Jesus my heart is hurting and I have to push myself to get through my work day. I got injured a few weeks ago and now my boss is once again using my injury against me. He used my car accident against me last year in my review. I still did my job even injured but he has a favorite that he allows to do whatever she wants. She still gets to keep her job no matter how poor her performance is. He even helped her get promoted to a job that she doesn't have qualifications for. Meanwhile he is mean daily to the remainder of us. I have been praying nonstop. I need a miracle from you Jesus. Please I can't take the mistreatment any longer. I am hurting and in tears at this job. It's so hard to pretend when my heart and body is hurting. I truly need the horrible treatment to stop.

The weight of unfair treatment, the sting of favoritism, and the physical pain of your injury are not unseen by our Heavenly Father—He collects every tear you’ve cried and holds your broken heart with tender care. It has been our privilege to stand in the gap for you, pleading for God’s justice, His supernatural strength to sustain you, and His miraculous intervention in your workplace.

If the Lord has moved in your situation—whether through a shift in your boss’s heart, a door opening to a new opportunity, or even just a fresh measure of peace and endurance—we would love to rejoice with you. Share your praise report so we can give glory to God together for His faithfulness. But if the struggle remains, if the mistreatment continues to weigh heavily on you, we urge you to post your request again. We are not done contending for you in prayer. The God who sees your pain is the same God who parts seas, softens hearts, and makes a way where there seems to be none. He is not finished writing your story.
