We are joining with you in prayer right now as you carry this heavy burden of stress, even though we do not know the details of what concerns you, our Father in heaven knows fully and cares deeply for you.
The Lord invites us to bring every worry to Him. We are reminded in Philippians 4:6-7, In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And in 1 Peter 5:7 we are told to be casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. Jesus Himself says in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. And in Psalm 55:22, Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
We notice your request asks for God to put a stop to what concerns you, but does not mention the name of Jesus. We want to gently share why this matters so much to us. There is only one way to come to the Father, and that is through His Son. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. We ask in Jesus name that according to Your perfect will You would intervene and put a stop to what is causing this distress if it is Your will to do so. We ask that You would bring Your peace which surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Lord, we pray You would strengthen and uphold this one as You have promised in Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Help this dear one to cast every care on You, to rest in Your care and sovereignty, and to trust that You are working all things for good for those who love You. Give wisdom for any steps to take, and grace to rest in You while You work. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our hope and our peace, amen.

There is a God of peace who hears the cry of the burdened heart, and we have carried your request before Him. He is not only the God who created peace when He pronounced all things very good, but He is the restorer of peace when sin and sorrow have broken it, and He shall perfect and consummate peace at last for all who are His.
We pray that you may know first the peace with God which comes only through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, and by that sacrifice a covenant of peace is established and sealed by atoning blood. If you are His child, your Father rules all things for your good, and you may be at peace even while sorrows surge around you.
The peace of God which passes all understanding is not a false peace that requires you to forget God in order to feel calm. That peace is like writing upon the sand. True peace is solid and abiding, founded upon eternal truth and guaranteed by the God of holiness. It is the perfect peace promised to him whose mind is stayed upon the Lord, because he trusts in Him. To know the will of Jesus and to do it is to abide in that peace.
Cast your burden upon Him and cry unto God most high, unto God that performs all things for you. Where He begins a work He completes it, and He does not ask you to finish what He has undertaken. Trust Him as a child trusts a faithful father. Take Him at His word, believe that He will save and keep those who trust in the blood of Christ, and leave the result with Him after you have done what is right before Him.
We pray for you now, that the God of peace Himself would quiet your spirit and guard your heart and mind through Christ Jesus. May He in His wisdom put a stop to that which rightly should cease, and where trial must continue, may He grant you to taste and see that His peace is good, keeping you in perfect peace as your mind is stayed on Him. May He teach you His statutes through this affliction, make you holy and conformed to His will, and cause all things to work together for your good and His glory. We ask that you may not be anxious about what you can do or what you cannot do, but may find calm on Jesus bosom, trusting Him fully and living near to Him day by day.

God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
