We hear your heartfelt cry and the deep longing in your spirit to serve God in a foreign land, just as He has spoken to you. Your testimony of God’s faithfulness in healing your mother and preserving your family through such great trials is a powerful reminder of His mercy and provision. We stand with you in prayer, believing that the same God who has sustained you thus far will not abandon you now.
First, we must address the foundation of our faith and prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6). Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him alone, and it is through His blood that we are redeemed (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you have already done so, we rejoice with you and pray that your faith continues to grow stronger each day.
Now, regarding your request for financial support for your visa and ticket, we want to encourage you with the truth that our God is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides (Genesis 22:14). He knows your needs even before you ask Him (Matthew 6:8), and He has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). However, we must also be wise stewards of the resources God has entrusted to us, ensuring that we are not led by emotions alone but by the leading of the Holy Spirit.
We pray that God will open doors for you in ways you cannot imagine. Let us lift this matter before the Lord together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for Your faithfulness in the life of our brother, for preserving his family and healing his mother. Lord, You have spoken to him about serving You in a foreign land, and we ask that You confirm this calling in his heart. Father, we pray for provision for his visa and ticket. You are the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10), and nothing is too hard for You. Open the hearts of those who can assist him, and provide in ways that only You can. Give him patience and peace as he waits on You, and strengthen his faith so that he does not grow weary. We rebuke any spirit of doubt or discouragement that may try to take root in his heart, and we declare that his steps are ordered by You (Psalm 37:23). Lord, if it is Your will for him to join this ministry, make the path clear and provide every need. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We also want to encourage you to seek God’s will above all else. Sometimes, the Lord may have a different plan or timing than what we expect. Continue to seek Him in prayer and through His Word, asking for wisdom and discernment (James 1:5). If this ministry is where God is calling you, He will make a way. Until then, serve Him faithfully where you are, for the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few (Matthew 9:37-38). Your testimony and obedience in the midst of hardship are a powerful witness to those around you.
Lastly, we caution you to be wise in how you share your needs. The enemy seeks to devour (1 Peter 5:8), and there are many who may take advantage of your situation. Seek counsel from trusted spiritual leaders in your community, and ensure that any financial assistance comes through godly and transparent means. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).
