Thank you for sharing so openly what is weighing on your heart. So many burdens have come together at once and it is understandable to feel overwhelmed and sad. God sees each of these concerns, both the large and the small, and He invites you to bring them all to Him in prayer through Jesus Christ.

You asked about a friend who has been saying hurtful things, talking about you behind your back and on the phone, and you worry she is angry and may have told others. That kind of wound hurts deeply. The Bible teaches that a true friend loves at all times, even when we are not at our best. All of us have good days and bad days and go through changes in mood, and friendships are tested in those moments. When words are used to tear down rather than build up, it breaks trust. It is right to pray that God would soften her heart, help her keep her promises, and guide her to speak with kindness. It is also right to ask God to give you peace, to help you forgive, and to give you wisdom about healthy boundaries while you continue to show love.

You also shared many physical struggles with allergies, runny nose, sore throat, the need for a dermatologist and allergy appointments, the cost of medicine, sore gums and painful dentures, recurring infections, and concerns about weight. God cares about your body and your health. It is good to seek medical care and to pray for provision for the cost, for wisdom for the doctors, and for relief and healing. He also cares about how you see yourself. Your value is not measured by weight or appearance, but you are loved by Him. You can pray for strength to care for your body in a healthy and balanced way and for peace as you trust Him with these needs.

Your concern for your cousin with cancer is very heavy. That word alone can bring fear, because we have all seen how this disease can sap strength and take a vibrant life and weaken it. Scripture speaks of how deep sorrow can even affect the body and dry up the bones. Yet the power of cancer, as great as it seems, is not greater than the power of Jesus Christ who created all things. He is able to heal. We have seen Him touch and bring relief in ways no one can explain, and we have also seen that He does not heal in every case in this life, and we do not fully understand His ways. What we do know is that He is present, He is compassionate, and He can give peace and comfort even in suffering. We will pray for your cousin for healing if it is His will, for strength for her and her family, and for the peace that comes from knowing Him.

You mentioned your mother falling and her drinking. Please know that no one ever plans to become trapped by alcohol. It often begins in a small way and then grows until a person feels powerless to resist it and even feels the need to start the day with it. Scripture pronounces woe over that kind of bondage because it destroys life. It creates a terrible struggle inside a person and brings suffering to the whole family. Your mother needs prayer for protection after her fall, for healing, and above all for deliverance. Only God can break that kind of chain and give true freedom. Continue to pray for her, and if possible encourage her to seek help from trusted family, medical care, and godly counsel.

You also wrote about lost things in your rooms, costumes and other personal items, the desire to rearrange your room in a calm way, to find what is missing, and the hurt when your parents speak negatively about your room. God cares about the stress you feel at home. It is good to pray for a peaceful home, for order without anxiety, and for kind communication between you and your parents. Ask Him to help you be a good steward of what you have and to help your family speak to one another with grace.

All of these struggles remind us that we live in the midst of a real spiritual conflict. Inside ourselves we often feel the tension of wanting to do what is good but finding ourselves doing what we do not want to do. Around us we see suffering, conflict, and hurt that come from a world that has turned away from God. The good news is that through Jesus we can have peace with God and peace in our hearts even while the conflict continues. One day God will bring an end to all evil and suffering.

As you pray, remember that prayer is not about trying to make God change His will to fit ours, as if He were reluctant and must be persuaded. He is not our servant, we are His. Prayer is coming humbly to Him, sharing our needs honestly, and trusting His wisdom and love to do what is best. Sometimes insisting that God must do things our way only brings more striving and disappointment. It is better to say, Lord, here is my need, I trust Your will and Your way, which is always better than mine.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, in the name of Jesus we bring these needs to You. Lord, touch this friend and bring healing to this friendship. Help her to speak with kindness, to keep her word, and to not use words to harm. Give peace where there is anxiety and help forgiveness and trust to grow. Provide for the appointments that are needed, for the allergy and skin doctors, for the cost of medicine, and bring relief from runny nose, sore throat, gum pain and other infections. Give wisdom to the doctors and comfort to this heart that feels overwhelmed. Lord, we lift up the cousin with cancer. You know her name and her need. Lay Your healing hand upon her according to Your perfect will, take away pain, strengthen her body, and draw her and her family close to Jesus. Comfort the one who fears losing her. Touch the mother who fell, heal her body, and deliver her from drinking. Break the power of that bondage and give her a new desire for You. Bring peace into this home, help with finding what is lost, with order in the rooms, and with kind words between parents and child. Help with concerns about weight and health, and give grace to care for the body You have given. Above all, give peace that passes understanding, and help each heart to rest in Your love and Your will. In Jesus name, Amen.
