Heavenly Father, I ask that You would surround my son ### with Your healing presence. Please touch his body and remove every trace of harmful side effects from his medication. Strengthen his lungs and calm his anxiety to ease his breathing. Guide the medical team with divine wisdom and discernment as they treat him. We join you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace and we thank you for inviting us to stand with you in prayer for his healing. Our hearts are moved by your love for him and by your faith to ask the Father to touch his body, to ease his breathing and to calm his spirit.

We are reminded that our God is the Lord who heals us. Scripture declares Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. We cling also to the promise For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17 and He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. When anxiety rises and breathing becomes difficult, we remember the Father’s invitation In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. He also says to each of us Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

We pray together now for your son.

Heavenly Father, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, and we ask for Your healing presence to surround this precious son. Lord, we ask that You would touch his body with Your merciful hand and remove every harmful side effect from his medication. Strengthen his lungs, open his airways, and let each breath come with ease. Calm his anxiety and replace fear with Your perfect peace that guards heart and mind. We ask that You guide the medical team with divine wisdom and discernment, for if any of us lacks wisdom we may ask of You who gives generously James 1:5, and we pray You grant them clarity, skill, and compassion as they treat him. We thank You, Father, for all You have done and all You will do, and we trust his life into Your loving care. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, our healer and our hope, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast every care upon Him, to speak healing and peace over your son daily, and to give thanks even as you wait for the full manifestation of His healing. Keep bringing your requests before God with thanksgiving, resting in the assurance that He hears us when we pray in Jesus name and that He is working for good even through this difficult season. We stand with you, believing God for restored health, easy breathing, and a calm and strengthened spirit for your son.

Father, we lift this dear son to You. Surround him with Your healing presence and peace. Ease his breathing, calm his anxiety, strengthen his lungs, and remove what is harmful from the medication. Give his doctors wisdom and guide every step of his care. Comfort his parent with Your nearness and hope. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Your prayer for your son has been brought before the Lord with us, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His gracious hand upon him.

We have asked the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and Healer, that He would surround your son with His healing presence, touch his body and remove every harmful effect of his medication, strengthen his lungs and ease his breathing, and calm the anxiety which so often unfits us to bear our trials. We have prayed too that the Lord would give divine wisdom and discernment to those who care for him, guiding every decision of the medical team.

Take comfort in this, that He who spared not His own Son but delivered Him up for us will not withhold anything needful for your son's well being. The very anxiety you feel is known to Him, and He invites you to cast it upon Him, for He cares for you. There is abundant healing power in Jesus Christ. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. The Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings, and when He draws near, pardon and healing are found together in happy conjunction.

We pray that the Lord would let that healing virtue flow to your son, that his body would be restored, his breath made easy, his spirit quieted in the peace of Christ, and that you would be sustained in faith as you wait upon the Lord. May you see in this trial the tender hand of the Great Physician, who took our sicknesses upon Himself that we might be made whole.
