Scripture Fulfilled vs Recurring Pattern
Recurring Patterns: Principles or behavioral patterns (like nations turning away from God) can repeat across different generations because human nature stays the same.

Revelation 1:19 (NLT) “Write down what you have seen—both the things that are now happening and the things that will happen."

Just as "The Word of God Instructs," the devil also instructs. Therefore, guard your hearts. Has this city not stubbornly repeated the evil that is depicted in the following passage?
Zechariah 7 (NIV) ⁸And the Word of the LORD came again to Zechariah: ⁹“This is what the LORD Almighty said: ‘Administer true justice; show mercy and compassion to one another. ¹⁰Do not oppress the widow or the fatherless, the foreigner or the poor. Do not plot evil against each other.’ ¹¹“But they refused to pay attention; stubbornly they turned their backs and covered their ears. ¹²They made their hearts as hard as flint and would not listen to the law or to the words that the LORD Almighty had sent by his Spirit through the earlier prophets. So the LORD Almighty was very angry. ¹³“ ‘When I called, they did not listen; so when they called, I would not listen,’ says the LORD Almighty. ¹⁴‘I scattered them with a WHIRLWIND among all the nations, where they were strangers. The land they left behind them was so desolate that no one traveled through it. This is how they made the pleasant land desolate.’ ”"

Just because man is unfaithful to God's Word doesn't mean that He will submit man's desires. That would compromise His faithfulness to His own Word. Therefore, because man's behavioral betrayal is consistent; God's disciplinary response is likewise consistent. For, The Word of God is immutable. Yet, lack of understanding causes man to be easily misled. Consequently, false teachers, often using their popularity, convince people that they are exempt from God's repercussions. They argue that since an event, spoken of by God's messenger, has already occurred, it cannot occur again. Howbeit, this too is written in the The Word of God: Ecclesiastes 1:9 (NIV) ⁹What has been will be again, what has been done will be done again; there is nothing new under the sun." The declaration made by King Solomon will remain until the second coming of Christ—otherwise, The Word of God is untruthful.

God cannot lie: 2 Timothy 2:13 If we are faithless, He remains faithful, for He cannot disown Himself. God is His Word and He must stay true to His Word—all of it. For He can't deny His own nature.

Through Jesus, we, even cities and nations have been given the only way out—if we follow His lead: Galatians 5:14 (NLT) For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself” (also ref. Isaiah 58). Yet, too often, even those call themselves by His name seek to side-step Jesus's command by trying to dismiss God's messenger as an enemy rather than embracing us as neighbors. Luke 10:29 But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbor?” Galatians 4:16 (NLT) Have I now become your enemy because I am telling you the truth? Regardless the reason you call someone an enemy; Jesus expanded His directive, saying: Matthew 5:44 But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you.

Afterthought: I'm not angry with those who have dishonored this messenger with turned backs and stopped up ears. How could I be? It's predestination. If it is written; it is so. Part of my job is simply to bear witness to and testify about fulfillment...###.
