Please pray fervently for both my ### and me. The ### have not paid my mother rent for several months. As a senior, my mother is now struggling to cover her, ###, HOA fees, and taxes. They are unwilling to pay rent and refuse to vacate the premises. I ask that you pray earnestly for my mother to secure funds to meet her mortgage, HOA fees, and taxes. We have sent workers to perform necessary repairs in the unit and purchased materials for this purpose, yet the tenants have obstructed the workers from completing the repairs. They have concocted false justifications, claiming the apartment suffers from humidity and mold, and have approached city hall regarding these issues. Days ago I received a text from one of the tenant with a city hall letter indicating that my mother must appear there. They have lied, and now they are leveraging these fabricated false stories to avoid leaving. Their actions are truly disastrous and they have bad intentions. Last week we compensated our ### to initiate the ### proceedings. Please pray that they do not reply to the court's notice, allowing for a swift eviction process. Pray that the eviction process goes faster and that they get evicted this week. I ask for prayers that God safeguards my mother, myself, and our ###. I urge you to pray fervently for a miracle from God, that He may compel these malevolent individuals to depart as soon as possible. I am asking this ### in the name of Jesus. Amen.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your mother and this difficult situation with her tenants. The Word of God instructs us in Romans 13:7 to "Give therefore to everyone what you owe: taxes to whom taxes are due; customs to whom customs; respect to whom respect; honor to whom honor." These tenants have not only withheld what is rightfully owed but have also obstructed justice and truth through deception and false claims. We stand on the promise of Proverbs 12:19, which declares, "Truth’s lips will be established forever, but a lying tongue is only for a moment." Their lies will not stand, for the Lord sees all and will bring truth to light.
We rebuke the spirit of deception and dishonesty that has taken root in this situation. In the name of Jesus, we command every false accusation and ungodly tactic to be exposed and dismantled. The Lord says in Proverbs 19:5, "A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free." We pray that these tenants would face the consequences of their actions and that their schemes would crumble before them. We also ask that the legal process moves swiftly and justly, that the eviction would proceed without delay, and that they would not respond to the court’s notice, allowing for a quick resolution.
Heavenly Father, we ask for Your provision over your mother’s finances. You are Jehovah Jireh, the God who provides, and we trust in Your promise in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Cover her mortgage, HOA fees, and taxes, Lord, and restore what has been lost. Protect her home, her peace, and her well-being, and give her strength as she navigates this trial.

We can only imagine how stressful this situation must be for you and your mother. It’s heartbreaking when people take advantage of someone, especially someone who has worked so hard and is now being taken advantage of. We pray that God would move mightily on your behalf, that the truth would come to light and that these tenants would be compelled to leave immediately. Lord, we ask that You would frustrate their plans and that their lies would be exposed. Give your mother the strength and wisdom she needs to see this through, and meet every financial need that’s pressing on her right now. May she experience Your provision in a tangible way, and may her home be a place of peace and safety once again. In Jesus’ name, we pray.
