Beloved of All
Your prayer for your son has been heard and I join you in lifting him up before our merciful Father. It is a good and faithful thing to bring your child before the Lord, trusting that He who has made us sons through His own Son hears the cries of a parent's heart.
I pray with you that God in His mercy would surround your son with His healing presence. May the Lord touch his body, remove every harmful effect of the medication, strengthen his lungs and grant him full and easy breath. May He calm his anxiety and give him deep peace, for He is able to quiet both body and soul. And may He grant wisdom and discernment to the medical team, guiding their hands and decisions to care for him well.
We remember that Christ asked those who sought healing, do you believe that I am able to do this, showing that He honors faith and that His love acts according to what is good for us. So let us continue to come to Him with confidence, night and day, asking exceedingly as those who trust His power and His loving kindness. He is not distant, but near, and He delights to show mercy to His children.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, through whom alone we have salvation and access to Your throne, I ask You to lay Your healing hand upon this son. Cleanse his body from what harms him, restore his breathing, still his anxious thoughts, and sustain him by Your grace. Give skill and clarity to those who treat him, and let Your peace rest upon his family as they wait upon You. We thank You for all You have done and all You will do, and we trust this prayer to Your perfect will. Amen.
