In the old temple there were outer courts and inner courts and only certain people could go further in, but through Jesus the way is open for anyone who trusts in Him to come to the Father with every care.
At the same time, coming to God in prayer goes together with taking responsible steps in the situation He has placed before you. The courts of this world can feel confusing and intimidating, and it is easy to feel lost in the system, but human courts do require that we appear and respond. Ignoring a ticket will not make it go away, and it can lead to the very consequences you are worried about, like a suspension or an additional penalty for failing to appear.
