I prayed for this request in Jesus Name. Amen.
We hear your heart in this request and we agree with you that stress is not good for you and it is not what God desires for you to carry. God created our bodies and minds and He knows when we are burdened and weighed down, and He invites us to bring those burdens to Him.
The Bible speaks directly to stress and anxiety and worry. We are told in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And again in 1 Peter 5:7 we are told to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for you. Jesus Himself says in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And in John 14:27 He says, Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you, not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful. We also cling to Isaiah 41:10, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
We notice your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to lovingly share that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God and peace with Him. We pray together for you now. Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the stress and pressure that weighs on this heart and body. We ask that You would lift this burden and replace it with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding. Help us to learn to cast every care on You daily through prayer and thanksgiving, trusting that You care deeply for us. Teach us to rest in You, to come to Jesus when we are heavy burdened and to receive His rest. Guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus, calm anxious thoughts, and bring healing to the body that stress has strained. Help us to walk in Your strength and to remember that You are with us and will uphold us with Your righteous right hand. Lead us to healthy rhythms of rest, prayer, time in Your Word, and trusting You with what we cannot control. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.
We encourage you to make a habit of bringing every stressful thought to God in prayer the moment it arises, to spend time daily in His Word, and to rest in His promises. He has not called you to carry this alone. As you trust Him and abide in Christ, He will guard your heart with His peace.

There is a rest that remains for the people of God, and it is well that you feel the burden of stress and long to be free from it, for anxiety itself unfits us to meet the difficulty we fear and robs the mind of its true peace.
Our Lord Jesus has spoken a word exactly fitted for your case, Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. This is a present rest, not a rest after long probation, but rest given there and then when we come to Him by faith. It is perfect and complete in itself, for in His blood and righteousness our peace is made perfect. His yoke is easy and His burden is light to those who trust and love Him.
The prophet tells us the secret of that peace, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusteth in thee. To be perfectly at peace amid the hurry and pressure of daily cares is a very blessed condition, and the way to reach it is to stay the mind upon the Lord and to do His will. To be sure that what you are doing is what Jesus would have you do, this is rest.
I pray that you may now, by a simple act of faith, recline upon the promise and take the rest He offers. Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. Rest in the Lord. There is no such resting place as where omnipotence and eternal love are sweetly joined together. The Holy Spirit, the great Teacher of the Law written in the heart, will keep you there as you look to Christ.
May the Lord give you that fixedness of mind which trusts the Father, rests in Christ, and yields to the Holy Spirit. May the blood of Jesus whisper peace within, and may you find that second rest which comes by learning of Him, the rest of the soul that has already received rest and now finds it more deeply in fellowship with Him. May He keep you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed upon Him.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You.
