God, you know that I don't want to get divorced! All this month my husband ### has been stressing out in regards to the shop issues. I have been trying to be patient, but all this week he has just been so rude and mean to me. But today he overdid it; he threw me a cup full of strawberry smoothie on my face. He told me to leave and to give him the shop, which is under my name. He said he was going to make my life miserable and that he didn't want to be with me anymore, for me to go and put the divorce papers. Help me, God, I still love him so much. We have been together for 10 years... please, I know he's stressing. Please save my marriage... please talk to him, God, talk to him in his sleep and when he's awake. You know that I have been there for him without thinking twice; it's been him first all the time. Help me, dear God, give me strength.

The Lord will strengthen you. Psalm 34:19 says many are the affliction of the righteous but the Lord deliver us from them all. The devil is under your feet. Do not focus on your problem, focus on God and He will fight the battle for you.

Lord fill her husband with the fear of the Lord

and give him wisdom for every decision he makes

May he reverence You and Your ways and seek to know

Your truth. Give him the discernment to make decisions

based on Your revelation. Help him to make godly decisions

and keep him from doing anything foolish. Take foolishness out

of his heart and enable him to quickly recognize error and avoid it.

Open his eyes to clearly see the consequences of any anticipated behavior

I pray the he will listen to godly counselors and not be a man

who is unteachable. Give him strength to reject the counsel of the ungodly

and hear Your counsel above all others. I declare that although

there are many plans in a man's heart, nevertheless the Lord's counsel - that will stand.

Instruct him even as he is sleeping (Psalm 16:7) and in the morning,

I pray he will do what's right rather than follow the leading of his own flesh.

I know the wisdom of this world is foolishness with You, Lord. May he not buy into it, but keep his eyes

on You and have ears to hear Your voice.

I can't even imagine how horrible you must feel. I am so sorry for your husband's behaviour. It's rather shocking especially after being together for ten years. I pray firstly that God helps you to be comforted and find peace and to not let that horrible incident today get to you or what he said. Your husband may just be angry and said and did things he did not mean, give him a little room to calm down and be assured you have others praying for you. I think I know how you must feel about him that you do not want a divorce. I am pretty sure the Bible does mention God hates divorce, I mean you must hate it too and you are made on the image of God. I am in agreement 100% for your marriage to still be a marriage and the divorce not to go ahead, I pray that you and your husband work through your shop issues immediately that God help fix the situation and help your husband to realise you are amazing so he cannot treat you like that. I pray Holy Spirit talks to your husband and that he does not proceed with the divorce and loves and cares about you and apologizes for that behavior and treats you well. I pray God does grant you strength and don't be afraid of your husband, do not proceed with the divorce if it's not what you want.
