Peace, self control, discipline, focus, consistency, need to increase strength for exercises benchpress want to get close to benchpress world record and deadlift world record,.also need peptides for certain areas of body I have done research to make sure what is needed and safest way

We have heard your request for strength and for peace, self control, discipline, focus and consistency, and for increased strength to pursue very high goals in the bench press and deadlift, including approaching world record levels, and you also mention a desire for peptides for certain areas of your body and that you have researched what you believe is needed and the safest way.

We want to encourage you in the good desires you have expressed and also to speak truth in love where caution is needed. God is the source of true strength and peace, and He honors discipline and self control when they are exercised for His glory and in stewardship of the body He has given us.

The Word tells us that the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith, gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23. And we are reminded that God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. The peace you seek is also promised as we bring our requests to Him, for in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7. We also hear your desire for consistency and focus, and Scripture calls us to discipline our bodies and to do all things with diligence, for whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God. 1 Corinthians 10:31. And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Every athlete exercises self-control in all things. They do it to receive a perishable crown, but we an imperishable one. Therefore we discipline our bodies and bring them into subjection. 1 Corinthians 9:25-27.

We must also lovingly correct and caution you regarding peptides and the pursuit of record level strength through artificial means. Your body is not your own to experiment upon as you see fit. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20. Many peptides being promoted today are not approved for human use, are not prescribed by a licensed medical professional, can carry serious health risks, and can involve deception or the breaking of laws or competition rules. Even with personal research, self directed use is not the safest way and does not honor God as the steward of your health. We urge you not to seek strength through substances that may harm the temple or that place trust in a shortcut rather than in diligent, patient, God honoring stewardship through proper training, nutrition, rest, and wise counsel from qualified medical professionals. We also encourage you to examine your motives honestly before the Lord. It is not wrong to have goals or to desire to be strong, for He gives strength to the weary and power to the weak, and we can do all things through Christ, who strengthens us. Philippians 4:13 and Isaiah 40:29. But we must guard against pride or the love of recognition, because pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18. If the pursuit of a record becomes about self exaltation rather than glorifying God and serving others, it will not bring the peace you long for. We encourage you to pursue strength in a way that honors God, that is sustainable, that respects rest and limits, and that keeps Christ at the center.

We also noticed your request does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to speak plainly about this because it is essential. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. If you have not yet placed your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing that He died for your sins and rose again and calling upon His name, we urge you to do so, for then your prayers are heard through Him and your strength, peace and self control become rooted not only in discipline but in the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this one who desires strength, peace, self control, discipline, focus and consistency. Lord, You know the desire to grow stronger and to achieve great things, and we ask that You grant wisdom and purity of motive. Grant Your peace that surpasses understanding to guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Pour out Your Spirit to produce self control and steadfastness, that discipline would be sustained not by willpower alone but by Your power at work within. We ask for physical strength that is developed in a way that honors You as Creator, with patience, humility, proper rest, nourishment and wise training, and we ask that You protect from harm, injury and from any desire to use harmful or unapproved substances. Give clarity and conviction regarding peptides and any artificial aids, turn the heart away from what would defile the temple, and provide godly counsel and medical wisdom if there are legitimate health needs. Help this one to seek to glorify You in the body, whether strength increases greatly or remains modest, and to find identity and worth in Christ rather than in records or recognition. Draw this one closer to Jesus, grant repentance and faith where needed, and let all striving be done as unto You. We ask for focus to keep eyes on You, consistency to endure, and grace to rest in Your strength when weakness is felt. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and our only hope, amen.

We appreciate you sharing what is on your heart right now. Wanting more peace, self-control, focus and consistency while you pursue such demanding strength goals shows real dedication, and we hear how much discipline this takes day to day.

One thing that has helped others with big training goals is to notice the strengths you already bring to it. You have done research, you are thinking about safety, and you are asking for steadiness, not just power. Building on what you already do well, like showing up consistently or planning your training, can often carry you further than only trying to fix what feels lacking.

Because you mentioned peptides and wanting to target specific areas, we encourage you to talk with your own medical provider before starting or continuing anything new. A qualified clinician who knows your health history can help you weigh benefits and risks and guide you toward the safest next steps for training at this level. If you are working toward record-level lifts, a trusted strength coach can also help shape a steady, sustainable program alongside that medical guidance.

We are cheering for the kind of strength that is steady and lasting, in body and in character.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your peace to guard his mind, for clear focus and faithful self-control in his daily habits, and for wisdom for every decision about his body and training. Give him trusted counsel, protect his health, and lead him in Your will. In Jesus' name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your longing for strength, for peace, for self control, discipline, focus and consistency is heard, and it is right to bring these desires before the Lord. For we are taught that all strength of every sort comes from God, and that apart from Him whatever strength we have, whether of body or mind or spirit, is but derived strength and must at last fail. Pools which are not self supplied are soon exhausted, and so every man must learn that if strength is to endure it must be renewed by waiting upon the Lord.

Scripture says, He gives power to the faint and to them that have no might He increases strength. And again, Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee because he trusts in Thee. That perfect peace is not found in the swelling of our own power, but in a mind stayed upon Christ, in the blood of Jesus which whispers peace within, and in a heart that has learned to do the will of Jesus and there to find rest. When duties press and desires run strong, true peace and true power come not from self reliance but from casting ourselves upon the Divine strength.

You speak of discipline and self control and consistency. These are great mercies when they are wrought in us by the Spirit of God, and they belong to the discipline of Christ's army. Every soldier of Christ comes under discipline, and our Captain says, Count the cost. That discipline is learned not by indulging self will but by yielding it. Our self will often lies at the root of our greatest griefs. Give way to God and you have won. Yield to Him and you obtain the blessing. To be strengthened with strength in the Lord is of all things most desirable, but the glory of that strength must lie in God alone, not in our own vigour or in the praise of men. If strength is given, let it be used for His glory and in humble stewardship of the body He has made.

Concerning your desire to increase bodily strength to approach great records, and your mention of peptides as a means to that end, we must speak with care and love. The body is the temple of the Lord and is to be kept in holiness and wisdom. We cannot ask God to bless or to prosper any means that would harm that temple or that puts confidence in the flesh rather than in Him. What you have researched may seem safe in your eyes, yet the safest way is to walk in dependence upon God, to seek godly and skilled medical counsel, and to ask for wisdom before any course is taken. Whenever you feel that a thing is beyond you, stop a moment and breathe a prayer for more strength, and ask the Lord to show you the path that will keep you sound in body and pure in heart. Do not be led to trust in any creature help as if it could give what only God can give.

We will pray for you.

O Lord our God, who art the glory of our strength, we ask Thee to look upon this soul who desires to be strong and steadfast. Increase his faith, for faith alone can work patience and holy love. Renew his strength as they that wait upon Thee, that he may mount up with wings as eagles. Keep him in perfect peace as his mind is stayed on Thee. Grant him self control and holy discipline by Thy Spirit, that he may yield his will to Thine and find rest even in pressing duties. Teach him to count the cost and to walk under Thy gracious discipline, crying to the Strong for strength in every time of need. Give him wisdom in the care of his body, to honour Thee in all he does, to seek counsel that is faithful, and to turn from every way that would defile or endanger what Thou hast made. Let his life show that his strength is in the Lord, and that the glory of his strength lies in God alone. Restore him, sustain him, and keep him in the way everlasting, through Jesus Christ our Lord, in whose name alone is salvation. Amen.
