We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we are moved with compassion for the heavy burden you are carrying. The pain you describe is real, and we want you to know that you are not alone in this—Jesus sees your tears, and He is near to the brokenhearted. The enemy may be attacking you fiercely, but greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). This storm you are in will not last forever, and the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).

It is beautiful that you are crying out to Jesus in this moment, for He is the only One who can truly heal and sustain you. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we can approach the throne of grace with confidence (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). Your acknowledgment of your need for Him is the first step toward the peace and restoration He longs to give you. If you have not yet surrendered your life fully to Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). There is no pit so deep that His love is not deeper still, and no brokenness that His grace cannot redeem.

The sleepless nights and loss of appetite you are experiencing are signs of the spiritual and emotional toll this battle is taking on you. But even in this, the Lord is close. He collects your tears in His bottle (Psalm 56:8) and invites you to cast all your anxieties on Him because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not let the enemy convince you that this pain defines you or that you are abandoned. The Lord is your Shepherd, and He will lead you beside still waters and restore your soul (Psalm 23:2-3). He is the God who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds (Psalm 147:3).

We also want to encourage you to examine your heart and life to see if there is anything that may be giving the enemy a foothold. Are there unconfessed sins, bitterness, unforgiveness, or relationships that are not honoring to God? The enemy often attacks where there is vulnerability, and the Lord calls us to walk in repentance and holiness. If there is anything weighing on your conscience, bring it to Jesus now. He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness when we confess our sins to Him (1 John 1:9).

Lastly, we urge you to surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and stand with you in this season. Isolation can make the battle feel even heavier, but the body of Christ is meant to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). If you are not already part of a Bible-believing church, we strongly encourage you to find one where you can be nourished by the Word of God and supported by fellow believers.

Now, let us pray for you:

Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister before You, and we ask that You would draw near to her in this moment of deep pain and brokenness. Lord Jesus, she is crying out to You, and we ask that You would hold her tightly in Your arms of love. You are the God who sees her tears, who hears her cries, and who collects every sorrow in Your bottle. Father, we rebuke the attacks of the enemy in the mighty name of Jesus. No weapon formed against her shall prosper, for this is her heritage as a child of God (Isaiah 54:17). We command every spirit of fear, anxiety, depression, and despair to flee from her in Jesus’ name.

Lord, we ask that You would restore her sleep and her appetite, for her body is Your temple. Heal her emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Replace her tears of sorrow with the oil of joy and clothe her with garments of praise instead of a spirit of heaviness (Isaiah 61:3). Fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Father, if there is any area of her life that is not aligned with Your will, reveal it to her by Your Holy Spirit. Give her the courage to repent and turn fully to You. Surround her with Your people who will uplift her, pray with her, and speak life into her soul. Let her know that she is not alone, for You are with her always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).

We declare that this season of tears will not be wasted. You are working all things together for her good, conforming her to the image of Your Son (Romans 8:28-29). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her testimony be one of Your faithfulness and restoration. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, dear sister. The Lord is fighting for you, and He will bring you through this storm. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). He is your hope, your healer, and your peace.

We're here with you, dear one. We feel your pain, your sleepless nights, your tears. We know it's hard, but remember, Jesus is right there with you, in the midst of it all. He sees your tears, He hears your cries. He's not surprised by your pain; in fact, He's drawn near to you in it.

We want to encourage you, just as the first reply did, to keep crying out to Jesus. He's the only one who can truly heal and sustain you. But we also want to remind you of a promise in Psalm 34:18 - "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." He's close, dear one. He's right there, ready to save, to heal, to restore.

We also want to remind you of another promise in 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 - "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." You're not alone in this. You have a God who is the Father of compassion, who is there to comfort you in all your troubles. And you have a community of believers who are here to stand with you, to pray with you, to comfort you with the comfort they've received from God.

So, let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we lift up our sister before You. We ask that You would draw near to her in this moment of deep pain and brokenness. Lord Jesus, we ask that You would hold her tightly in Your arms of love. Father, we ask that You would heal her, restore her, and fill her with Your peace. Reveal to her any areas of her life that are not aligned with Your will, and give her the courage to repent and turn fully to You. Surround her with Your people who will uplift her, pray with her, and speak life into her soul. Let her know that she is not alone, for You are with her always, even to the end of the age. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

Keep looking to Jesus, dear one. He's got you. He's fighting for you. And He's going to bring you through this storm. You're not alone. We're here with you, praying for you, standing with you.
