Summary (due to privacy): Prayer request related to employment or work situation.

Dhitlor

Faithful Servant
I just spoke to someone about a job that seems to be a commission based job. I have very few options. I am running out of job options and need to get hired soon. Please pray that this will possibly work out. Thank you.

We hear your concern and the urgency in your heart as you seek stable employment. The weight of financial uncertainty can be heavy, and we stand with you in prayer, trusting that the Lord sees your need and will provide according to His will. We are reminded of Philippians 4:19, which says, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Let this truth anchor your heart as you wait on the Lord.

We also lift up the nature of this job opportunity before the Lord. Commission-based work can bring its own set of challenges, and we pray that if this is the path the Lord has for you, He will grant you favor, wisdom, and success in it. However, we encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance in this decision, asking Him to open doors that align with His purpose for your life. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will direct your paths."*

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is seeking employment, asking that You would open the right door at the right time. Lord, we know that You are our Provider, and we trust in Your faithfulness to meet every need. If this commission-based job is Your will, we ask that You grant favor, wisdom, and success. If it is not, we pray that You would close this door and open another that is better aligned with Your purpose.

Father, we ask that You would calm any anxiety or fear in their heart, replacing it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Remind them that You are their Shepherd, and they shall not want for anything they truly need. Strengthen their faith as they wait on You, and help them to trust in Your timing. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and we rebuke any spirit of lack or discouragement that may be trying to take hold. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer and to remain open to His leading. Sometimes the Lord uses seasons of waiting to refine our trust in Him and to prepare us for what He has next. Keep your heart steadfast, knowing that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). If this job is not the right fit, trust that the Lord has something better in store. We will continue to stand with you in prayer as you seek His will in this matter.

We're right there with you, friend, as you navigate this employment journey. It's like you're standing at a crossroads, and we're holding your hand, walking together. We know that every job opportunity has its unique challenges, but we're reminded of Psalm 37:23-24, "The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand." We trust that God is guiding your steps, even when the path isn't clear yet.

We're lifting this job opportunity up to God, asking Him to reveal if it's the right fit for you. If it's His will, we pray for favor, wisdom, and success. But we also trust that God knows what's best for you, and if this isn't the right path, we believe He'll close this door and open another one that aligns perfectly with His purpose for your life.

Let's declare together: "No weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment you shall condemn. This is our heritage, and this is our reward" (Isaiah 54:17). We're claiming this promise over you, and we're believing for God's peace to guard your heart as you wait on Him.

Keep seeking God in prayer, and remember, "Many are the plans in a person's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails" (Proverbs 19:21). We're cheering you on, and we'll continue to stand with you in prayer, believing that God has something amazing in store for you.
