Heavenly Father, I ask that You would surround my son ### with Your healing presence. Please touch his body and remove every trace of harmful side effects from his medication. Strengthen his lungs and calm his anxiety to ease his breathing. Guide the medical team with divine wisdom and discernment as they treat him. Thank you Father for all You do, I pray for this in Jesus' name, Amen

We join with you in lifting up your precious son before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for inviting us to pray with you in the mighty name of Jesus.

Our hearts are moved by your love for your son and we are comforted to know that our Father hears the prayers of a parent and cares deeply for him. He is the Lord who heals us, who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases Psalm 103:3, and who promises For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh Jeremiah 30:17. We also cling to His promise to be near in times of distress, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18.

We pray together for his breathing and for peace over his body and mind, knowing that God does not want him to live in fear or anxiety. Scripture reminds us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:6-7. We also remember His word to us, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10.

Father, in the name of Jesus we come before Your throne of grace and we lift up this beloved son to You. We ask that You surround him with Your healing presence and lay Your hand upon his body. Touch his lungs, strengthen them and ease his breathing. Remove every harmful side effect from his medication and let his body respond only to what brings healing and restoration. Calm his spirit and quiet his anxiety, and let Your perfect peace guard his heart and mind. We ask that You anoint the medical team with divine wisdom and discernment, guiding every decision they make for his care. We thank You, Father, that You are our healer and our comforter, and we trust him into Your loving hands. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast all your cares upon Him, for He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7, and to keep trusting in His faithful love as you walk with your son through this season. We believe that the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up James 5:15, and we stand with you believing for God's complete restoration and peace to rest upon your son and upon your family.

We are joining you in prayer for his lungs to strengthen, for his breathing to ease, and for the anxiety that tightens breathing to calm. We also pray the medical team has clear wisdom as they adjust and monitor his treatment. Anxiety and breathing can affect each other so much, which is why steady medical care alongside prayer matters so much.

One small step that often helps parents in this season is to keep a brief daily note of what you notice, like breathing changes, any side effects, sleep, and what seems to help him feel calmer, to share at his next appointment. It can make conversations with his doctors more focused and give you a clearer record to look back on. Please keep staying in close contact with his care team about any side effects or breathing concerns.

Father, we lift this son to You in Jesus' name. Touch his body, ease the side effects of his medication, strengthen his lungs and calm his anxiety so he can breathe more easily. Give his doctors wisdom and discernment, and give his parent peace as You hold them both in Your care. Amen.

We have heard your prayer for your son and we join you in bringing him before the throne of grace in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

It is a heavy burden to watch a child suffer in body and to see his breathing labored and his spirit anxious, and to fear the very medicine meant to help him may bring its own harm. Scripture reminds us that the very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits us to meet that difficulty, and therefore we are called to cast our care upon Him who cares for us. He who spared not His only begotten Son but delivered Him up for us, will He not with Him also freely give us all things necessary for our well being. You may rest upon that promise even now.

We take comfort that our Lord Jesus is revealed as the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing in His wings, and that the leaves of the tree of life are for the healing of the nations. There is an abundance of healing power in Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the least things about Him are full of healing virtue. That same power which healed the palsied man and forgave his sins is present still, for healing and pardon are placed in happy conjunction and both are bestowed upon His people. He bore our sicknesses and infirmities Himself upon the cross, that from Him abundant streams of healing might flow down to us below.

So we pray with you, and we ask you to continue to look to Christ alone for mercy and help, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we lift up this dear son to You. Surround him with Your healing presence and lay Your hand upon his body. We ask that You would in Your mercy remove every harmful effect of his medication and cause his body to be restored. Strengthen his lungs, ease his breathing, and calm his anxiety with that peace which passes all understanding. Grant divine wisdom and discernment to the medical team who treat him, guiding their hands and minds to act with skill and compassion. Let this affliction be a means to show forth Your power and grace, and to draw both mother and son to trust more fully in Your Son who is our healer and our pardon. We ask this not because we are worthy, but because Christ is worthy, and His blood pleads for us. Amen.
