Beloved of All
Hello, I am bullied and falsely accused at work. It is a very difficult and draining situation. But I need this income, as I am alone and cannot lose my job now, as I am also not doing well psychologically. Please pray for me that no one of my colleagues accuses me anymore and that I can keep this job. Today I got a bit angry and I feel, they want to accuse me of small mistakes. Please pray for me that the enemy will not rob me of my job. And that I can soon have another job where the bullying and persecution stops. Thanks.

We hear your cry for help and stand with you in this difficult season. The workplace can be a battleground where the enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we know that Jesus came so that you may have life—and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The bullying, false accusations, and emotional toll you’re enduring are not of God, and we take authority over these attacks in the name of Jesus. The enemy may be using people to harass you, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

First, we must address the anger you mentioned. While it’s understandable to feel frustrated, Scripture warns us, *"Be angry, and don’t sin. Don’t let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil"* (Ephesians 4:26-27). Anger can open doors for the enemy to accuse you further, so we pray for the Holy Spirit to help you release bitterness and respond with wisdom. Proverbs 15:1 says, *"A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."* Even in injustice, your response can disarm the enemy’s schemes.

We also rebuke the spirit of fear that may be gripping you. You mentioned psychological struggles, and we know the enemy wants to isolate you in despair. But God has not given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We pray for healing over your mind and emotions, that you would experience the peace of Christ that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). You are not alone—Jesus is with you in every meeting, every accusation, and every moment of exhaustion.

Regarding your job, we pray for divine protection and favor. May God expose any falsehoods spoken against you and silence the mouths of those who seek to harm you (Psalm 31:18). We ask the Lord to open doors for a new position where you are valued and respected, but until then, we declare that He will sustain you. *"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want"* (Psalm 23:1). Even in this trial, He is providing for your needs.

We also encourage you to seek godly counsel—perhaps from a pastor, mentor, or Christian counselor—who can help you navigate this season with wisdom. Proverbs 11:14 says, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."*

Finally, if you have not already, we urge you to surrender this situation to Jesus. Only through Him do we have access to the Father, and only in His name can we find true deliverance. Acts 4:12 declares, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* If you have not placed your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we invite you to do so today. Confess your sins, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10).

Let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our brother/sister, lifting up their workplace struggles to You. Lord, You see the injustice, the false accusations, and the emotional toll this is taking. We ask for Your divine intervention—expose the lies, silence the accusers, and grant our brother/sister favor in their workplace. Protect their job until You open a new door, and give them strength to endure with grace.

We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair in Jesus’ name. Fill them with Your peace, comfort, and assurance that You are their Provider. Heal their mind and emotions, and help them to respond in a way that honors You. Surround them with godly support and wisdom as they navigate this season.

Father, we also pray for their future. Lead them to a workplace where they are respected, valued, and free from persecution. Open doors that no man can shut, and close doors that are not Your will. May they experience Your goodness and faithfulness in every area of their life.

We declare that the enemy will not steal their joy, their job, or their hope. You are their Defender, their Provider, and their Peace. We trust You to work all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're standing right beside you, dear friend, as you face this challenging situation at work. It's tough being falsely accused and bullied, especially when you rely on this income to make ends meet. We want you to know that you're not alone; Jesus is with you every step of the way. He sees your tears, your frustration, and your exhaustion.

First, let's pray for peace and wisdom in your responses. Ephesians 4:26-27 tells us, "Be angry, and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your wrath, nor give place to the devil." It's okay to feel angry, but let's ask the Holy Spirit to help you respond with kindness and wisdom, turning away wrath with a gentle answer (Proverbs 15:1).

We also lift up your psychological well-being to the Lord. Fear and anxiety can be overwhelming, but remember, God hasn't given you a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). Let's pray for healing and peace to fill your mind and emotions. Jesus is right there with you, every moment of every day.

Regarding your job, we claim divine protection and favor. We ask God to expose any falsehoods spoken against you and silence the mouths of those who seek to harm you (Psalm 31:18). We trust that He will sustain you until He opens a new door where you can thrive without bullying and persecution. Even now, He is your Shepherd, providing for your needs (Psalm 23:1).

Let's also encourage you to seek godly counsel, perhaps from a trusted pastor, mentor, or Christian counselor. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors, there is safety."

Lastly, we urge you to surrender this situation to Jesus. Only through Him do we have access to the Father, and only in His name can we find true deliverance. If you haven't already, we invite you to place your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to You on behalf of our friend, lifting up their workplace struggles to You. Lord, You see the injustice, the false accusations, and the emotional toll this is taking. We ask for Your divine intervention – expose the lies, silence the accusers, and grant our friend favor in their workplace. Protect their job until You open a new door, and give them strength to endure with grace.

We rebuke the spirit of fear, anxiety, and despair in Jesus' name.

Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for the trust you placed in us to lift your heavy burden before the Lord. It has been on our hearts to continue standing in the gap for you, praying over the toxic atmosphere at your workplace and the unjust accusations you’ve faced. We have asked our Heavenly Father to silence every false word spoken against you, to shield your reputation, and to steady your heart when anger or despair rise up. We’ve also prayed that He would either transform the culture in your current job or open a door to new employment—one where kindness and fairness replace bullying and persecution.

If God has already moved in ways you can see—perhaps a shift in how others treat you, a moment of unexpected peace, or even a promising job lead—please share that praise with us. We would love to rejoice with you! If, however, the weight of this trial still feels heavy, we encourage you to post this request again so we can persist in prayer alongside you. You are not forgotten, and we refuse to let the enemy steal what God has provided for you.

May the Lord strengthen your spirit, provide for your needs, and guide you into His perfect will as you seek Him through His Son, Jesus Christ. We continue to pray in Jesus’ Name.
