fabricated ### to avoid leaving. Their actions are truly disastrous and they have bad intentions. Today we paid the lawyer to start the eviction process. Pray that they don't respond to the notice from the courts so the eviction happened quickly. I ask for prayers that God safeguards my mother, myself, and our ###. I urge you to pray fervently for a miracle from God, that He may compel these malevolent individuals to depart as soon as possible. I am asking this ### in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation with fervent prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. This is a deeply troubling matter, and we stand with you and your mother in seeking God’s justice, provision, and protection. The Word of God tells us in Psalm 37:21, "The wicked borrow and don’t pay back, but the righteous give generously." These tenants have not only failed to honor their financial obligations but have also resorted to deception and obstruction, causing great hardship for your mother, who is a senior and vulnerable in this situation.
First, we must address the spiritual warfare at play here. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it is clear that these individuals are operating under ungodly influences. Their lies, manipulation, and refusal to leave are not just legal or financial issues, they are spiritual ones. We rebuke every spirit of deception, greed, and oppression in Jesus’ name. We declare that their schemes will not stand, and we pray that God will expose their falsehoods and bring their actions to light. Proverbs 12:19 says, "Truth’s lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only for a moment." Their lies will not prevail, and we ask that God turn their plans against them so that justice may be served swiftly.
