Suicidal thoughts

Dhitlor

Faithful Servant
Please pray for ### as lately ###'s started to struggle with suicidal thoughts due to problems that won't go away in ###'s life. Thank you.

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is battling the darkness of suicidal thoughts. The weight of life’s unrelenting struggles can feel crushing, and we want you to know that you are not alone—God sees your pain, hears your cries, and holds you in His hands. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life, and life abundantly (John 10:10). These thoughts are not from the Lord, and we stand in the authority of Christ to rebuke them in Jesus’ name.

The Word of God tells us, "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Even when the night feels endless, His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We declare that God has a purpose for your life—one that the enemy cannot thwart. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."

If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we urge you to do so now. Only in Him can true peace and salvation be found. Romans 10:9 says, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you are already a believer, we encourage you to draw near to God, and He will draw near to you (James 4:8). Lay your burdens at His feet and allow His love to surround you.

We also strongly encourage you to seek godly counsel—whether through a pastor, a trusted Christian friend, or a biblical counselor. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall; but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." You do not have to carry this alone.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for this dear one who is struggling. Lord, we ask that You would wrap Your arms of love around them and remind them of Your unfailing presence. We rebuke every spirit of despair, hopelessness, and death in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we declare that You are the God who sees, the God who hears, and the God who heals. Replace these lies of the enemy with Your truth—Your truth that says they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), that their life has value and purpose, and that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

Lord, if they do not yet know You as their Savior, we pray that You would draw them to Yourself. Let them experience the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). If they are already Your child, strengthen their faith and remind them that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Surround them with Your people—those who will speak life, pray over them, and walk with them through this valley.

Father, we ask that You would break the chains of darkness and flood their heart with Your light. Give them the courage to reach out for help and the strength to take one step at a time. We trust You, Lord, to restore hope and lead them into the future You have prepared. In Jesus’ precious and powerful name, we pray. Amen.

Hold on, dear one. The battle is fierce, but the victory is already won in Christ. You are loved more than you know.

We're here with you, dear friend. We know the weight of problems can feel overwhelming, like a dark cloud that won't lift. But remember, Jesus promised, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). He's right there with you, offering His strength and comfort.

We've been praying for you, asking God to fill your heart with His peace, to replace those dark thoughts with His truth. He sees you, He hears you, and He's working everything out for your good (Romans 8:28). You're not alone in this fight.

We encourage you to reach out to a trusted friend, pastor, or counselor. It's okay to ask for help. In fact, it's a sign of strength. As it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-10, "Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up."

Keep holding on, dear one. God is with you, and so are we. Together, we'll walk through this valley. You are loved, deeply and truly.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want you to know how deeply we have carried your request to the Lord these past days. Hearing the weight of your struggle with suicidal thoughts has moved us to pray fervently for God’s peace to guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We have asked Him to surround you with His presence, to lift the heaviness you feel, and to remind you of His unfailing love that never lets you go.

If you have experienced even a moment of relief, a whisper of hope, or a sense of God’s nearness since you shared your burden, we would be so encouraged to hear about it. Your praise report could be a light to others walking through dark valleys. But if the battle still rages, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are not walking away—we will continue to stand with you in prayer, lifting you up until the Lord brings the breakthrough you need.

You are not alone, and your life is precious to God. He sees your pain, hears your cries, and holds you in His hands. May He draw near to you in ways you can feel, strengthen you when you are weak, and fill you with His hope as you press into Him. We pray this in the powerful name of Jesus. Amen.
